Unfussy, lodgelike hotel offering Adirondack-style rooms with twig furnishings & free Wi-Fi. This lodgelike hotel off Route 20 is 0.9 miles from the quaint shops and restaurants of Downtown, while Anyela's Vineyard is 4.6 miles away. The warm rooms and suites are decorated in Adirondack Great Camp-style, and feature twig furnishings and Native American-inspired blankets. All have private bathrooms, TVs/DVD players and free Wi-Fi; some add wood-burning stoves. Suites add kitchenettes and dining areas. There's a communal lounge with a stone fireplace and stag-horn chandeliers.

The room was cute, very rustic and I liked the back patio. However, our room smelled like cat pee and dirty feet. So not only was the smell extremely unpleasant, it felt like they didn't clean very well. We were a little scared to lay in the bed and walk anywhere without shoes on. The common room had coffee but I wish they would have offered water or other drinks. I wouldn't recommend staying here. The room was relatively cheap but I've stayed much nicer places for the same price. It would have been fine if my room was cleaner and smelled better

Location is good, it's a nice brisk 10 minute walk to downtown along a sidewalk (use the crosswalk to get to the sidewalk because there's a blind hill!) The king bed was plush yet firm, the sheets were silky soft, and staff across the street at Mirbeau were friendly. The only drawbacks are no mini fridge, little counter space in the bathroom, stand-up shower only, and no way to open your window to get fresh air in the room. Unexpected perks were the door leading to the back patio with a pair of Adirondack chairs overlooking a quiet and wooded yard with hammocks and a picnic table. Also a little "wood stove" in the room (it was gas) added nice ambiance; it would be lovely in the winter. We enjoyed our stay for the price. There's a gas station across the street for convenient snacks, and Rosalie's Cucina is a stone's throw away.

It's cute inside & out. Very clean. Bathroom has no heat, so the solid slate floor makes showering a difficult proposition. No coffee maker in the room, but there is microwave and coffee in the Great Room. As well as cool seating area. Very noisy (our room has a door to the next room though... But even the room on the other side is very clearly heard. Neighbors are telling jokes in their room (not loudly) and we're laughing right with them... You can even offer a "bless you" through the wall. The back patio is quaint, i'm sure it's great in spring/summer.

This is a roadside motel owned by Mirbeau Inn and Spa. The rooms have an unusual Adirondack theme. They aren't terribly big but my room was surprisingly quiet and I slept very well. The room rate (in the off-season) was quite reasonable.

Our stay was awesome! The room was clean, cozy and warm :) the great room was awesome...the coffee was great and you can meet other guests there and everyone was friendly. Cannot wait for our next trip and we will stay at finger lakes lodge again most definitely!

Nice accommodations, did not like the cheesy fake Plastic Adirondack chairs. The location was good right across the street from the spa. Not far from Hilltop Restaurant. Stayed there years ago when it was run by different owners. It's a serious upgrade from then. There are group facilities, for family get-togethers.

It wasn't what it appeared to be in the pictures. I was very disappointed that it was so close to the road. The traffic on route 20 goes 24\7. You have to check in at the Mirbeau Inn which is across the street about 500 yards down the road. I wasn't given any information about the hotel when I checked in so I didn't know there was a microwave, coffee pot and a sitting area in the center of the building. I found it by accident when we were leaving. The room was very rustic like a cabin you would think was in the woods. The tv was the same size as a computer monitor. If you needed anything for the room there wasn't anyone close, they would have to come from down the road. One positive thing was the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The road noise ruined the comfortable bed. I wish I would have had my reservations for after November 1st since the rates get cut in half on that date. I paid almost $200 for the night which goes down to $89 on Nov. 1st. That is a high price to pay when you are actually in a motel.

What a find! This place is wonderful. The checkin is down the street at the Spa on the other side. This could be a bit confusing on the first visit, however I will know the next time. The room takes quaint to the top level. This is 5 star and 4 diamond and more. I loved the interior of the room and the furnishings. If I am ever in the area again this will be my spot. If you are in the area this is the place to stay. Everything was great, and the staff was very pleasant and well you get the idea!

Adirondack style lodging and room. Rooms include back porch facing small yard and trees, including a picnic table area. There are electric fire places in the rooms, creating a cozy comfy atmosphere. Cleanliness was good, location is 5 minute drive to center of town. There is a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee in The Great Room, which is a community room with a large table, couch and tv. It's a very cool room totally Adirondacked out with log furniture, canoes, and antlers. I would stay there again.

The suites at this hotel are in dire need of repair. You will hear all road noise as well as the other guests. While this is owned by Mibeau, it is not cared for the way the main property is. Do not expect to hear from management if you have concerns. If Mirbeau is not available, I would recommend staying at another property. This is basically a roadside motel.

Rooms well maintained and clean, reasonable accommodations. It was nice to see that all was up to current building codes and that maintaining security was a concern with updated keyless cards and video cameras on premises.

We are here for our 40th anniversary for a 3 night stay. The room wasn't made up tonight. Last night we had to clean up the beer bottles left from the previous guests. Customer service is nowhere to be found. This has been a very disappointing situation.

Very nice rustic looking lodge. Only knock is that it is located right beside the highway, though the website doesn't try to present itself as a "remote" cabin.....
