Really wanted to see the work.. photos of transmission pan... tipped 50.. everything seems to be OK but they really didn't care spent 1300 on multiple services. I'll probably go back.. but they just don't care

My vehicle was held hostage for over two weeks I mentioned I needed a vehicle I wasn t offered anything.. while it is not Dave pirro fords fault the part took over a week to receive I wasn t offered anything I had to call to see status of my vehicle.. horrid customer service with the amount of bodyShops and people in the area I would never recommend this delivership to anyone because of its location to skaneatles customer service is not something this dealship values as most of the peopleIn the area would rather tossMoney at a problem to fix all situations.

I have been searching for months for a Ford Maverick up to 100 miles away from home. I found one here that was built the way I wanted and they sold it for MSRP without the market adjustment of up to $8,000 most other dealers that I talked to added. The staff we worked with was fantastic I do not like high pressure sales and this dealership was not. I originally called Matt A on the phone he was very nice to talk to but was off the next week so Tori handled our transaction and she was great! I also talked to Pete and Matt D. who were also helpful. They took a small deposit and held it for 2 weeks for us even though they probably could have turned it over in a few days. Thank you so much for the experience! I have been buying new cars for 40 years and this was one of the best.

I would give zero stars but then you can't write a review. So family has purchased a few cars from them and did business with them for years. Brought Ford SHO 2015 brand new. Took care of it throughout warranty. When warranty was up had a heat issue that then caused car to over heat once. Took car in to find out what was wrong. This is after we had car looked over one last time before warranty was up. Long story short they told us we need new used engine. At a cost of almost $6,000. Or head gasket done for almost $5,000. We knew it wasn't a head gasket. Had car towed back home replaced the thermostat and guess what car fixed. They tried to rob a loyal customer for thousands for a $20 part and 10 mins of labor. Beware of this place if you need work done. You have been warned. And I never leave reviews but this needed to be said.

Pretty bad experience with the sales staff. Didn't catch his name, but he was rude, argumentative, dismissive, and hung up on me abruptly after I calmly explained what we were looking for as an informed high-volume buyer. Our business will be actively steering people away from Dave Pirro Ford. Hope they implement training and re-training for all their sales staff.

Pirro Ford has a great service department. They are well priced and do a great job of keeping scheduled appointments. The work has always been completed in a timely fashion even when they have to order parts.

I had a malfunction of my vehicle a few days before I needed it for a once a year event. Pirro Ford got it in as soon as possible and did a diagnosis the day it came in. They were able to order the parts needed for the repair and had my vehicle repaired shortly after the parts arrived. I have had several repairs done at Pirro Ford and have been very satisfied with the work that has been done!

I have had terrible service through this dealership for years. Having to bring the vehicle in multiple times because the issues were not fixed correctly the first or second time. If they couldn t reproduce the issues they didn t contact Ford Corporate and create a Hotline Ticket so I could never get resolution to several safety issues with the vehicle

I just bought a new 2020 Escape from Peter at Pirro Ford. What a great experience! Honest, upfront and willing to go the extra mile to find something that suited me and my budget. Can t say enough good thing about my experience. I love my new car! Thank you Dave Pirro Ford for treating me like family.

Purchased my second vehicle from Dave Pirro Ford. Matt Ammann was the salesperson for both deals and he is knowledgeable, personable, professional and truly has the customers best interests at heart. The finance manager (Matt) and sales manager (Peter) are also a pleasure to work with. I also have enjoyed quality service on my earlier vehicle. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a Ford vehicle!

Dealer was extremely unprofessional. Couldn t even do a simple key reprogram after I waited weeks for them to fit me in. Had to walk through a cloud of employee vape smoke just to use the bathroom. I do not recommend going here

Dave Pirro Ford ALWAYS bails me out of trouble. My cars emergency notifications were lighting up and I stopped there, they assured me they could find the problem, explained how the various notifications are linked. They found the issues in 15 minutes and I was on my way with a loaner. Always the best place to go with my car!

I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. Brought my vehical in for service under an extended warranty when shop called me to tell me what was wrong, I told them that was not making the noise I was hearing. They told me it was and it would fix the issue. I picked the vehical up 3 days later and didn't even make it 5 minutes down the road turned around and went back telling Jason the service manager that the vehical was not fixed ! They then told me to bring the vehical back a week later, after I insisted that a tech ride with me at that minute to hear the noise that truck was making. The tech hears the noise and apologizes for not hearing it in the past 3 days they had the vehical. A week later then I call and to make sure they have a car and nope. Let's rescedual for Friday 10 days after it should have been the first time, and when I ask about other jobs that needed to be done not covered by my Warrenty and you couldn't get return calls from Dan or Jason. They still have not fixed what my vehical went in there for, refuse to now if I do not pay more $. I will definitely take my business elsewhere along with all my Ford family. As well as have filed a dealer complaint with ford aginst them. Wouldn't take your vehical here unless you want to pay tons of money and be inconvienced!

I was visiting Skaneateles for July 4th when on the night before I was to drive to Virginia I had an issue with my F350 Diesel. The wrench light came on and it went into limp mode. This was at approximately 3 PM on Thursday and I was due to leave Friday morning. I went to Dave Pirro Ford and after hearing my trouble Diesel Technician Kevin Finney came to my rescue. He hooked of the computer and drove around with me for 40 minutes in order to replicate the error code. He then fixed the truck first thing Friday morning. When I arrived Friday to pick up the truck he said he noticed the car seat on the back and took the time to drive the truck for 30-40 minutes to make sure I would not get stuck on the side of the road with a baby. First class service for an out of town visitor. I wish I could give them more of my business. Overall an excellent experience.

this review shares my multiple service visit experience at dave pirro ford in skaneateles, ny.march 2013 i had and oil change done on my taurus x (i usually do these myself, but it was way too cold outside)when i brought it home i checked the oil, it was overfilled by one full quart! i just drained out the extra quart, and i didnt say anything to the dealer (although i should have). im glad i checked it, it certainly would have done engine damage over time.may 2013 my second visit involved my fusion, this was for a set of new tires to be mounted and balanced.upon recieving the vehicle i found scratches all over my aluminum wheels from the mounting or balancing machine. and a ton! of grease and oil stains all over my carpet (light tan carpets), due to the poor workmanship, i decided to check my wheel lugnut torque, and not to my suprise they were torqued to only 40-50 ft. lbs! very dangerous!i promptly brought the vehicle back to complain, where the service managed told me they would fix the wheels and remove the stains on the carpets. and they still havent made good on their promise.needless to say you would be well advised not to have service work done here, they have proved themselves to be incompetent at best.

Ford cars are great, but their customer service and service department are terrible. I've been a life long Ford customer. I will be looking at Dodge and Chevys for my next truck.
