Personal music from the back to loud, never fresh coffee if any at all, dirty floor, one employee to cover everything, and no French vanilla creamer. Byrne Daily s have really become an embarrassing place

My husband and I are from Rochester and had never been to Skaneateles before. We decided to visit yesterday for my birthday to look around and grab some lunch. Unfortunately, I locked my keys in the car as soon as we got there. I called AAA for assistance, but your employees (I don't know their names) were SO helpful. They gave my husband a tool to try to get the door open, which didn't work. One of the young girls there went to her car to see if she had anything in there that would open my car and another young man came out with a modified tool to see if he could open my car. Although none of these things were successful, we just wanted you to know how much we appreciated all their help. They certainly went over and above their job descriptions!! You should be proud to have them as employees.
