The owner has a wealth of knowledge in his field of profession! Takes the time to explain in detail what adjustments, etc. that were made to correctly align your vehicle. Did a fantastic job in all my vehicles as well as my 73 F100.

Guy seemed nice but said it would be a 2h wait for an insurance photo inspection. He said he needed the wifi and until he moved one of two vehicles parked on his lot that I would have to wait. 2 hours. We are adults with things to do disrespectful to my time, that s for sure. While I waited I called around and found someone who could fit me in the next day, so I left and went there. The other auto shop said they d had multiple people come from this shop and they didn t understand the wait time I was in and out in 15m. Next!

Made my wife wait three hours for a five minute picture was very rude and unprofessional. If he doesn't like doing photo inspections the he should give it up . Do your self a favor and go some where else. Also I think he only does this to women.

Went in for a four wheel alignment on my AWD vehicle. He was done faster than the time frame he game me and he explained what needed to be done. I definitely recommend this business for alignments. Also have heard good things about purchasing tires from him also and we plan to next time we need them.

This guy was very rude the 1st time I went to him for a photo inspection, he does not take appointments I drove 30 minutes he told me he had to take a car in for an appointment it would be 2 hours and that if I didn't move my car from in front of the bay he would call the cops on me. This was totally uncalled for and no way to run a business. I definitely think CarCo should rethink doing business with this man

There is no one better in the area if you need an alignment. He's also very polite and always gets back to you quickly.

We have been going to John for over 5 yrs and he has always treated us with the utmost respect and kindness.. and he will come out in the worst weather to put air in my tires, love this place and the only place to get quality work and the best tires for you

I drove farther than I needed to because the reviews on the only other garage that did photo inspections were horrible. I made the correct choice. The guy working there was very friendly and pleasant and took the time to explain the process to me. Worth the extra miles to be treated with respect.

Please don t utilize this business. I went to this business because our tire had gone flat while we were at a funeral next door. This provider was rude and unhelpful, when I held my ground and told him our communication was sub par, he threatened to call the police and told me to get off his property. How he stays open in this community is a mystery! Does Sidney accept this kind of business in their community? I won t be back... to Sidney or this business ever.

I went in to get pictures of my vehicle for insurance and it was a great experience. It was quick and the gentleman who runs the shop was very nice to deal with.
