The Best Guy around owner/operator Rick, a honest car dealer and a real gentleman too......... Look around you will find a nicer guy is hard to find in the car business... Oh and I LOVE MY NEW CAR TOO !!!!!

Roe Motors did a great job. They worked with our credit situation and put us into the car we wanted. We had a slight problem a few days after purchase, but the manager Ronald provided exceptional customer service and had us back on the road in no time. If you are looking for a friendly, no pressure environment with an excellent selection of used cars for sale, I would highly recommend buying from Roe Motors.

I recently bought a 2008 Chevy Suburban from the Professionals at Roe Motors. The staff is very friendly and willing to work with you. I am active duty military and they were absolutely amazing at accommodating to my short term being home on leave to purchase the vehicle and ensuring I drove off the lot with the perfect vehicle for me. I can't thank them enough for all of the help I recommend you go to this dealership for any vehicle.

This location is not reputable and deceitful. I dropped my truck Uhaul truck of at the location and was charged an additional $700 for dropping the vehicle at the wrong location. I was assured from Roe Motors that THEY would notify U-haul to change the final destination to their location. Their truck was stolen and they were in need of a truck. Steer clear of this dealership.

they were very nice and i did like them. but bought my car from there year ago. my radio is completely frozen and broken. my tires since i bought it were always flat and had tears i didn t see. i asked them for help to fix the radio and they told me to do it myself. i sent my friends there because i thought they were good but i am very upset with the experience. i will never go back or send anyone there.

Purchased a 2016 Mint Escalade in December of 2019. Still running strong loving it every day. At 3 1/2% loan rate why would I ever buy new?Super satisfied lifetime customer

These guys were great they went above and beyond to help me get a great car for my son and me. They even help get me the car insured and reg, they drove me to get all the paper work and saved me the trip . Buying my first car in years i felt very good about spending my money here . My son loves the car worth more then words can say !!

I took a look at a beautiful 2007 Bmw 328xi. i just went through a foreclosure and a repossession. I didn't think I had a chance to get approved. But to my surprise I was driving the car the next day. I was in total shock and happier than you could ever imagine. I had a small issue, went back and they took care of it immediately. I highly recommend buying a car from Roe motors if you are looking to buy a used car. Ron and his team of sales people are amazing and the customer service received during and way after the sale is second to none, THANK YOU!

We agreed on a price and when it came to actually financing said he never said that price which was 2000$ more. Vehicle took a week to be delivered after they told me i can have it in 2 days. So i sold my only vehicle on the second day and they kept pushing the delivery date off. i was car less for 5 days... than the transmission blew up a month later and they refused to pay for it. worst place ever to buy a car... GO TO A REPUTABLE DEALERSHIP.

My experience with Roe Motors was not like other used car lots. I ended up leasing a car somewhere else BUT i spent 2 weeks coming back to Roe deciding on a car and they were extremely patient with me! Thank you guys so much for a much different car purchasing experience, I will absolutely recommend to everyone I know!

I went there today and will be going back for a beautiful 2015 grand Jeep Cherokee limited I found there. They make it very easy for young people to get their first car and they make the process simple rather then a corporate dealership such as Jeep or Chevy. The sales man was honest and patient. Cya guys in 2 weeks when I come back for that Jeep.

Dealt with Larry and Mike. Larry answered all my questions and was not pushy or trying to just make a sale. We agreed in a price and although there was a mix up they honored the price I was quoted. Very happy that JC, Mike and Larry were able to come thru on the deal. Very happy with my honda pilot. Will reccomend to anyone looking for a used car!

Owner does not stand behind his cars..Had problems from start. Bought car in summer prob with a winter came no heat.They said it was fixed. Called again.Now making noise. Christmas eve car dies.Called on wed. Ricky says not his problem, gets nasty and loud. Took to my mechanic t h ey said compressor cans watetpump shotAsked didn't they hear grinding ?Waterpump shavings allbover. NEVER AGAINWILL I BUY A CAR FROM THEM .THEY ARE SO NICE TILL IT'S OFF THERE LOT.

Not sure who they paid off for 5 stars Roe Motors is a joke sold a car I put deposit on then tried very hard putting me in junk. But hey anyone can pay someone to write a great review

I just heard the radio advertisement and was shocked when they said they approve all types of credit but, "no republican credit" . Keep politics out of it . I am not a Republican but because this commercial was so biased I will make sure that I give this company a bad name . And as a person that has over three thousand clients on L.I. that purchase new and used vehicles , I hope Rowe decides to take a different approach . I am in the industry , I cater to all types of businesses in Suffolk . This company will now be blacklisted from my life and those who consult with me about a purchase .

I did not get a car at roe, but you would never know that the way they treated me, my car had been totaled and every one was so kind and understanding they bent over backwards to help me in every way they could from top to borrow they are the best of the best, they just did not have the car I wanted, if I had had more time I know hey would have found it for me thanks to all of you at ROE your the very best.

Questionable antics, beating around the bush discussions. Never direct with the trade in value for my car. Doubtful I can get a good deal for my car. They shrugged off my interest. I am not a fan anymore.

I brought a car there few days ago Rick was very nice and he s workers I had problem with the car and right away he s fixing it drop the car off and even gave me a ride home very nice people.Jeannette

Staff didn't answer any questions wasn't knowledgeable of their inventory couldn't answer questions about cars they had and kept telling me it doesn't matter what the car cost and kept trying to push me to finance. Will not be going back
