My brakes had gone too far,& when I called Mavis, Chris had said to bring car right in. I wasn't sure how much needed to be done or that I could get my brakes done for the cost at the time. Chris went over it all with me,worked with it for me and made it all happen. He is so very professional & courteous & went above and beyond to make sure I could get my car fixed then and there. Such a pleasure to know that a business has people who look out for their customers and make them feel that not being upsold or overcharged or unnecessary work,they really want to take care of their customers. I will continue to go there for any maintenance or repair needs & look for Chris who takes care of all with a smile. My Angel was looking out for me for even what some may say is a small thing,but with repairs as some know it can be that 1 extra thing that add to your load,with this Chris lightened it a little, Thank You

Really good friendly service there. 3 PM brakes were metal to metal previously squeaking and in a hurry I had to start making phone calls. My phone call conversation with Pete was very pleasant and friendly. You know who wants to deal with brakes and headache, but he made it very painless. Got me in the price was very competitive the service was good and they re all really good people there. Make that your place to go to.

I had an amazing experience! Great customer service and you can tell that everyone that works here really cares. My brakes were in really bad shape, and the team at Mavis Shirley had me in and out same day, all for a really really affordable price! I am so grateful!

Excellent service! Showed up at 4pm on a Friday with a busted tire valve and they took care of me immediately! The guy who helped me was Chris and he was phenomenal! They have also done me tires on numerous occasions and it has always been a smooth and painless transaction!

I have had many positive experiences at this location over the years, most recently with Chris and Meg, whose customer service is beyond reproach. Their manager (Joe, I think) has been most helpful in the past as well. I had a minor issue one time only, and they made it right immediately. Based on my experiences with Mavis in Mastic (and in no small part because of their low prices), I recommend them highly to anyone seeking new tires, tire repair, and the like. Thanks, guys!

Stopped in to get a tire repaired and they processed and changed tire swiftly. Great customer service from the whole team. Ended up hitting a nail within a week and went back; again quick plug and I am back in business! Thank you Mavis Shirley for your time and attention!

Busy but spot on with knowledge and fair. Jeff, Mgr filling in, was especially helpful. Simple tire repair issue. However was great in offering advice we were seeking regarding upgrading our tires to all terrains. Be patient, busy here means their services are in demand. That's a good thing.

Chris was extremely professional and polite. I was having a horrible time figuring out the issue I was having with my car and Chris went above and beyond to get it diagnosed and fixed. I would recommend Mavis in Shirley NY for all your car needs.

100% recommend to never bring your car here for a repair. They put my car wrong on the lift and lifted up the bottom column so my car body is uneven now and the door scrapes every time I try to open. It ll only get worse from here with this car now because of their mess up. Spoke with the manager and he didn t give me a solution and pretty much said it wasn t their fault the car was put on the lift wrong. Employees were getting upset that I was taking pictures of how the car was on the lift. Not a good shop/environment you want to take your car to in need of repairs. Will never be going back here.

Absolutely Amazing team giving service with a personal touch catered to your individual needs. Totally open and honest with their assessment and NOT trying to upsell you or make problems that don t exist. Bill, Coady, Juan, and Novin Definitely went the extra mile to really help me get the needed repairs done that I had to. 1000% recommend this location. Local convenient and the only place I trust with my car and my safety from now on!

Had a leaking tire. Pulled up 30 minutes prior to closing, and they took me in np. Manager and assistant very kind, friendly and professional! Got tire plugged. I was in and out in 30 minutes. Also very affordable! Will definitely be going back there again.

This is honestly the best experience I ve had at a tire repair shop. Best customer service (shoutout to Cody). Everyone was nice and attentive. Air valve repaired in minutes and all running smooth now. Best in town.

Very friendly and helpful. Manager and team is so awesome. I had a family emergency and had to go out of state and at the very last minute mavis team came through for me . Assuring me that I m in good hands and took care of my vehicle right away . It was a great experience. I m so thankful and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for good service being done .

My husband and I got a great price on new tires and a wheel alignment, all was done within a hrs. THE staff was super nice and the mechanic khris was very hands on showing us our problem areas I highly recommend his place

My experience at Mavis is always great. The assistant manger May-Rita was very kind, polite and professional. She greeted me right away. My time there was very fast. I will only come to this particular Mavis as I know May-Rita will deliver exceptional service.

Rotors and pads for all four wheels. And they cleaned everything up on a very old vehicle. Expensive, but comparatively reasonable. I got the impression of some stand-up, hard-working guys who take pride in their work. I would definitely recommend this place.

The new manager lee is fantastic. I needed an inspection done as soon as possible and he was able to get me in right before they closed. Everyone there was super friendly. Highly recommend this location.

I had 1pm appointment to only check tires for low tire light. I asked for an update at 215p and they sent their employees on break so still had to wait another half hour for them to even look at the tire. The woman at the desk stated making appointments is not an appointment, it just let's them know when you're coming in. It ended up taking about another hour....but they did it for FREE due to the long wait for tire repair. I appreciate them making up for the wait. They saved themself from a 1-star review.

My mom went yesterday for an oil change as a walk in and although they were very busy they accommodated her and took care of her right away. A great experience. The gentleman who assisted her was great. My mom said that she will be going there for all her oil changes and for any tire issues.
