I was just at the Shirley location this morning , Ayden ,Rick, and another gentleman, I didn t get his name, were so sweet and accommodating! Fast and efficient! I love all the little extras, cleaning my windows, filling my tires , adding fluid to my car and a $25 gift card for my next visit ! Great experience thank you so much!!

I recently moved from PA to NY and just received my first oil change in this area at the Jiffy Lube on Montauk hwy for my 2017 Dodge Charger. Rick, Chris and Scott serviced and assisted me they were friendly, communicated well and I was in and out within 15 minutes all while they made sure my car s oil and other fluids tire pressure was good to go

Orderd brake pads paid in advanced. They told me to 3 days for them to arrive. Jiff lube representative said they would give me a phone call when the pads arrive. After not hearing anything for 3 days I had called thm back. They sent the brakes back to distributor without notifying. I told them to have the pads shipped back and call me when they arrived. Three days later no call. I call them they say they have the pads. I schedule an appointment. On appointment date there was no mechanice availble. Very unprofessional. 0 stars if i could. 2 weeks no brakes. Going to need rotors now.

I was way over due with getting an oil change but was hesitant because of having to take my two littles with me. Rick nick and Chris were amazing! I came in with my two kids and they made sure to get me in and out super fast! I will use this Jiffy Lube for any oil changes in the future. Thank you guys again I really appreciate it! God bless

It s so hard to find a place where people actually try to help instead of take your money. I went in for an oil change and Aydan & Dallin recommended getting new coolant. He showed me how dirty it was. They both were so helpful today! I came in for a quick oil change, and although spending a little more than I planned, it s nice to know they are looking out. In and out in 15min, Super friendly . I won t go anywhere else.

Stopped in on 10/5/2023 and was greeted by Nick who got my car in right away for an oil change and directed me to the waiting area.Mike came into the waiting area and made sure I was being helped right away, which was great since it was already 5:30 and I needed to get home to cook dinner!After only about 15-20 minutes Rick came in to ring me up allowing me to get on my way!Great service, nice staff and super fast!Thank you!!

The Technician I had was the absolute worst. When I pulled up I was the only one there, he came out and told me it was at the wrong bay. As instructed I moved the car to the middle bay and sat and waited. Guy pulled up in the bay next to me who was brought in for service as I sat there. Finally someone came out again and told me to drive on to the first bay where I originally parked. Was told 15 minutes. Half hour later he asks me do I want synthetic oil which I had already told him i did and to be sure to reset computer for oil change. Another half hour passes, he says I m all set. I asked about the computer reset he said he did it. I get in the car, computer is not reset. Once again I ask him to reset it and says oh I thought I did it already. I m like guy you didn t do it. He gets back in my car pulls up google on his phone to get directions how to reset computer on my car. Finally resets it I head out and then check mytire pressure as my car has a monitor from within the car. All four tires haven t different pressures, ranging from 32 to 40. To top it off I looked at the sticker he gave me for the next oil change, says 17,800 miles; my car has 46,000 miles. Was there for 1.5 hours, so much for customer service.

Aiden, Dylan, and Josh were terrific. So so friendly, and diagnosed a problem, that, if not rectified could ve cost me a lot of money and grief. They got me in and out, but more than anything just so friendly found two coupons to apply to my total bill. I ve been coming to this Jiffy Lube for years.

The Valvoline closed down. I seriously needed an oil change. The only game in town on a Sunday too. Same price, but with issues I had years ago (they forgot to put oil back in my old car) I wasn't sure if I should have went to the Valvoline in Medford, NY. I use full synthetic, so it was over $100. I also got a radiator flush. Wasn't too bad since I got an oil change too (I saved $27 total for both), but I wish it was less. They were very nice and I had no problems this time.

Didn't drain all of the old oil...threw in the new. Screw that place...no clue...leave a mess under the hood...a joke. Two and a half quarts over, appreciate it block-heads...

I went in to get my breaks fixed. Not month goes by and I started to hear screeching sound when I hit a break. I was told everything was fine. I finally bought it into Nissan and it was incomplete and things were missing that it should ve been there. I would never bring my car for any work that has to be done. Disappointed.

Excellent service, was so pleased with the information and the quality of service. They are expensive but it s well worth the price.The gentleman didn t try to up sell me at all just gave me all the information he had.They went the extra mile.Very upset I didn t have cash on me so unfortunately I was unable to provide them with a tip to get a cup of coffee or something.
