Just got a battery for my Hyundai tonight and the store manager Alex was great. He tested and then installed a new battery for me. What a pleasant experience really helpful courteous though out the installation. Would highly recommend the Shirley Autozone on William Floyd pkwy. Great service and prices. Keep up the good work other stores should be like them

Nick was extremely helpful & installed my car battery, it was difficult as my car is old and rusty, but he accomplished the swap and I was sent happily on my way. I will continue to return for all of my auto needs.

Sign on the window states that this business is open until 10pm. I arrived at 9:30pm and the man in the store locked the door and refused out business. Not worth the time of day to shop at this location.

Raquel is a ROCKSTAR so I needed a new battery, ran in as soon as they opened and GREAT they have it in stock But .. it s Sunday and I ma girl how can I change a battery by myself so I ask if anyone is around to assist Raquel mind you this battery was built in the car so it was a beast to remove she did it like I tie my shoelaces

My check engine light came on a few weeks ago. I stopped at the location on the William Floyd Parkway in Shirley. Kristen was at the counter and very quickly and kindly was able to diagnose the issue. Thanks to Kristen for being there and for being so helpful to us.

My car wouldn't start in the parking lot of king kullen, I walked to autozone desperate for help and Alex came to the rescue! He happily walked with me to my car and was able to instantly identify and fix the issue. I tried to give him some cash for his time and effort but he politely refused. I've had issues in the past with men at auto parts stores and garages treating me like I'm stupid because I was a woman. Alex was the complete opposite, he spoke to me with respect and explained things in a way I could understand. Absolutely steller customer service. Well done autozone and THANK YOU ALEX!!

Very polite and helpful. I was buying windshield wipers. The young man tried one set on my car before ringing them up to make sure they were right. They weren't, and he then got the right pair and installed them for me.

Great service, I would like to give a big shout out and thanks to Alex who took the time to install wiper blades for me and two tail lights that needed replacement. It was a very cold night and this young man was so pleasant , kind and eager to assist me. Wonderful service! Helpful and kind staff! Highly recommend this store!

Eveyone was super polite and extremely helpful. Special shout out to Jennifer A at shirley auto zone. She was amazing and did an awesome job. She took the time to explain each item I needed and taught me quite a bit on where the products should go . Very informative. Super helpful. Will refer to anyone I know. Thank you. There is an employee named Alex, he is so very helpful! He took his time to make sure I got the right part for my truck and BMW. I went to a mechanic locally that told me my vehicle wouldCost 2000.00 to fix. A friends said no way ... go to auto zone on an Floyd their staff is better! Let them look at your car for the right piece. Alex went out to my vehicle and sized everything right. Both parts were under 60.00 and he showed me how easy it was to install! WAY TO HO ALEX!!! Awesome to not get screwed by mechanics ! I d you need parts and are uncertain Alex and Shirley staff know what the **** their doing! God bless! Be safe and thank you for your service! He managers there are awesome too! Always going out of way to assist customers and this is why I m a repeat customer and will travel Out of my way just for SHIRLEY store!!!! This location works 1000 times better than the other location on Montauk Highway. Same staff, knowledgeable, and always a smooth transaction. Go the extra mile, and visit this location, instead of the other one.

I just had the best experience here! I had an idea of what I needed to fix my brake lights and how to do it but Joe knew exactly what I needed and even took the time in the freezing cold to replace my fuse and make sure my brake lights were working before I left. So kind and courteous, there are still good people in this world and two of them work right here.

I purchased two sets of the GOLD series brake rotors for my FX35, these rotors are piece of junk, they are sqeeking so loud, the neighbors are waking up. I went to a shop that is in business for 40 years and told me lots of customers complaining about brake rotors and pads from auto zone,

Unfortunately service was slow, severely understaffed. Not to mention they sold me a remanu alternator and it didnt work. Luckily I did the work myself or who knows what I would've paid in labor for the removal,install, remove again , install again. They also gave me my money back without any hassel seeing how it was their fault, I didn't expect anything less. If they hired a few note people who have specific duties things would go faster. Like just a cashier not ccoss trained to do anything else just check people out.

The worst experience ever. I bought a battery out of the Shirley store two months ago. When I returned it. They told me they will charge me the difference and I'll have to wait for the refund. ( I assumed the difference ) I was charged full price twice $153.00 and another $153.00 $306 dollars. I called them back and they said it was a clinch for the first 153. the other was a computer error that will be fixed within 3-5 business days.

The store manager is LAZY and RUDE. She doesn't assist her associates. I contacted the regional office to file a compliant. She needs to go.

Not sure if I'm very satisfied with this store...Today was the third time in a month that I tried to find parts and supplies here with no luck.As I was told, "if you can not find what you are looking for, you might want to check with the other stores on Montauk hwy, Main Street."But the staff is very courteous to it's customers.Since this store is still fairly new, it only carries a small selection of parts and supplies.I guess that they were not expected to receive an overwhelming amount of customers, therefore it is not required to stock up on commonly used/needed items.I don't think I'd recommend anyone to really go here unnless you needed a battery or coolant.

Good place great staff just slightly small store so there are times you will have to resort to other nearby auto parts store but overall great store
