I cannot recommend Liberty enough! Tommy was so quick to come save me! He was super kind, professional, and most importantly, helpful. I m so grateful to have a towing company I can trust and rely on, especially out here on Shelter Island. A really great team all around too! In the shop Cal was easy to talk to and made everything a breeze for me. Incredible company, even better employees!

Liberty automotive towing was very helpful and immediately responsive when I needed them I was in a tough spot, and my car broke down and they came immediately to help me. The small man driving the tow truck was very charming and offered to help service me in more ways than just my vehicle. To say the least, I was pleasantly surprised. Anyone who needs liberty's towing service ask for Tommy he is the best. I would rather push my truck home barefoot through broken glass then use Rapid Recovery for a tow. They just don t do it the way Tommy s does!

Highly recommend this company for any of your repair/towing needs! Tommy was very responsive and provided smooth service from start to finish. My car wouldn t start up and needed to get towed to NYC (in inclement weather), and he was able to make it from Shelter Island in the early morning to make it happen. He was knowledgeable about electric vehicles and tried to troubleshoot the problem with me in case it didn t need to be towed at all. He provided clear explanations along the way and made sure to let me know once the car was dropped off safely. Thanks again for going the extra mile!!

Excellent, fast, productive service, Iwas stuck. Tommy was able to help even if the situation seemed impossible. Recommend their service and willing to contact again if I end up having any problem.

Tommy was FABULOUS. Had a tire issue on a holiday week (thanksgiving eve) at 830 pm. Tommy showed up and quickly diagnosed the issue and repaired my tire. He then checked all my tires to ensure those were good. He was so professional and quick to act. I couldn t thank him enough. Really great guy and to answer on such a holiday I am so grateful for him.

Tommy- I can t thank you enough for the time and support you gave me when my dad was in a bind with a broken ball joint in the middle of the night. You knew exactly hour to handle it and were so knowledgeable above the circumstances you got us connected, made calls on my behalf and owned the situation beginning to end to get me a contact to help me you went above and beyond. That alone was outstanding client service and CARE. You cared. This is so rare to find in our world nowadays, in business and in people. I appreciate your tenacity and passion. You are awesome and the other companies should learn how to handle their clients like you do. Superior client experience. Hope to work with you soon. :)

A wonderful local business that performs my towing needs exceedingly well. Tommy (the tow truck driver in question) is a very bright, funny, handsome, young man that is incredibly knowledgeable about all things automotive. 10/10 recommend.

Tommy s towing service was great after my mom blew out both her tires from a pot hole. He kept updated and even sent us pictures to show us pick and delivery to the dealership. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs to be towed!

After 4 other companies canceled on me, Tommy came through for me. He showed up on time, and and safely loaded and delivered my bike. I appreciated the professionalism and concern for my bike despite it already being damaged. I definitely wouldn't recommend anyone else.

If there was a way to give a 10 star review I would. I had a flat tire close to Manorville and Tommy got there faster than the local service that Land River was going to send. I have a new car and Tommy knew exactly what to do and did it effortlessly. He is the definition of a competent and thoughtful person. The NYS trooper that was there took his number so he could call him for stranded motorists. If you have any issues from Montauk to Manorville, just call Tommy!

I contacted liberty about picking up a vehicle for me, but the time and date it was available for pickup kept changing, and these guys were very friendly and accommodating through the whole process. When I finally got the call that the vehicle was ready Liberty responded immediately. Highly recommended for transports short and long.

Tommy was amazing!!! I got two flats and he came and towed my car to my preferred location. He went above and beyond and was curious, professional and just plain pleasant. I would highly recommend Liberty Towing and especially Tommy.

Tommy was a hero when I got a flat tire on Rt 105 at night. He went beyond the call of duty by contacting a colleague Carlos to take care of the issue within the hour. Carlos didn t just change the tire he plugged the nail hole and saved the tire. Tommy and Carlos are a few of the most kind and helpful people I ever called for emergency roadside assistance.

I called Liberty to help me with a slow leak on in my left front tire. Within a few minutes of speaking with Tommy, Carlos was at the Pridwin, diagnosed a leak due to a deeply embedded screw. Shortly, he had the screw removed, tire patched, and returned to proper pressure.I am grateful and impressed with the professionalism of both Tommy and Carlos! They were so lovely to deal with, came to the hotel quickly and had us good to go. I am thankful this service is available on Shelter Island and HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM FOR ANY ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE!

They deserve 10/10!!!! Never have I experienced a towing company that arrived as fast as they did. I have AAA and they are trash in comparison. AAA wouldn't even help me but this company showed up quick and got the job done fast. Thank you so much for towing my rental box truck. I highly recommend!

I used this company to tow my suv, they were quick, reliable and had the best customer service. Starting from the dispatcher to the towing guy.The dispatcher called me back right away to inform me of my tow driver location and time. The tow driver called me before his arrival. In less than a hour and a half, I was home and warm. It was incredible, how fast the service was. The last time I had a towing it took almost 4 hours. This company even went farther and text me to make sure my driver was here to get mw already. How great is that service. I couldn't be happier of how everything went from start ro finish. Mad my car broke down, but happy with my service.
