Had to replace a dead battery. They were very quick and professional. Would definitely recommend this service.

I normally get my oil changed at Walmart in e. Setauket but I have been there 3 times now and have been turned away. The first time they were having a tire extravaganza and couldn't do it. The second time they closed early due to short staffing. The last and final straw for me was the third time I went mind it was still for the same oil change. I was told there was a 2 hour wait and I would have to come back another day. I'm sure I could have killed 2 hours shopping in Walmart but I wasn't even given that option. So I will take my business somewhere else now.

They don t accept appointments and they can be short staffed but if you get there at the right time, you get decent service at a decent price

If you want a nasty welcome, this is the place. I just came for a oil change. First time n this Walmart I usually go to the one n Centereach, but I was doing shopping here. Auto services here! Hell no.

I went here a couple of months ago to get new tires and the workers did an absolutely amazing job. They actually stand for their low prices unlike mavis and that s why Walmart is America s low price leader. The tires cost $76 each while at mavis I was getting ripped off and getting charged $100 per tire. This was my first time getting tires from here and I couldn t be more happy. There tires are good and their prices are unbeatable and they so beat mavis prices. All together I paid around $400 bucks with $76 for tires, the state tire fee $2.50 for each tire, tax which I don t remember the tax amount, balance being $10 and rotation being $14 and the best part is they don t charge labor. While I was at mavis I was charged around $800 with labor. But if you re looking to get tires at a better price than I recommend this place for tires at the best price.

My wife and I were in town for a wedding and our car had a flat tire. When we arrived at the shop, Ed was very accommodating and was willing to get everything done for us in a very short time on a busy Sunday. Him and his staff were nothing short of amazing. I am grateful for everything they were able to do in the amount of time they did it in. Thanks for the great service!

Yesterday I called about having a set of tires installed. The man on the phone told me no very rudely and kind of stunned me so I asked why? And he said they were busy and can t get me in. I went down today , there were zero vehicles in the shop. The big man behind the counter was definitely the same man on the phone who spoke to me on the phone. Again I asked if I could have a set of tires installed and AGAIN, No . I said why not? There s people ahead of you. There literally wasn t one vehicle in any of the service bays. I will never go here again and I advise anybody to go elsewhere. I don t trust anybody who doesn t care about their job around my vehicle.

Ordered 4 tires with the protection. When we went to pick up the car, the wrong tires were put on. Had to go back to get the ones we actually paid for on...wasn t fun coming back in on a Saturday and wait another two hours to get the tires put on....Best to go elsewhere where accuracy might matter more to them as opposed to here.

The price is right. It's not a complete auto center no break pads you can buy but for tires and batteries and other little things Walmart can't be beat.

First purchased their lifetime Balancing and Hazard when we purchased a new set of tires for my son's truck before leaving for college 5.5 hours away. They have always come through with rebalancing, flat fixing, and even prorating the tires! I find their internet prices for rubber unbeatable, and even purchased a set of Cooper GT's for my classic muscle car from them online, and then had them do the mounting, balancing and hazard. Some of us do all of our own auto repairs, but none of us have our our mounting and balancing machines in our home garages. Over the past 8 years we must have purchased 6 sets of tires from them. They even beat Costco and Bj's deals!

Replaced four suv tires, one tpms broke during the installation however the manager Cef was very professional and assured walmart would reimburse us for when we got it replaced. We returned a week later with no problem. Also purchased tires at walmart.com, cant beat the price. I would recommend this center.

unprofessional and lacking basic skills. I asked them to put on my registration sticker after changing my oil and putting on new wiper blades. The mechanic said "no" to putting on the sticker. Said he did not have the necessary tool to put the sticker on. I took my business elsewhere where they are competent to put registration stickers on. Got a call from manager later who apologized but backed up employee because its against policy to work on your car without proper tools.

Got the lifetime tire balance and rotation but they never follow thru. i ve come in multiple times and they always come up with some excuse, there not no mech or not enough mechs or the queue is so long you have to drop it off and come back at closing. Sorry for imbeciles that works here because management is obviously
