Awesome! I have been to Setauket auto body three times in the last 14 months. 2011 bmw rear ended, 2015 Mercedes front nose damage and 2023 Durango side damage both were unattended and parked. All 3 vehicles were repaired with expertise and precision as if they all rolled off the assembly line in perfect new condition. If you need a repair and want it done right, go see Gina, Joey and Frankie and the rest of the crew at Setauket auto body.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Looks like they deleted my last review lol . Here s another one .. Terrible service after they gave my car back warning lights kept coming up on my dash board and they broke my drivers side headlight when I confronted the owner about it he screamed in my face told me to get out of his shop. This is because he told me they would fix it but they are going to charge insurance again lol. Reason why I did not let them charge my insirance again is because the headlight was not messed up from the accident one of there workers broke it when they went to put my bumper back on and they did not want to take responsibility. TERRIBLE SHOP TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE . I WOULD NOT TAKE MY CAR HERE EVER AGAIN. Let this be your warning.

My guy in the auto body business Joe and his family are the absolute best. Their attention to detail unmatched. My daughter 2015 Nissan Altima came out so clean it was like they detailed the entire car. Like new. Awesome job

Great guys--I was driving home when I realized one of my tires felt off and it just so happened that the closest spot to pull over was the parking lot of Setauket Auto Body. Joe was standing outside and immediately offered to take a look and replaced the flat with our car's spare free of cost. Stand up guys & I'll surely be bringing my vehicles to Setauket Auto Body if ever need be after today.

I was recently rear ended and I brought my Jeep to Setauket Auto Body. I had a great experience. All I had to do was drop off my car and the rest was taken care of. Jean (I believe her name is ) at the front desk was so helpful. The service was great and I even got my car back about two weeks earlier than expected (even with the holiday hustle and bustle ). I had a great experience from start to finish. My car needed some pretty extensive work and it was done ahead of schedule. Joe and his staff were great to deal with and kept me informed of the progress along the way. They also helped to set me up with a rental car to hold me over while the work was being done. After my hit and run i took my BMW 750 to Setauket Autobody and met with Joe. They took the car in right away and worked great with my insurance. Joe and his team are the best. Had a dent from being clipped in the rear and a small dinge on the side. They got my truck done super fast and it looks even better then before. This is about a year late, but last year I got into a car accident. It was entirely my fault and I didn t even realize I didn t have collision insurance. I used to work across the street so I dropped my car off there and went back to work. Later on that day I was fired. It was 2 of the worst days of my life. I didn t have much money and I was ready to just dump my car. It is a 2012 Nissan Cube with only 50k miles. Even though i didn t have enough money and I was encouraging these guys to just sell it for parts the guy there pushed me to keep my car and worked with my budget. After some back and forth with negotiations he completely worked with me and helped me save my car. I wish I remembered the guys name who helped me but I cannot rave enough about how genuinely honest and wonderful he was. The work they did to my car made it as good as new and they even cleaned the inside! This is such a wonderful shop run by good people. I highly recommend coming here for car repairs. I ve been meaning to leave this review for awhile and life just got crazy. I say the negative reviews are bs and from competitors because I don t see how they can be genuine after my amazing experience. Thank you Setauket autobody for working with me and allowing me to keep my car that I love.

I went there with maybe about 2 grand worth of damage, these blood suckers managed to convince the insurance company it was over 7 grand worth of damage, it was a dented rear bumper and front bumper from being rear ended at a stop light. After getting it back from them (which took over a month when they said 1 week at most), the rear bumper sags like it looks like its gonna fall off if someone stands on it. They also replaced my whole entire exhaust system and the pipe they used to replace it, turned out to have a hole in it, so I needed to go to another place to get that fix. but what busted my balls the most was the fact I had a chrome covered tail pipe on my car that I really liked, BUT when I got the car back they said they didn't remember any chrome tail pipe, even though I showed them pictures of the back of the car with the chrome plated tail pipe/muffler, then they said well maybe we can find one for you that would cost me ANOTHER GRAND... I hope the IRS or the Better Business Bureau investigate these guys because they clearly over price for simple parts and I'm sure they have plenty of money unaccounted for.

What a terrible place. When I picked up my car it had no gas in it. I left it with a half tank. It was pinned on E. When I brought this up to the owner he said someone could have syphoned it out of the tank. I moved on from this because it wasn't worth the argument. I was really there because the wheel alignment was not correct. I was then told that it left fine and it was my fault. I scheduled an appointment and the owners son proceeded to tell me to make sure I bring the car with gas in it. I just starred at him with disgust and I left as the father and son both tried to intimidate me with physical violence.

got into a car accident and dcided to use another shop and the owner called me early that morning and flippe dout because he wanted his money and was advised geico sends him a check. Never once got an apology AND was hung up on. Very rude!!

Got me my car back as quick as possible. Had an issue the day after I picked it up and they were very helpful, took a look at it and fixed the issue at no extra cost to me. Honest people.

Never go to this place. ..they only care about the insurance. This place shouldn't be in business at all .. they said they are not helping anyone . And they don care about the reputation or reviews.....same crab

Had a nasty ding I in the front fender , spoke to Joe and said it could b pulled out so he saved me alot of money , will continue to use them in the future , hopefully no time soon..
