I have to say this is the best experience I have ever had dealing with any auto repair services. From the beginning to the end, they made a very unfortunate experience smooth and very professional. They kept me aware of their progress all throughout until the day I picked up the car. The car was also ready before the pickup date all looking beautiful and clean like a new car. I dealt with Rich from beginning to end, he is such a nice, polite and caring person. He made me comfortable knowing I have the right guy taking care of my car. I am very satisfied with Carstar Roadster Collision and would definitely refer anyone needing his services.

Rich and his team were very helpful and professional. He was very accommodating in helping set up the rental car reservation and taking the time to make sure my vehicle was correctly repaired. Additionally, he was able to help me navigate the insurance claims process so that everything went smoothly.

They were wonderful and super friendly and accommodating! Made the process very easy to get my car fixed. The rental car was waiting for me when I got there to drop my car off. My car looks amazing! They cleaned the inside of my car as well! They went above and beyond!

Excellent. My initial phone call was actually answered. There was no pressure to bring the vehicle in for inspection. Pictures by text gave them enough information to start the repair process. A reasonable time frame was given for the repair. The vehicle was repaired on time and looked like the whole car was detailed when returned. I couldn't have made a better choice.

Our experience at Carstar was excellent! From the moment I walked into the office both Rich and Tiffany had provided us with the upmost hospitality and professionalism which continued throughout the process. They were both very informative and allowed for a hands off approach while keeping us up to date from start to finish. Their knowledge of insurance was valuable as it provided us with additional information we were able to use when filing our claim. Hopefully we do not have this issue in the future but if we do I will be sure to use them.Thank you both for all your help!

This is the second time I ve had an example of car star s excellent customer service and results, exactly as I hoped they would be. Rich, the owner, is a business pro: communicative, courteous, and very willing to help make what is typically an unpleasant situation much easier to bear. And, of course, the best of all is that my car came back looking brand new. Thank you!

Usually I don't write a review because my expectation is too high. So none of the service I've received did not meet. However, Prestige Collision is only one above the expectation. Frank and his crews are the best. They did a beautiful job!!!! I really appreciate their work. Highly recommend.

This shop is what being best in the business looks like. Rich, David, and team are the best hands down. They truly care about you and will take care of you beyond just vehicle repairs. From handling insurance to arranging rental cars, when they say they will take care of it, they mean it. And they deliver; they will do it right and keep you in the loop every step of the way. Their work is outstanding, my car looks like it just rolled off the lot brand new, no exaggeration. The added detailing was a lovely bonus that really shows they go the extra mile.Just go down the long list of reviews saying similar things if you don t believe me. You only earn those comments with real dedication. Anyone would be doing themselves a great disservice if they even consider going elsewhere.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The search for the right people and shop to do the work we needed started here on google and what others had to say. Will confirm that Rich lives up to all the great things said about him, his company, timelines, transparency, and more. Hopefully we won't need any other work done but we will be back if that happens. Anyone looking for an honest, no frill, get it done right the first time kind of shop, just stop here. After owning my new car for a week, someone crashed into it in a parking lot. Not only did Carstar do a fantastic job fixing my car, but they handled the insurance and rental for me. I am very happy with their service and will be happy to recommend to friends and family.

They did a fantastic job repairing my car. I'm sorry for the late review! My car was hit in a parking lot! No note! Rich and his family were so kind and nice! They completely fixed my car perfectly! Set up the rental car and cleaned my while interior!! I have never seen this!! Omg!! You guys are life savers! The shop is kinda out of the way and not noticeable..... But their service is superior to most! Even the car dealership! My car looked perfect and so clean! Omg!! Their dog!! Im in love! This is my place from now on for auto repairs!

Highly recommend them. Repaired my toyota RAV4 to like new condition, even cleaned and detailed the interior. The owners and crew take pride in what they do and it shows. Kept me informed during the entire repair process and even had the rental car there for me when I dropped my car off.
