Jerry provides a friendly, reliable and fairly priced repair service. I was very pleased with the work completed on my mower and most definitely will be giving him my business again in the future. His son Christopher is also a hardworking, friendly and polite young man.

I called Jerry cause my ATV was acting like it wasn t getting fuel. He told me to bring it right in. He had my machine up and running right in less than 24 hours. Him and his team are very responsive and honest. He has even given me advice in order to keep my machine running right. I highly recommend!!

Bought a used 2002 grizzly on Craigslist that was not running as it should, brought it here and they got it running smooth!! Great customer service, friendly, and efficient! If you need your ATV worked on definitely bring it here!!

Jerry was accommodating, professional and committed to taking care of his customers. I dropped off a mower and a weed wacker that were in need of serious repairs and service. I ended up buying a new weed wacker ( which is excellent) and he serviced/ repaired the mower to like new! Highly recommend this business!! Thanks Jerry! I will be back!

Great experience with ThreeBoyz. I was gifted a 4-wheeler that was running very rough and ThreeBoyz took the time to thoroughly clean and repair all the parts necessary to get the machine running like new. I was informed on what needed to be fixed and what could wait to keep the project within my budget, as well as the importance of fixing each problem the machine had. Thorough explanations where given to each part that was fixed and I am very satisfied with my ThreeBoyz experience, highly recommend.

Jerry offered and delivered the best experience I ve had for a repair of anything. I was given a John Deere mower with electrical problems and Jerry talked with me every step of the way. Being a business owner myself I know how hard that can be. He investigated the problem and came up with his own idea to return to me a mower that would be reliable. He went out of his way looking out for the best interest of me. Rare to find service like this today. Highly recommend him and the Boyz. Thank you Jerry!

Amazing service and communication along the way. They were extremely thorough in looking into the fuel problem with my ATV in ways that my dealer refused to troubleshoot. So much better experience than I ve had in the past with dealer service departments.

Had work done on two of my toys ,by Jerry and his crew , was very good communication on relaying where he was at on the work at every stage ..No ridiculous mark ups .would gladly have all future work done threw his shop .

Needed a full tune up on my rider mower. Was looking up places on the net. Came across Threeboyz site, so gave Jerry a call. He was very personable and down to earth. Asked if the would pick up.They do both pick up and deliver witch made it very convenient. Work was done in a timely manor.It was a few days after I got it back that I used it, it was like driving a new lawnmower.Overall very happy with the work and the price of everything will most definitely refer his company to anyone I know that needs work done :)Personal note, chatting with Jerry for a few he is a very humble person and honest up front bout everything, in witch is hard to find these day.Sorry for a long review but I feel that good things and great people need to be recognized.Thank you again, mower runs great!!

Had a traditional lawn mower for years that I did all my own service and work on. But when I bought a zero turn with all the different oils and filters and a deck that weighs hundreds of pounds I didn t even know where to begin. Jerry did a complete service on it after my first season and it was way cheaper than I expected. He sent me pics of my dirty oil and kept me posted on progress. I will be using him from now on to service my zero turn. And my four wheeler too.Update - 3 years later and still using Jerry for all the service on my Cub Cadet Zero Turn. Unfortunately had some engine issues in middle of last summer that Jerry was able fix and turn around quickly. Have also taken my Stihl weedeater to Jerry for repair.

Jerry is bye far a superior mechanic in his field (small engine, ATV, chainsaw & tractor) I would have no reservations with Jerry servicing my equipment.. His experience and customer care is second to none. You will be kept informed of your project via parts/pricing etc. and respected. Pricing is very fair for what you receive in return.

Jerry is very congenial, personable and straightforward. He could accommodate the make and model of lawn more that we have that another shop said they don t work on. He is easy to communicate with, answers his phone, and gives precise and realistic idea of turnaround time.

When I first moved to Waterloo, I bought my first home with a large front and backyard. Of course, that meant buying yard equipment. Then, with my luck, they break. Not being a mechanical genius, I asked my new friends what shop they would recommend? Jerry was highly recommended. He actually repaired my mower and it ran better than when I bought it new! Well, that was over 20 years ago and Jerry of ThreeBoyz has been servicing my yard equipment to this day and will continue to do so as long as he is in business.

Sorry this is long winded...I had a Generator repair at ThreeboyZ BUT ... I first brought my generator to another local shop that will remain nameless. They explained to me that they cleaned the carburetor and that the generator will run fine if I leave the choke on. I paid them but thought it was strange seeing that I had the generator running before I dropped it off to them. I plugged a power tool in aka a grinder and the generator died. The shop explained that it was running good and that there must be an issue with it making power and I would need to take it somewhere else.. I read the reviews online about ThreeboyZ and decided to give them a try. The owner walked me through everything they were going to do to the generator, sent me pictures through the process of the carburetor which was clearly not cleaned by the other shop. I had a great experience and the generator runs better than new. And don t tell them I said this but I felt it was pretty cheap. My only negative of the whole experience is that they need a bigger road side to locate the business. I will be back. Thanks again.

ThreeBoyz completed the repair of a generator I needed for an upcoming camping trip in quick fashion. And, they did it with excellence and professionalism. The generator ran great for the entire trip and I couldn't be happier. They offered friendly service and great value. I would recommend ThreeBoyz to anyone looking for small engine repair work.

Wonderful customer service! Our 20+ year-old snowblower needed a minor repair... They picked up our machine when they said they would and even managed to get it back to us before the arrival of the next snow. Great turn-around, fair prices and great service. Will highly recommend!!

I took a 2000 Honda TRX 90 to Jerry that was having issues starting. Jerry tried to make the repairs without having to order the new carb, but eventually had to order new parts. He communicated throughout the process, checking in before additional expenses were incurred. Ultimately, the ATV runs better than when it was purchased, all oem parts were used and the price was fair. Will definitely go back for future needs.

Friendly fast service, very knowledgeable. My husband Craig goes there often for sharpening chain s for the chain saws and repair on our various tillers. Jerry is wonderful

Brought my mower in for some warranty work. Came out to be a minor issue. Same day service was quick and easy! No worries of waiting on slow warranty paperwork. For the short amount of time I have been dealing with Jerry and his boys, every time I walk in the door Jerry makes sure I leave with everything I came for and then some. Fast turnaround repairs, excellent products and fair prices. Stihl and Husqvarna dealers have nothing on this guy!
