ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!Always very friendly, affordable and of course the coffee and vending machines are a plus. Plenty of space in waiting area and very quick when it comes to routine services. Highly recommend!!

Everyone at Shannon's is great and friendly. They offered me a ride home when I dropped my car off and then they came and picked me up to get my car. Not many places do that and I thank them for that. I've never had a problem with them.

These people know their stuff! They have great service with as fair of a price as possible in today's rip off world. I have never taken my cars any other place but here in close to 30 years! and I never will go any place else. Love this place and I am so happy they are only 3 minutes away.

My Gentlemen at the counter are courteous and always ready to help with any problem or questions you may have. (Even after you leave the store) All my visits have been a great experience and not that long of a wait time for work to be done. Thank you all for being there for our community. Awesome to have a local business you can count on.

We were on our way to Rochester on a Saturday morning, 50 miles from home, and had to cut our trip short because the battery light came on and various accessories began failing. We rolled in with a nearly dead battery because of a dying alternator. Josh welcomed us with a genuine smile and friendly demeanor. They got us in right away and verified that the battery was nearly dead and that the alternator was seriously failing. They put in a new battery which would get us back on the road and have enough juice to our get us back home to pick up a rental car and to leave the truck with our hometown automotive repair shop to put in a new alternator next week. We made it back, thanks to their willingness to fit us right in on a Saturday morning. Thanks for everything, guys!!

Absolutely wonderful. The gentlemen were extremely accommodating. We had gotten a flat on our trailer, called had tire available, pulled in was taken immediately and left with 4 brand new tires. Would highly recommend. Made the experience definitely stress less.

Trombley s always does an excellent job with my car. Anytime I need something done, they get the job done with 100% results. I never have an any reason to doubt what the staff does here. My family always said Trombley s has never let us down. So far, they haven t. I appreciate what they do for me.

Super disappointed. Spent over $2,000 on complete tire replacement, while traveling, and still have a shake in my truck that was never there before. When I took the truck back the next day, the manager told me that I just had 3oz of rocks in the tires that was throwing them off .Took them to another Steve Shannon company in another state, spoke with another manager, and they balanced the tires. Truck is still shaking. Ugh.Would not recommend them.

The staff here is very knowledgeable. They got my car fixed right and without taking forever. They are trustworthy and pleasant to work with. Everything is explained carefully and only done with your approval. Excellent place to bring your car.

Had a flat tire on the thruway and this shop was the only one in the surrounding area with my size tire. They were my lifeline to get me back on the road at the end of the work day. Service was prompt and everyone there was very super friendly. I ll be back, hopefully under better circumstances!

We had a blown tire on the thruway. After putting on the donut we headed straight to Shannon Tire & Auto in Seneca Falls. It was just about closing time but they took the time to put new tires on the front. Everybody was so nice and the service was great!

For the Past 2 years we ve used Trombley/Steve Shannon (since it was taken over) and Love coming here .. Anytime we ve had an issue with our car we call them because they re Fast .. Affordable.. more importantly they re Friendly and take their time to Listen to our concerns regarding our vehicles, they get us right in and always take the time to explain and educate us .. and always send us away feeling and knowing we are safe under their care ..

They said two used mirrors for an 07 Prius would cost me $198 each. You can find a new set for $70 online. The upcharge is insane and you feel like you're getting hustled.The total estimation for repairs to get my car passed inspection was $2100. An in-town mechanic is charging me $500. As a college student, this could've been financially crippling. Don't be a victim of capitalistic greed and take your business elsewhere.

This is the 2nd time that I have come here to have them fix a tire from something I ran over. They were quick to get me in, and repair the tire quickly as well. Great service!

My car was making horrific noises from the front. I have a fear of my car rolling over because of issues with the suspension. The guys here listen to me and got it in and found out what it was. Getting the part replaced and then bringing it back in for an alignment. They assured me that my tire will not fall off my car. I would give them 10 stars if this app would let me.
