I am a long time regular customer and continue to be blown away every time I go by their service. They are the most honest and forthright mechanics I have ever been too and go above and beyond to meet your scheduling needs and get you the lowest price possible while still providing quality parts and service. Eric, Corey, and Mike are the frienidlest and most helpful people I have ever met within the mechanic industry and somehow make my service appointments fun and actually ease my anxiety if I have a problem I am worried about. I recommend them with all my heart and will Not go anywhere else for my cars needs!

Very unprofessional and rude! I went for NYS inspection, kept me an hour waiting then refused to do inspection because I ve FHV plate. They don t like to make $10 for new vehicle. Filed Form VS 35, NYS DMV complaint.

I arrived at a time when they were busiest and still Mike honored my arrival with fast courteous service and got me on a lift asap. The Staff kept to their time frame and my technician (Eric) went above and beyond to explain what was done what needed to be done and apologized for any delay in expected service time because of an unexpected repair and made me feel like I made the right decision coming to this location as I have in the past.

Walked In without an appointment for an inspection, Mike got me right in knowing I was crunched for time! Eric was great, he went over a few things to pay attention too and I was on my way!! By far the easiest experience I have had in a long time. Thanks guys!!!!

Oil Change - Mike and Eric are so helpful and informative. My 2003 Toyota needed an oil change and I stopped by at 5pm to make an appointment for the weekend. Eric said he could get me in right then and there. Saved me so much time! Mike had my battery, alternator & starter tested to ensure all is working properly for the winter season. Conscientious , courteous, and knowledgeable.

This was the best car repair experience I've had in years. The staff truly cares and found the most cost effective solution. Work, communication and quality were outstanding. I will be back and recommend this shop to others. It felt like I was being helped by friends.

Upon arrival Corey Assistant Manager was kind & professional. Eric the store Manager was professional as well. Customer Service was Above & Beyond! Thank you so much!! Doug the mechanic was very professional with fixing my car! I will definitely come back here again!!

I stopped in to have my oil changed, while there I was advised by the mechanic to change my brakes. I knew that the brakes were getting low but I didn t think they were that bad, but he informed me they were very bad and needed to be changed. They were at a dangerous level. I did explain to them that I was on a time crunch, and I had to get out of there as soon as I could. They were so kind that they did the job as quickly as they could, but as professionally and as efficiently as they could. Thank you Mavis, you have a loyal customer now!

Wonderful experience! My girlfriend and I blew a tire and they stayed open late for us to get all new tires. Great people, and we re definitely coming back to this shop!

Do not go here! They failed my cars inspection due to tread ware on my front tires. I took the vehicle to my tire dealer to see if they were still under warranty and they informed me and showed me that my tires were still perfectly fine and should have been passed. Mavis is clearly inept at their jobs and should not be trusted. I will never return to this company again.

I was recently there with my moms car and although they did the tires and wheel alignment fine. I asked for an inspection here is where it gets tricky. They wouldn't do it stating the vehicle needed rear breaks and rotors and new wiper blades. The wiper blades were changed recently so 1st lie. We brought the car to a local mechanic who was going to do the brakes and rotors guess what? The brakes had half a pad and the rotors are nice and thick, second lie! What the hell business are you running ? All because you don't make money on an inspection and it goes right to nys you wanna lie to people and not inspect there car. Trying to get more money out of people so you lie and figure you can get away with it cause a women brought the vehicle. So disappointed in this location. This was done on 1/6.

This place is great, went in for my regular oil change while on vacation, from the moment we walked through the door was greeted professionally, they noticed my plates from Florida and asked if I had drove down. They looked over the car completely to make sure all was good as We have a long drive awaiting us. Free tire rotation, and what I will consider going above and beyond customer service went over the complete check with my husband. My husband and I were impressed. Not usually the experience when dealing with auto mechanics. We need this back at home. Thanks to Eric and Joseph!!!! KUDOS!

I just walked in to ask a price but what has been offered was buy 3 get 1 free on new set of Bridgestones with 75.000 miles so I couldn't say no to that,now I'm sitting in their cool office watching them do a good job on my vehicle thru the window:) they gave me a great deal on alignment as well... Every person I came to contact at the place was attentive and polite, definitely highly recommend
