Team at this location took me in right away with no appointment. Jeff was very professional in communicating what was wrong and needed. Team together gave advice on what can extend life of my car, they were helpful and I highly recommend.

The place reeked of pot when I drove up. Came in for "signature service" which is supposed to include oil and filter change, check the air filter, check tire pressure, top off wiper fluid, check wiper blades, check serpentine belt, check radiator fluid level and top off if needed, brake fluid levels, check exterior lights and possibly more. They changed my filter (I assume), filled my oil, closed the hood and started to write up my bill. I had to remind the "service manager" to top off my wiper fluid, check my tire pressure, check air filter. They topped off my fluid, pumped my tires up to 36PSI (they're only supposed to be 32) closed my hood and proceeded to bill me for $90 dollars. Signature service price plus tax for high mileage oil. I showed a $10 coupon and the guy looked annoyed. I certainly will not be bringing either one of my cars here anymore. Nasty complaint letter to Jiffy lube corporate to follow.

I can not believe what happened ! I usually go to Riverhead. However, today, I went to location in Selden. Saw a familiar face. Kaleb! What an outstanding experience. Real smooth and talked to him about switching stores. Fantastic, seeing him grow within the company warms my heart Will be back !

I love this place. Went here a few months ago for a desperate need of an oil change. The dealership would be a week waiting for an appointment and it would take a few hours to complete. With Jiffy Lube, I pulled right up, no appointment needed, and I didn t even get out of my car. Within ten minutes, I was on the road again! I have a high mileage vehicle and about a month ago my oil light came on so I came back, and told them I feel like there s a leak, and he said there s no leak but because it s high mileage it burns more oil. So they topped me off for free. Will continue to come here for my oil change every single time!

Starting with Nick who treats you like your a true friend and not just a customer he makes you feel right at home like your a friends house getting your oil changed hooks you literally they are fast genuine and generous not even people but a true friend people would be rude for me to say I love them here I trust them all the way I appreciate them to the fullest and thankyou for treating me like a friend not a customer

Always an amazing Experience, mikes the best manager and worker I ve seen at any Jiffy lube, he needs a raise, bc however much he s getting paid isn t enough.Another great experience at this great Jiffy Lube location. They had me in out of there in less then 8 minutes. Seriously impressed with such a professional performance. Great job!

I went to Jiffy Lube in selden and all of the guys working there were extremely kind and caring. They gave me their best advice and were so polite. Mike was especially very kind to me and took care of my cars needs in a very well and timely way. I really appreciate everyone there. They were so supportive.

THIS IS NOT A CORPORATE RUN STORE!!! I have been receiving oil changes at jiffy lube for the last decade at previous locations and always purchased the standard signature oil change that ranges about $53.99. I even went back through all my receipts and have confirmed this. I attended the selden jiffy lube store and was asked if I wanted the signature oil change that I always get and agreed. The service was performed and when I was rang up the total was $82.99. I asked the representative why it was so much as I have never paid that amount before and they stated someone must ve given you a coupon . I tried using a coupon this visit as I have done in the past, but it did not work probably because it was not for the same service I always get. I also don t know how every other location would be able to give me a coupon that equivalents $30 off. I inquired with another employee and he said we re not trying to rip you off and proceeded to tell me this it what I always ordered. This is not true and I have the records to show it. The only other time my bill was above the 53.99, was a visit to the same Selden store this July. This store is taking advantage of customers and then insisting that is what they always get. I will not be returning to this store, I have never this experience at any other location.I emailed corporate and they told me they are not a corporate run store and I would have to handle it with the store directly, which I attempted to do. This is probably how they get away with ripping customers off.

Expeditious, polite, informative and reasonably priced. Mike and his crew were great. They had me park my car, drove it into the docking location for me, had me sit comfortably in the waiting room in the AC. In 11 minutes, they changed my oil, air filter, performed an antifreeze service, and radiator cap!!They're amazing and I'll surely return to this location. The oil change is outrageously expensive.My outside windows were not cleaned. And they did not vacuum my rugs The staff was courteous.

Went to get an oil change, and get my AC and brakes serviced. Still had some issues in regards to the AC after the service and was upset but Michael called and addressed it with me. This shows that they value keeping the trust and satisfaction of their customers! My family and I have been coming here for a long time and are appreciative of their great customer service.Services: Brakes, Air conditioning, Oil change

Stopped by selden location on middle country road. All the young men who helped me were awesome. All were very friendly and attentive. I was in and out in under an hour and they did a great job with my truck. Will definitely be coming back to this location. Michael L was one of the gentlemen who helped me.

You should show your prices on your website. It looks like you hide your oil change prices because they are expensive, at least it gives that appearance because you do not show your prices on your website.

My car was serviced yesterday for a oil change. Now there are missing parts to my car and underneath my car something is loose and scraping the ground when I am driving. I an totally upset.

The guys at Jiffy Lube in Selden were excellent. They all came out and greeted me immediately when I pulled in and I was given very clear directions of where to park and what to do. All of the choices of the options were explained clearly to me and then I was brought to a clean and air conditioned waiting room. My car was finished in less than 15 minutes, which was great. Everybody was friendly and answered any questions I had before wishing me a great day and sending me on my way. I will definitely come back to Jiffy Lube in Selden. Five stars!!Service: Oil change

I usually hate the process of getting my oil changed. It's usually a long drawn out process with nothing but up sales. This was not my experience at the Selden Jiffy Lube. I pulled up was escorted into the waiting area promptly. I had two of my kids with me and I started getting antsy as I wanted to walk across the street to get them crepes. After about ten minutes a manager approached me to check me in. He reviewed the procedure and the cost. I thought cool now I can walk next door. To my surprise they were already done. I was blown away, I actually thought the manager was joking, he replied we are normally 10 to 15 mins. I hoped in the car windows clean, oil changed and my car vacuumed. Still kinda shocked it was this easy. Kudos to the management team you've earned a new customer. Thank you.

Mike L was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He explained every issue that my vehicle was having from the pertinent to the more routine. He did not try to pressure or upsell me. Rather he seemed to genuinely care that I had all the information available to me to make the best decision for myself. Micheal L. , the manager at Jiffy lube Selden provided great customer service BECAUSE he was as we say, in the industry "an effective listener" I politely said, I do not want to provide any of my info, and he respected that, and that I just wanted the oil change, wiper fluid and check the air in the tires, and be on my way " he wasn't pushy He was a gentleman and respecting my request and what literally seemed like a two minute pitstop By the time we chatted, I signed for my payment, sat down and started to look at my phone Someone walked into the waiting area and said "your car is done" It was so fast I said JOKINGLY, I'm going to check the dipstick as I can't believe you really put the oil in there and then we all started joking around, but they said if you want, but you can definitely check we can open the hood for you to check And I laughed, and they gave them for their time It was literally the fastest oil change I've ever seen in my life! Kudos to Michael L for being a good manager and that being translated into his staff! Great job will be coming back soon

Had my oil changed today at Selden Jiffy Lube. Dominick and Mike were awesome and super efficient. Got me out in 10 minutes. Even let me know my air filter needed to be changed as well, filled my tires and cleaned my windshields.
