i had the pleasure of working with john. i had been struggling trying to get into a car. im 28 i have bad credit / driving history. i have an almost 5 year old i dog groom and snowboard so i needed an suv that meets my needs. john led me to a 17 kia sorento. low mileage the inside is pretty much immaculate and meets all of my needs i presented to him. he was very kind and patient with the process since it took me two weeks to pick up the vehicle. he even took 2 trade ins in not the best condition for a good chunk of change! what a blessing john and the team at auto land has been for me in a time of stress struggles and hardships. i d suggest this dealership to anyone in a position like me.

MOST IMPORTANT UPDATE ON BOTTOM!!! OUT OF STATE PURCHASERS BEWARE!****************************************************SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!!!THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS!!!!They take your money and give you a vehicle that doesn't last but only a few weeks! They treat out of towers like garbage!BEWARE!!!NEVER BUY FROM THEM! MY CAR STILL SITS IN THE GARAGE, LESS THAN A MONTH SINCE MY PURCHASE AND I CAN'T DRIVE IT, THEY REFUSE TO FIX IT!****************************************************You can keep saying all you want that I was racing but that is just your way of saying that you sold me a broken vehicle. Power steering was bad from jump and it also had axel leaks.... How can you race a car with these issues??? You can't! I'm a female driver that works M-F and have small children. I came to your establishment to purchase a safe working vehicle to transport myself and my children safely to our destinations daily, but all I received was lies and manipulation. You had a list of things that were wrong that were never fixed and I was told the car was ready to go. No oil in the car, transmission needed to be flushed and the leaks... and those aren't even the main issues... Again, SCAM!****************************************************I was recently informed that New York helps only New York! If you live out of state BEWARE!!! PER NY DMV, PER THEIR LAW, NY DEALERS ARE ALL ALLOWED TO SELL OUT OF STATE PEOPLE BROKEN CARS! IT WAS STATED TO ME THAT THE CARS DO NOT HAVE TO BE SAFE AND ROAD WORTHY.Translation: This dealership knows their state laws, after finding out my address.... Well all I can say is SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!!!So, if you buy a car from them just be careful you may end up in an accident, at the worse... a lost life or with a car you cannot drive after only having it for 2-3 weeks... SMFH. IF YOU LIVE OUT OF STATE... DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME!!!! SAVE YOUR LIFE!!!!!

Last week I had the pleasure to purchase a used Jeep from John L @ Autoland. I was impressed with the honest and openness that he expelled. The purchase took under an hour and I drove off the lot with a great car.Go see John at Autoland

John and Paul helped me buy my car the same day i walked in. Was a very pleasant experience. They were very welcoming and so sweet to my toddler. Made it a very easy and a fast transaction. Highly recommend!

What a bunch of lying scumbags. They advertised one price and quoted a different one. When I questioned this they told me the advertised price was based on a downpayment and was just the balance. The math still didn't work. When I persisted for an explanation they told me I was rude and hung up on me. When I called back and asked to speak to a manager they played games on the phone with me pretending to be other businesses or silly teenage pueblo call types of answers.If you are comfortable getting ripped off, by all means, shop here. I otherwise I urge you to find a different place to do your car business.

Was recently in the market for a new used vehicle. Found a very nice looking vehicle at Autoland USA for $4995. Called them for more information on it to find out the ADVERTISED PRICE IS AFTER A $2000 DEPOSIT. What a complete joke and waste of time. This place should be reported for false advertising, I m just glad I didn t get very far in the buying process before finding out.

Not happy at all paid 10,000 and change for my car haven t had it not even 2 weeks yet and I ve had to lose 2 days of work to take to there mechanic where then I was told to call Chrysler because it has 3 recalls on it like you took my money that day no loan no nothing and this what you do I have kids. That I have to care for and losing 2 days of pay isn t ok just want to be Abe to find a car and not have to spend so much money if it s not worth it very disappointing also all my tires are used tires and been fixed so now I have to get all new tires on top of brakes and fixing the tire system bc the light is on

Seen the sign in there window that says "EVERYBODY IS APPROVED" walked in explained my story and about my bad credit, and within minutes got approved and picked up a 2017 Nissan rogue the next day.They're the best in the area.Try them out if you need a car.

Originally i wanted to leave a review on Cargurus. However, they have verification process on that the customer must have communicated with the dealer through the site.That said my experience was great. I bought a 2017 Acura ILX. Whatever issues there were with the car were fix ASAP. Most used car dealers aren t willing to do that. Thanks to PaulNo SALES pressure. You walk in and make the decision on your own. I recommend this dealership, it s exceptional

Biggest scam artists in the used car business. Typical bait and switch tactics and "you need to read the fine print" Nothing as advertisedHard to see how anybody would consider doing business here. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

Short answer: Amazing highly recommend!Long Answer: After other dealerships tried to screw us with fees and taxes that added an additional 50-60% onto the price, we went to Autoland rather defensive. We walked the lot with zero pressure, and after finding a vehicle in our price range, we were directed to Tom. He was a straight shooter, very knowledgeable, didn t pressure us and answered all questions about the vehicles we were interested in. He gave us an out the door price that was almost dead on (within about $100!! Impressive), as well as none of bogus fees the other dealerships had (of course there s some, but it was reasonable). From the time I walked on the lot with a pre-approved draft from the bank, about 30-45 minutes later I left with a bill of sale. There was some corrosion on the battery, Tom and Paul said no problem, made the notes on the service order, and will be getting it replaced brand new for pickup on Monday. Carfax was clean and the test drive was as great as the condition of the vehicle.Thanks again Tom and Paul for the best car buying experience I ve ever had!

Very deceptive with their bait and switch pricing. They mark down the price of the car only to mark it back up saying it's based on a down payment or a trade. I was a straight cash buyer, so that makes the price higher? Wanted to do business with them, but evidently a cash buyer's money isn't green enough to make a deal. I worked in the car business for 25 years and never saw a business practice like that. This is just a glorified buy here/pay here dealership. These guys get paid on taking the credit applications. They don't care if you buy a car or not. That's fine. I'll take my business somewhere else.

Keen sales team, finance guys communicate transparently and the small issues with my new (to me) car were sorted out in a timely manner. Highly recommend taking a look when it comes time to buy or trade-in your vehicle. Great owner Tom, finance manager Paul and Mike in sales was fantastic.

I cannot begin to say the professionalism that everyone had at Autoland. Needed a car for my daughter they were so helpful, not pushy and got her into a great car that she loved. Iggy was fantastic. We dealt with Paul for financing and everything went smoothly. I highly reccomend.

By far the best car buying experience I've ever had. I was in and out in a few hours. Eric is the man, I look forward to upgrading my truck in a few months. I work in sales so I always expect the worst but Eric is a true Gentleman. They even dropped the car at my house. A+++++

Over the last 3 years I have bought 2 vehicles from Autoland. It was the easiest and quickest process I have had to deal with. I have had no problems with my vehicles except the normal wear and tear, all covered by warranty, which has never been a problem. I conclude my review.

I got my daughter a 2015 Nissan Altima S , it was a fair price and I was able to purchase the car over the phone and they had it ready for pick up after work

DISRESPECTFUL AND RUDE!! The amount of disrespect I received from this dealer was unbelievable. The manager Tommy, the finance guy, and the salesman were all extremely rude to my fianc� and I. I believe it s because I m a young man and they didn t take me seriously but whatever the reason, the disrespect and rude attitudes were completely inappropriate. They ignored me while I walked the lot for the first 20 minutes until I went and found a salesman who clearly didn t want to be there or helping me. I then went on a test drive and had to put my own money in for gas cause I was sent out on E which I was not reimbursed for cause I didn t have the receipt. Don t waste your time with these rude and inconsiderate people. would leave zero stars if I could.

I bought a car from there in July 2020 and within 2 months of buying the car, that catalytic converter needed to be replaced. I assumed it was wear and tear and referred my friend to them. Her experience proved to me that my catalytic converter needing to be repaired so soon was not normal wear and tear. They tried to sell a car to my friend with a crack in the window and a dent in the dashboard , they repaired it with no issues . However months down the road is when things started to get bad. She s had to take the car to the shop several times for repairs that were not from wear and tear. She s received texts following up from the sales associate to see if she was pleased with the car . But when she explains her concerns, she does not hear back . This is a very shady dealership that sells very poor quality cars for unreasonable prices. Also be careful because the dealership also adds in several hidden fees. I strongly advise that if you were considering coming here, DO NOT.
