If I could give Apex Auto a 10 star review I would. Over the past few months I have been looking for a safe & reliable car. I called Apex Auto in the morning & spoke to Patrick and addressed my concerns about buying an unreliable car. He reassured me that they as a company they can only sell cars that are dependable. So the morning that I spoke to him I drove to thier dealership & started looking at an '09 Toyota Camry with only 122,000+ miles that had a super clean title. Fortunately at that same time they had received an '07Toyota Corolla LE. Patrick was extremely professional and showed me both cars. Although my heart was set on the '09 Camry he was diligently explaining to me that the '07 Corolla would be a much better fit for me because it only had around 76'000 miles on it. So after taking time to think about it I decided to buy the '07 Corolla. Words cannot express how grateful I am for not only buying this car but also working with such a professional staff. Sean toward the end of the sale had confirmed how great this car is. These men are tireless workers that find cars that are truly reliable. Upon finishing the sale of my car the owner of Apex Auto himself dissolved my doubts about buying a car that would be unreliable.My new "old" car runs perfectly and I have already drove over 300+ miles without any issues. I highly recommend Apex Auto to anyone who lives on long island. Sadly it seems many car dealerships are looking to take advantage. Apex Auto is not one of them. Patrick even showed me the Carfax without charge. I am very grateful. Anyone who needs to find a car should only consider apex for their option. You guys rock. Long island needs more professionals like this.

I have been working with these guys personally for years. It s very difficult to come across an auto dealer that operates with integrity and offers quality vehicles. These guys work extremely hard to get your deal done, offer quality vehicles and always tell the truth. Awesome job gentleman! Highly recommend you come here if you re in the market for your next car. They treat you like family.

Great team here. Saw a car I've been looking for for a long time but lived almost 3 hours away. Patrick went above and beyond to help answer all of my questions so I didn't drive down for nothing. I was in and out with the keys in less than 30 minutes!

Went to Apex Auto to sell my Tacoma and it was such a smooth process. Sean went above and beyond and was extremely accommodating. Owner and staff were friendly and helpful also. Can't thank them enough. Would definitely recommend!

I recently bought a 2016 Lexus is 300 from this place and let me tell you amazing people and very welcoming. The car is in amazing condition and the guy Sean and Patrick were extremely helpful and answered any questions I had. Really showed they care about their customers and not just about the money. Would definitely recommend getting a car from them very trustworthy company.

Kelly Blue book recommended Apex Auto for me to sell my car in order to receive the best price. At Apex I dealt with Sean who was professional, courteous and accommodating. I was in the market to trade in my vehicle for a small fuel efficient car. After a few days of shopping with around from dealer to dealer I found Apex Auto and decided to pop in. From start to finish Sean was incredible. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He helped me explore my options without any pressure. It was a refreshing experience compared to many other dealerships out there. When it was time to make the trade and buy my new used car, Al, who dealt with the finances and paperwork was thorough and took the time to explain everything that I was signing. They worked with me on the price of my trade-in and gave me a deal that I am excited about. I would 10/10 recommend Apex Auto if you are in the market for trading in or buying a used vehicle.

I recently purchased a used car from them , and the experience I had at Apex Auto was phenomenal ! The options seemed endless and a reputable dealer isn't always easy to find. APEX AUTO was truly a breath of fresh air.. Sean and Patrick were both very informative and helped me throughout the whole process with no pressure whatsoever. No gimmicks or games .. & their pricing was affordable . They even had my car fully serviced and detailed before I picked it up... I couldn't be happier with my purchase ! Cant wait to show the family the deal I got on this beautiful car! I Highly recommend that you give their office a visit if you're in the market for a used vehicle, & ask for Sean or Patrick...They are THE BEST!!

My family bought 2 chevys from them. Patrick is a awesome sales person. Not pushy. Very helpful. Great personality and very knowledgeable. Mr.lee the finance manager is very good to. Work with what you can handle with payments and gets you great deals. If you are in need of a vehicle good see them very good people. Have bought several vehicles. Would by again!!!!

First time ever buying a car from a dealership and had such a wonderful experience with apex they really did go above and beyond to help me get into the 2013 Dodge Ram super friendly and amazing staff before I found apex literally went to a dealership in Queens was not happy with the customer service or the vehicle the tried selling came to Apex had a huge selection of vehicles amazing /helpful staff I made a down payment within the first 30 minutes after looking at the truck look nowhere else Apex is the best hands down !!!!!!!

My experience at Apex Auto was more than exponentially awesome. These guys actually work with me. They take their time answering every question that i had. I understood my options and went forward with my purchase on my first work truck. I'm satisfied and grateful on my truck and the service they provide for me. I would recommend anyone to shop at Apex Auto.. ask for Sean that dude is awesome.

I just bought my 3rd car here and absolutely love Apex. The owners are always good on their word if I ever had the slightest issue. The salesmen are terrific and very helpful if I ever had a question. As a single mom its hard to trust people, they all try to rip you off, Apex was honest and had great prices. My kids have to travel far for college and I needed dependable cars. We will continue to be loyal customers because of their honesty and professionalism, thank you again for everything!

Was very pleased with my experience. There was a gentleman named Sean ( if you re reading this, I m sorry if I misspelled your name; Lmao. ) & Abdul that Really made things real quick, but, with a strong professionalism persona which was fantastic.If you re looking into getting a vehicle, look no further. This place is the hot spot.

I never purchased a car off a used car lot before so was very skeptical, but I was buying a car for one of my kids and the traditional auto dealerships were just too expensive and a lot of games. I saw a Jeep at Apex Auto that we liked. I was given the carfax which outlined everything about the vehicle which i was comfortable with. Its now 30 days later and I feel comfortable saying that Apex did a good job. We are very happy with the car and it runs and looks amazing. Definitely would recommend....

I work extremely hard to make a living, and needed a car. I don't have a lot of extra money to throw around, but wanted to find something that fit my needs, worked well, and I felt good about driving. I did a TON of research. Looked at hundreds of cars online, and went to multiple dealers. One of my last stops on my search was Apex Auto as it was near a couple of other used car dealers. I spoke with both Cal and Ali. Both were gentlemen and not your typical "hard selling" car salesmen. They helped me find a car in their inventory that met my needs. Through the whole process they made me feel comfortable, as well as my Dad. They were willing to work with me to help me afford the Toyota Sienna I bought, and I am very happy driving it. When I came home with the car my whole family came out to see it. They were wowed by how clean and polished the car was. For someone that could not afford a new car I had that new car feeling. Thanks Apex Auto for making the car buying experience go smoothly. I would recommend any one to check out their website, and meet the staff and salesmen in person- they are top notch.

Bought an explorer had A problem instantly, had to take it to a shop. Owner said he d take care of it, he used my warranty that I paid for to fix it. Problem came back less than 2 months later he said it s not his problem since he fixed it the first time. Car was a complete lemon. If you want the truth about these guys go to Double N Automotive ask them how many cars come in from apex and they ve used the same scam.

First I would like say this was one of the most pleasurable car buying experiences I've ever had. We were looking for a 2010 Jeep commander and after traveling around , we came across Apex. They had exactly what we were looking for and at a very reasonable price. The financing process was effortless and went very smoothly and within 24hrs we were picking up our Jeep !!! Patrick was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He communicated and explained every step of the way. So I just want to give a BIG THANK YOU to Patrick and the whole staff at Apex for the exceptional customer service and putting us in the perfect truck that we wanted.

Amazing people to deal with. I just bought a second car from from them last week. Ali and Patrick where amazing. I have worked in the past as a car sales man and hated it because I saw what allot of dealers do to people. I know the business. So far my experience has been great with them and will continue doing business with them. I feel good that there are still decent dealers or there, not many, but APEX in definitely one of the good ones.Thank you guys!!!

DO NOT GET A CAR FROM HERE!!!!!! If i could give 0 stars I would. They sold me a car in 2020 and told me it was only driven a couple times and it only had 26,000 miles. Everything that could go wrong in this car is going wrong so brought it to a dealership and found out this car was involved in a huge accident a year before where the airbags were deployed. When I had asked them if there was a car fax on it they told me there was not when I later found out there was. Heard many stories of this happening here. Don t waste your time!!!!

Just to be clear I didn t even buy a car from Apex. I walked in looking to trade in my car and get a commuter car and the owner as well as a staff member sat me down and listened to my dilemma. After listening to me they gave me some very valuable advice and were honest with me.This is the first dealer I have ever been to in my entire life where they treated me like a human and were honest with me. We all know what it s like to shop for a car on Long Island but Apex is different. They were so nice and selfless that they told me I d be better served going another route with my car. They did not make a penny off of me yet they still looked out for me and cared about my situation. Just a very kind staff member and owner helping another guy out with no incentive to do so.This is why they re rated so highly. Although I didn t buy a car here I want everyone to know how helpful they were to me and I want other people to read this and trust them with your business because they deserve it. Probably the only honest and caring dealer on Long Island. Highly recommend!

This was a great experience buying from them. The Toyota pickup that I bought from them runs like a charm. The price was very fair and it was great that they were able to pick me up so that I could drive the car home. All the paperwork was taken care of efficiently and the vehicle was inspected and in good working order. I highly recommend them to those who need to buy a good used car. They are honest and want to sell a vehicle in good working order.
