I was getting gas to my car and i see this auto repair shop and i was like let s inspect my car.. i needed.. and i guess he was the owner he come out i asked him i need inspection for my car .. he was talking like who did your inspection who who who i said i bought like this i just need inspection.. he was asking me stupid questions over and over talking very unprofessional and disrespectful.. he was soo rude that say to me go somewhere else.. definitely not recommended this place . Rude guy

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!! My car has tires with wheel locks & I had ONE flat tire & misplaced the lock. I took my car here & explained the situation, they said they would see if they had a key that fit & call me back. I was called the next day & told they did not have a key & the only thing they can do was remove the wheel locks off my tires for $400. I said I didn t want that and would pick up my car. The first photo below is how my wheel lock looked when I dropped it off to them. The 2nd photo is how it was after and the third is how they left my front tire when I didn t even ask them to look at this tire!!!! My rims are completely destroyed and I now have to have them replaced as well. NEVER TOLD THEM TO DO ANYTHING TO THE CAR BUT TAKE A LOOK AND LET ME KNOW WHAT THEY COULD DO AND THEY RUINED BOTH OF MY RIMS.Service: Tires

Brought my car for a simple spark plug change. The price of the spark plugs my car took was $11 at AutoZone. I was charged nearly $300 for 4 or them and an air filter. But fine. Quality service deserves quality pay. My car then started misfiring the next day. Had to open it up myself and look at the job,they installed them improperly. Simple job done extremely poorly. Inexcusably bad experience. Not only will I never use them again but I will be making sure all my local friends and family know to never use their service. Absolutely terrible and a poor experience at every point of the exchange.

I wouldn t recommend the shop to anyone. Brought the car to the shop to find out why the driver side front of the car was sol low . The mechanic there said it needed a new air shock which he replaced and the car is worse then before . Now he said it might be the Air compressor for the air ride system. I guess he just replaces parts until the problem is fixed without diagnosing anything. While working on the car he said he noticed the belt was born and should be replaced so I told him to replace it. If they re getting the car back I drove it 5 miles and noticed the car was overheating and lost my power steering while driving on the southern state parkway. Had to get a tow truck to tow it back to the shop and the brand new belt he put on was not put on correctly so it tour in pieces. They charged me again to replace the belt that he just installed. This shop doesn t stand behind their work at all. I highly recommend avoiding the shop !!

Ricky and Luis has to be one of the best service stations in a 20 mile radius, been going to them for a few years now, reminds me of the old school way a service station were on LI years ago,Respect, truth and honesty, labor costs aren't to high either, considering going to a dealer and paying your whole bank account, this place is the place to get your car fixed, mechanics have a little attitude, but all seem to at any station, maybe it's the pay they received, I alway tip, makes them feel better, just me. -Luis is great - and Ricky- with his many years after experience, run an awesome service station!!!!!

It s extremely difficult to find a repair shop that truly knows how to service Mercedes cars. I ve gone through several of them and always wind up going back to the dealer. I m so happy that I found this company. Roger is very honest, professional and completely understands MercedesBenz. In fact, he drives one himself and he also services his sisters Mercedes. His pricing is fair and he doesn t try to push services. If you need your car serviced, this is the place to go to.Services: Transmission, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair, Brakes

My family has been going to Ricky and Luis for many years for all our vehicles. They are always very honest and have fair pricing. They never do unnecessary work we find so many other shops doing to try and take advantage of the car owners. We always recommend to all our friends.

Fast reliable service gotmin right away for a tire issue. Was fixed fast, and will for sure return with any other car issues I might have

They actually take care of your car and don t take advantage of you. I only trust my car with them. They are honest and helpful. I will be a customer for a very long time.

These guys are a joke they have no idea how to diagnose a problem they just guess and replace parts, charge you and then when it doesn't fix the issue they guess again and charge you again...definitely would not recommend going here unless you want to get bamboozled
