Amazing every time! Figured out a noise that took 3 different Chevy dealers numerous times I lost count, almost a year, never finding out where the sound was coming from!Brought the truck to Doug and he got it figured out so fast with his guys! Worked on my truck again today and another different issue and that was fixed fast, did an amazing job, truck runs perfect!!! Thank you!!! Wanted to add, Always so kind to our family when we come in!! Definitely recommend!!!!

The Midas Seaford is great service station. Dough demonstrated quick & totally professional attitude & deep knowledge of the car mechanics. Beside saving me $50 vs deal quote, he pointed out that the other maintenance that I was told about is not due for next 40 thousand miles!

I want to write how AMAZING the staff at the Midas Seaford have been. They have been professional at the highest level and super friendly. Their prices are so much better than the dealership and they did a superb job. Far far better job. Shout out to T.J and Doug. Will definitely be getting my business in the future.

Came here first time after hearing good things from a few friends. Had to get brake pads replaced, but Doug and his team alerted me (and showed me specifically before swapping out) that the rotors were out of shape as well which I agreed, which saved me from more issues. These are good guys and are very knowledgeable, and although I came in a busy day, they still took care of me in a quick time. Will for sure be bringing my car back when I need service.

Brought my car there because of the reviews I read. Went for a oil change and asked them to check a couple of things. Spent around $1,500 on brakes, front shocks and sway bars. On the drive home the front shock didn't feel any better. Brought it back and Doug said they put the wrong shocks on. When driving home the next time the ABS and traction control lights went on. So I brought it back again and they had it for three weeks and couldn't figure out how to get the lights off. I needed the car and they said it was safe to drive so I took it home while they were waiting for another part. For a week I called and Doug was either not in, unavailable or will call me back. None of this happened.Finally I decided to take the car to a real mechanic. They were able to get the lights off in one day. They also said they changed only one sway bar and the front was so loose that I'm lucky the wheel didn't fall off. I never write reviews but thought this was necessary because I went there after reading all the positive reviews on here.

My vehicle accepts full synthetic and was given an explanation on why it should accept just syn. I had a Groupon for full syn and was charged as if I received just a syn. The billing is confusing, and if I decide to get an oil change from this establishment again, I will receive more clarification and furnish my last invoice. Admittedly, I have no issues with their labor Thank God (especially from reading previous reviews with deceitful labor), but I do have concerns with the billing. The Groupon for full syn was 62.70 and I was charged 10 dollars more. It's the principle of workplace integrity. I'll have to do my homework and clarify with my dealership on the matter before scheduling my next appointment with Seaford NY Midas.

Amazing service ! I had a slow air leak in tire , Doug and staff checked it out and replaced tires very quickly. Also they followed up with me through text messages making sure everything was going smoothly.

Take a look at the "New Filter" they installed in the pics attachedBrought my truck for an oil change. Was told "come back in an hour". An hour later, when I returned, the truck was still outside. They had not touch it.I walked away for another hour. Came back, they were still working on it. I patiently sat down to wait for it. While i waited, i talked to one of the staff about doing a timing belt/water pump replacement. A few minutes later, they told me the truck was ready. I thanked them for the service and drove away.Doug texted me to ask how the truck was, I said it was great so far the little i had driven. Then while researching the parts for the timing belt/water pump job, I opened the hood and noticed the "**NEW**" OIL FILTER! That was supposedly installed as part of the OIL CHANGE. Pics attached.>> Take a look at the new filter they installed in the pics attached <<Please don't bother the usual "Please contact us, we'd like to help" message. You guys are not getting anywhere near that truck ever again.Thank you

Amazing customer experience went in on a Saturday at 3 pm very busy and the tall thin blonde male representative immediately helped me with 2 problems low oil light and a headlight that was out. He advised he could fix both issues quickly and I was so pleased I could proceed with my plans to go out east. I will definitely recommend this location to my family members that live in Bellmore and Seaford.

TJ the manager is good people. My car broke down on the side of the road today and I brought it in as an emergency, he saw me as soon as he entered the building. Very honest and didn't even charge me to look at the car or anything.Highly recommend them.

Do not bring your vehicle here , i am a mechanic and broke my pelvis recently, I had them do an oil change and swap out the old oil pan , which is held on by 12 bolts. When i had my cousin check the work it was missing 3 out of the 12 bolts . They quoted me triple on price and exuberant labor. Apparently they will charge you 4 hours labor plus parts to swap out 3 snapped lug studs. For those of you that dont know, that requires putting the car on the lift removing the tire , the caliper (two bolts and a swing motion) remove the rotor (either banged off w a sledge or slides right off depending on rust factor), and then pushing the compromised lugs out and using the lug nut to draw the new stud in . Then you put all said steps back together , nowadays nobodys honest, staff are way underpaid , and greed blinds kind nature. Needless to say i wont ever go back . And this is my first review i ever wrote in my entire life so that speaks a million words.

Doug and his team at Midas took great care of my car! I came in for new brakes and a state inspection and they were able get it all done within a few hours along with a few other things I needed done. Doug called me and was very open about giving me a time and cost estimate. I don't even where to begin to explain how incredible this shop is. I came in to get my brake pads changed and drove 48 minutes to get to the shop and it was more than worth it! The first things I noticed was a regular customer came in and spoke so highly of Doug and the services there and he was right on the money! Doug was so respectful, patient and understanding about Mt inquiries and questions and even took the time to show me that I needed to get my rotors done. He offered an exceptional price and worked with me so that I could afford to get the work done. I could already tell he is a very honest man and he showed that through his actions and demeanor. He gained a life long customer from me. I live in Patchogue but will absolutely make the trip there for any service my vehicle needs. I hope everyone sees this review because if you ever need honest good work done for your vehicle, at very good and fair pricing, this is the place to go!!!! Thank you Doug for all that you do. Not only are you helping us customers with our vehicles, but it also transfers over to us keeping a better quality of life sir. Thank you!
