Hands down the best service. I just recently bought a used car that had issues with rotors and paint. Steve who helped us for weeks with repairs is excellent in his communication and workability. We go there now for oil changes, inspections. Extremely trustworthy an asset to the Seaford and Wantagh Community.

I went to Joseph s today for the first time. My father in law highly recommended them. I needed my rear shocks changed on my Jeep Wrangler. The staff was very friendly, price was right and service excellent. Thank you Steve, for taking your time to explain a few options for the upcoming service. All the best to you and your staff!

They re very nice people and I feel taken care of when I go there. Auto mechanics can induce anxiety but at Joseph s their kindness and authenticity make me feel at ease.

These guys know their stuff. They only recommend you use the best parts for your car and don t cheap out. And give their best recommendation as to which parts are worn and needs to be repaired instead of ripping you off and fixing parts that do not necessarily need fixing just yet. 100% recommend them, Steve is a gentlemen and the rest of the crew as soon friendly! Plus they have the shuttle service that saves money in my pockets. They are their for your every needs.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Great service, excellent customer relationship. Have been going here for over 10 years and have always resulted in good outcomes. I was referred to them by my friend who is also referred to him by a friend. They have very long relationships with their customers and I can see why because they take care of their customers.

The entire staff is wonderful to work with. They are the most honest and well trained repair shop in business. My family has been using their services for over 30 years and there is nowhere else I would take any of my 3 cars.

We have been going to Joseph s for many years and they have always taken good care of our cars. They are fair and trustworthy. We regularly get our oil changed and inspections done with Joseph s. On more than one occasion they have gone the extra mile for us and have even come to jump our car at our home and helped us out another time when our car was stalled on the parkway. How absolutely wonderful the people here are.On Vacation in New York and in an unfamiliar neighborhood, I did not expect to lock my keys in my car. I panicked. Road side assistance couldn't guarantee a time. In today's heat ,minutes passed like hours.I was stuck literally across the street from Joseph's Service and Collision. I called and explained my dilemma.They had someone over immediately.I cannot express how kind, careful and efficient they were.To the woman who answered the phone and the young man who helped me. Thank you very much.To anyone reading this, these are the kind of people you hope to encounter when you find yourself in need of auto repairs and service.I highly recommend them.

I have to say that this is the most honest and decent, full of courtesy and politeness business I have ever seen and experienced in my entire life. A gentleman by the name of Steve treated my son and I like we were family. Wholeheartedly felt his kind spirit. God bless him and this awesome establishment.

At last - a friendly, competent, fair priced place to get my car serviced or repaired!! They couldn't have been more helpful, and the car was ready when they said it would be (I've had MANY negative experiences at other places...) HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

My husband and I have been bringing our cars to Joseph s for a little while now and have been extremely happy with the service received. Their prices are reasonable and the customer service is excellent. Today I needed assistance after locking myself out and they arrived within ten minutes to help me! Couldn t be happier with the customer service!! Thank you Joseph s (and Vinny) for helping my children and I out of a stressful situation!!! Would definitely recommend them for all car services.

Super professional. They tell you what s wrong, the cost, the time it takes and possibility for cheaper options if you choose. These guys are the best. I cannot stress how much anxiety mechanics give me, I m too inured to do the work myself and money is tight so I have to trust strangers not to abuse me I m at their mercy and it gives me stress, real stress...... When they do work I m calm and know I m in good hands. Each time, great work, fair price, unreal communication. It s so nice to have a great auto place, where they do good work, for a for a fair price, and don t look to rip you off or nickel and dime you. These guys are honest and take pride in having that reputation. I ve been coming here since I moved to seaford a couple years ago after reading all the positive reviews. There s a reason why there s so many overwhelmingly positive reviews. Consistent great service at a fair price from good people.

It s after 5. I m leaving work and my change oil light goes on. I wanted to take my car in right away and lots of places were closing and/or needed to schedule an appointment. I searched around and saw Joseph s was open til 7. Also a great rating, so I called and I could take my car in right away. As soon as arrive they took my Jeep into the garage and up on the lift. My bill was less than I pay at these name brand outfits. Service was impeccable. Could tell it s a great operation and no upselling! Didn t get a song and dance to get this brand of oil or told I need this or that. Definitely will comeback for my auto service.

I took my car here from an oil change and an inspectionMy breaks are not bad but they are starting to go and I knew this before turning the car over to them. They took about a hour and a half but I know it was a Saturday morning and they were busy. I had no where to go anyway. On my way to pick up the car they told me I will need breaks by my next oil change. That was appreciated bc not all places will tell you they would say oh you have to change them now or ill do and pay me 3 grand to get your car back. I like this place. I've never heard anything about them and I live in the neighborhood so everyone goes here. Great place and highly recommended and the prices were on point for an inspection and synthetic oil change!

Best mechanic service I ve ever had! Their staff are super nice and helpful. I had my car towed to their shop at 8 PM and an hour and a half later they called to say it had already been fixed. It ended up being a minor issue so that was probably way faster than normal but still- I can t believe they fixed my car so late at night and so quickly! Thank you, thank you!

I don't think i have written a review in over 2 years for anything and i am always on technology!!I was forced to by one of the most amazing signs of customer service excellence i have ever had the experience to have enjoyed!My car had a flat and i have a warranty with a local dealer i bought the car from the Audi ( i would rather not mention at this time there name) was complaining and claiming that water got into my trunk well because car was repaired by Joseph's after an accident??They sent me invoice for $5200 for repair i was very upset!!!I called Steve at Joseph's and he actually went to the dealer spoke to them, picked up the car and repaired what "they"said was wrong with the car. He then took it back to them for inspection amazing. He then had the car washed and dropped off at my home!!!!Who does that today i wish i could find more local business's that would get the big picture like JOSEPH'S does.They are best and do amazing work. They deserve a lot of applause****

Great staff! Affordable and very quick turnaround. Any car problems have been easily and quickly handled by these great guys. I have been going to their shop for over five years and I always drive away feeling that they took good care of me.

Joseph's is the only place I trust! They are my go-to for all vehicle-related problems. They've worked on all my cars for the past 13 years, from body work to mechanical components. Top notch service, great diagnostics, and a wonderful experience with Steve & Gino!

Ive been a customer at Josephs for about 15 years. Most honest and fair mechanic I have ever met. They know what they are doing and don't waste your time and money. They go above and beyond. I wont go anywhere else. Highly recommend Josephs!

I brought the car in for service and, according to 2 other mechanics, it had multiple things wrong with it. The other mechanic shops were going to charge me over $2000. Then I brought it to Joseph's. It ended up costing me only $680 and was ready in 2 hours. They are one of the most honest and reliable shops on Long Island.Thanks Steve

If I could rate 5 plus stars I would. Here's our story. My husband and I bought a 2003 Saturn Vue truck off Craigslist. Ran very well upon test driving. Once we bought it and drove it on Ocean Parkway, it was horrible. It wasn't shifting well, engine made a lot of noise, exhaust fumes and noise from exhaust.. We have an almost 2 year old with special needs so we need a safe vehicle! Well, I found Joseph's Service Station in passing and they took the truck in for service right away!! Turns out we had a misfiring engine, needed a new exhaust, and a homemade engine oil cap (from the previous owner) that needed to be replaced. Well, the engine oil cap was discontinued and there was only ONE in the whole country. Yes, ONE! Well Steve & Gino over at Joseph's managed to get their hands on it. And ship it in 2 days!! We are now beyond happy and feel safe driving our family truck. Thank you to Joseph's Station for your superb customer service. - the Lane Family

As a business owner in bellmore, ( a pizza place and a restaurant) I know customer service. Steve and Gino are always on point and the mechanic's really know what they are doing. I would recommend Joseph's to anyone who wants there car repaired correctly and honestly! Keep up the good work!
