I was referred to this shop by a friend and I must say I am beyond satisfied that I went with them! Def not like an experience I d say I had with any other shop! They were super welcoming, polite and reassuring and kept me up to date on my car progress making it a very smooth and pleasant experience! You can tell they really care about their customers and they really worked hard on the car making it picture perfect!! I must say my overall experience with their service exceeded my expectations and I cannot thank them enough for the wonderful job they did. I felt as if I walked out with a brand new car! . I cannot stress enough for anyone looking to getting any car repair or work done to come here because I promise you, you will not be disappointed!

Nick and Peter did a fantastic job with the car. They were timely and fairly priced. Cleaned the car in and out upon pickup. The work was clean and looks brand new. Definitely highly recommend them.

Final touch is hands down the best place to take your car. Their work is 1000% official you will not be disappointed at all! They treat you like family they are the friendliest ever always in a good mood and such a positive environment. I m glad to be able to know them and be able to know that if I ever bring my car there I know it s in hands that I can trust! Thank you so much to the final touch team for everything! Nick and Final Touch provide excellent service and they are the best hands down!! I wish I could give them more than 5 stars because they did an amazing job on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. The car looks brand new just like it came straight out of the showroom. If anyone cares about their car, suv or truck take it to this body shop they will take care of you from start to finish.

Great spot, they do it all. Auto repairs, body work/collision, detailing, insurance, auto leasing etc. Family owned, friendly, offered me coffee or Espresso as soon as I walked in. Office was beautifully designed and clean. Staff were kind and helpful with all my questions (new truck owner). Spray in Liner came out great. Definitely coming back here for more work. Thank you! P.S. it rained so the liner looks like it has spots or it didn't atomize well, but it's just rain.

Nick and the team over at Final Touch were an absolute pleasure to deal with, from the second I walked in the door to the day I picked up my car. I brought my car over to them for an estimate and was warmly greeted by Nick and his office staff. We walked around my car and talked about the work I was looking to get done, including removing some carbon fiber splitters that were glued on by the previous owner. Every other shop I went to automatically stated I needed a new bumper without really looking at them. Nick was open-minded and thought the splitters could be removed, so we discussed a couple options and came up with a game plan, and his pricing was competitive. Nick was able to remove the splitters without needing to replace the bumpers and the finished product came out great! All of the touch ups and repairs they made are perfect and seemless. They completed the work quickly and communicated throughout the process. They even wiped the car down before I picked it up! I don t often write reviews but am happy to share my experience as it was exceptional, which seems rare these days. I look forward to using Final Touch for all my future needs and highly recommend them to others. Thanks Nick!

The whole crew is friendly and their work is amazing. They treat you like family and you don't see that too much anymore. Aces!!! I highly recommend them. Wish I could give more than 5 stars.

We have used Final Touch for body work several times now. They have a super friendly and competent staff. You can tell they enjoy working there. They always do excellent work. They are fast. They keep their time commitments. And they handle all the insurance work. Pretty much as good as it gets.

Nick and his team are professionals from start to finish. I had my Black Chevy Tahoe in for some body work and paint and they exceeded all expectations. I brought my car in on a Tuesday, it was picked Friday before noon. I think that alone says enough.The car looked like new when I picked it up. The paint matched perfectly and there is no evidence of damage where there was a huge dent and scrapes on the bumper/quarter panel. If you need auto body work, this is the place to go.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The customer service was amazing! Unlike the car wash down the street that I paid $200 for a detail and they left the car still dirty, they cleaned EVERYTHING. Everyone should come here. They fixed my bumper, my fenders and some of my paint. My car has never been this shiny.

What an awesome experience! Nick and his crew are the best at what they do. From the first time I came in they made me feel like family. They made an major inconvenience of a car accident a simple and quick process. I cannot thank them enough for their professionalism and quality work throughout the entire process. I have a Voodoo Blue Toyota Tacoma that was hit on the side by a driver not paying attention. I was frustrated because it is a brand new truck and I thought it would never be the same. I used Final Touch because they were highly recommended by a good friend. I have to say Nick and Mike have great customer service. Not only did they use OEM parts, but the car looks brand new. The detail place I use couldn t even tell it was in an accident. Don t go anywhere else to get your car fixed! Final touch is hands down the BEST!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I have used final touch for years. That including the previous person who owned the business. My name is Michael Brodsky. I have always been satisfied with the work that has been done here but I must say I am elated by the way the car looks today. It looks like a 2021 it looks like a 2020 21 car but it is a 2013 Kia optima. I saw the car as I was coming home parked in the street and it had not even been finished yet the car had not even been detailed yet and I was ready to drive it away yesterday despite it not being ready LOL. The people are helpful knowledgeable and very friendly. Unfortunately due to the parts problem getting into final touch it took a little longer. Not final touches fault. All I can say it was worth the additional wait. You were going to professional people who treat you as if they knew you for a long time if you are not even been there before I wouldn't go as far as family but I would at least say a good friend. They never shied away when made the extra calls during the extra length of period to wait and never got angry or upset that I made that extra call. If you want a great place to have your cough fixed this is where you want it done Merrick road Seaford New York final touch auto body. PS I have never written really a review on anyone other when asked to do so and I'm telling you I spent the time to do this because of the service I have gotten be well be safe PS I haven't posted the car yet because I haven't picked it up yet

Final Touch is excellent! Flawless work and first class service. Toni was such a pleasure working with, she handled my insurance so I didn't have to do a thing. I would recommend Final Touch hands down, every time.

The experience that I had at Final Touch Auto Collision was absolutely amazing!!. When I first walked into the door I was greeted by Toni, she was very polite and offered water and espresso, I then sat down with Nick and Raffaele who are both extremely nice and welcoming. They truly make the whole process from beginning to end very smoothly. They handled all communication with the other party s insurance company to receive a fair supplemental payout for proper repair of all damages. They assured me that they would use OEM (Original equipment from the manufacture) to repair my vehicle. They set me up with a rental car company very quick and always gave me updates on my vehicle. Not only was the repair done to my manufacturer standers, it exceeded my personal standards as wellBottom line, it s hard to come by a great body shop with many reviews online being paid or artificial, it s hard to find a shop that can be trusted from the get-go. Such was not the case here at Final Touch Auto Collision. I highly recommend this body shop

I was recommended to Final Touch Collision, after my accident a year and a half ago. When I brought the vehicle in for repair, Ralph and Nick had secured a rent a car for me. When my car was completed, not only was it in showroom condition, but the car was detailed better than when I purchased it. What really impressed me, is not only are they all amicable, but my head light couldn't be adjusted due to the accident. I never bothered to bring it back although, it couldn't be adjusted. The head light unit was replaced with no charge. Now this is what I call top notch service and reliability. Don't forget to get a cup of espresso made to order by Toni.

Nick and his team are the best! I have taken a few vehicles to his shop and each time the work has been outstanding and he really goes above and beyond in making you feel welcome and making the process simple and convenient. Definitely the best service and great value!

I had got into a pretty bad accident a couple weeks back and didn t think I d ever see the car again due to the damages nick made everything possible and handled everything with the insurance as well as great communication along the way I appreciate everything this place has done and highly recommend them to anyone looking to do repairs or any auto work
