I have been a customer for years, always helpful with reliable timely service. And doesn't push you into buying new tires when you don't really need them. Appreciate having a good reliable source like that in the neighborhood.

These are longtime members of our community who will never sell you anything you don't need, have always been completely honest, and know what they're doing as far as car repairs, simple and complex. I wouldn't be able to keep my beloved older German car if there were no Cove Tire; they fix it reliably and reasonably every time. A lot of car dealers treat you like they're doing you a favor by deigning to work on your car. At Cove Tire they're always friendly, knowledgeable and appreciative.

Hands down the best auto repair experience I have had to date. Granted, it was simply to repair a tire with a screw in it, but if they nail the simple stuff I am sure they would do an equally fantastic job on larger repairs as well. The customer representative was courteous and upfront about cost, repair time, and details. She knew I had to make it to work and couldn't wait too long so they let me come in 15 minutes before my appointment (8:15), and had me out by 9:15. On top of that, they seal the tire from the inside for a permanent fix rather than using a flimsy plug like most shops do. All this for an incredibly reasonable price. I will certainly be returning for future repairs.

One of my tires had a slow leak. They took me in on a Saturday near closing time. They found the leak and patched it pretty quickly. The price was reasonable and the owner and employees were pleasant. I would definitely give them my business again.

Had a blow out with my working truck... in peak planting time! Called late in the day and they promised me the tire would be in early the next day. They called immediately when it came in, and I was back to work quickly... price was fair, and the friendly caring atmosphere was a bonus! Thanks!!

My experience as a first time customer was so disappointing. Went in for a inspection and they told me I need suspension work. They quoted low then once in progress went high. Of course they had an explanation for everything. I told them to leave my car alone since I couldn't afford it because I was unemployed due to the pandemic, so they drop the price again. Insult to injury they said the car couldn't pass inspection because of an oxygen sensor. And when I picked up my car it had the check engine light on, which it never had on before. I felt like 2020 was extended going through this experience with them. Thank you Cove tire.Update: I responded to their email when their response to this review went up and nothing. This leads me to think that their response is just damage control. What a shame, it's their smiles that got me when I stepped into their shop to begin with.

Its always a pleasure to do business with cove tire. Can't even begin to stress how important it is to have a honest mechanic in your corner. 2020 every $ counts. I wish everyone was as straight forward and truly cared about there customers. Highly recommend Michael and staff

Completely-honest, extremely-talented, reasonably-priced mechanics that have kept my older Mercedes running completely smoothly for over a decade. A family business that has been in the community for generations. They have modern equipment, and will do anything from an oil change to replacing an axle or transmission or suspension. I am knowledgeable about cars, and they have never sold me anything that I didn't absolutely need, including a second headlight bulb when only one had gone out. You simply can't go wrong with these guys. If they say you need it, you do, but they'll also tell you when you don't.

Have been going to Michael and Jen since I got my Jeep Liberty back in 2017 and haven't seen another mechanic since. His A+ plus customer-service coupled with his honesty and experience make him indispensable as a mechanic.From fixing a brake-light to getting an axle replaced, I couldn't think of trusting my vehicle with anyone else.

Fast, competent and efficient. I walked in shop with out a reservation and had four new tires on my vehicle a few hours later. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Thank you Cove Tire team!

BE AWARE! My husband went to get a flat fixed and he came out with a $48 bill! They added wheel balance without saying anything! I had recently bought 4 brand new tires and wheel balance was done. With the COVID situation nowadays you would think that people would be more sensitive to the economy struggle we re all going through. Unfortunately, there are still people that take advantage of others amid these circumstances.UPDATE: I got a respond on this review asking me to send my email to solve the problem and I did, but no one has responded.5/30 UPDATE: I am still waiting for a response from Cove Tire. No one has contacted me as they promised.

Very honest shop, came short notice for a tire light on my vehicle and they patched it and didn t try and upsell me on anything in and out 30mins wonderful service

Very pleasant experience. The staff were very professional and courteous. They also got me a 65% discount from the manufacturer of the tires under the original warranty on a 2009 Car. Wow who does that!

Went in for an inspection and they tried to say I needed to replace all 4 break pads for $450 before they could pass the inspection, I told them to show me and the front pads were fine and they were clearly trying to fraud me. Don't go here unless you stand over and watch them.

Not willing to help out a tire that was with a nail because they wanted to go home early and close the shop before closing time. A quick patch was all that I needed.
