I've been through your place and tried to rent some equipment so I could have a nice day on the lake and you all were so condescending you put a terrible bitter taste in my mouth and I do not think that anybody should frequent such a business like yours it's unfortunate that people like you talk to nice people such as myself and my wife I wish there were another place that I could have gone that day but luckily Pickens had very great specials that dayI'm sure that Aubrey and Alice would have looked at you with what the hell looks on their faces. But then again I'm sure that Alan probably would have applauded your behavior

All I can say is Blake in service is a true gentleman and a pleasure to work with when my boat is at the marina. With the volume of boats and people he deals with he is a asset to the marina.

Although my family & I weren't able to use our deck boat as much this past summer since the RAIN poured & pouredThe service crew of Schroon Lake Marina again were top-notch in service over the summer season. Fair prices & quick services

Customer service is nonexistent in the service department. Service manager, Blake is rude and should not be in a customer contact position. They are not the only game in town and I cannot recommend them. I would never do business with them again

We vacationed at Schroon lake week of 7/8-7/15 and our boat starter motor broke off..Schroon lake marina towed our boat and Blake and his crew drilled out broken bolts and had the boat ready to go in 3 hours..!!! This was our first outing in our new (used) boat and we lost no time on the lake because of the outstanding service at Schroon lake marina...Thanks !!!

Unless you're going there to rent one of their overpriced rentals or buy one of their overpriced boats, I wouldn't bother. They are too busy and apparently don't want anymore business.

My family and I have kept a boat at the Schroon Lake (formerly Maypine) Marina for 30 + years, and I can't count the number of times I've had help with a dead battery, a broken prop, or any of the other problems that come up.The physical setup and the quality of service has consistently improved over the years. The people who work there are smart + friendly. There can be delays in the summer when things get busy- but the marina is one of the many things that make the town of Schroon Lake a nice place to be.

This place is awesome. The people are extremely knowledgeable , personal, friendly & professional. I had 1 issue with my boat & broke down as a fault of a bad fuel valve. One call the schroon lake marina & they came to get me & I was an hour & a half away. They came like fireman Professionally & assured me they would take care of me & my boat. Well they did !! One day it was solved & they delivered it back to me along with doing many extra things like doing the first maintenance on it at no charge. I had a fee minor things they also did at no charge. From Jake who came to pick up my boat to Craig who took my distress call the girl who promptly answered my call & relayed me to someone that would expedite my issue to the service dept that did everything to make me happy & get my boat back. What an amazing experience. They men & women are absolutely wonderful. I will never go anywhere else to purchase a boat or get any boating needs . I traveled passed many marinas to buy a boat because I heard so many great things about this place & boy I couldn't be happier with my decision. Alot of people want to buy close to home but trust me when I tell u this place is worth the trip. Their as close as your phone & they will be their 4 u like a firefighter. I thank them & truly appreciate them all . Thank you again 4 a wonderful experience. Mark Korona Saratoga ny

They have been maintaining our family boat for several years and have always been professional, accommodating, and trustworthy. We have never had a problem they didn't fix the first time they tried, and at reasonable cost. They are always friendly and helpful.

This business is a shining star when it comes to boats and service. Owner Craig Kennedy and his staff are very knowledgeable about every aspect of boats, docks, wake boards, standup paddle boards and all related gear. Their service department and techs are top notch. Great value all around. Amazing selection of new and used boats.

Schroon Lake Marina was great. Rented some kayaks and paddleboards from then. The equipment was in good shape and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Our family gathers from areas across the US in the Adirondack's to vacation for one week a year. We had other years rented a "party boat" for a day to cruise Schroon Lake with a picnic and to enable the granchildren to jump off the boat. We had called Schroon Lake Marina in the middle of the week to rent a boat for the following friday. We were told they do not take reservations for any day, first come to their place of business, first serve.We walked a trail close to the Marina and stopped in to see if we paid fully one day ahead could we get the boat for the next day, friday July 3rd? The woman at the computer screen behind the counter said she had one left and yes, we could pay for it today and pick it up at 9am and have it till 5pm. My son got his credit card out and she then says: "Oh, wait! we don't have anything available they are all reserved. I said we werte told there were no resevations: arrive and pay was the policy. She then stated: " a lot of the people who work there don't know what they are doing as far as rentals are concerned".The management of the "family business" is chaotic and not at all consumer focused. After our disappointing experience of just trying to rent a boat, I would not trust maintainance of equipment ortheir "word" or policies of Schroon Lake Marina since they change daily

Very nice selection of water sports gear. Skis, tubes and wake boards. New boats and covered boat storage. They also repair motors and perform maintenance.
