Between personal and business vehicles we have at least 10 vehicles that get regularly serviced here. This is a family-owned business that is honest, fair, and does great work. Absolutely would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. UPDATE: they continue to be awesome! Everyone is helpful and pleasant to deal with too.

Michelle is awesome! I was given a ride to work due to Enterprise not having a rental for me. Very friendly and good prices. Definitely check them out for any car issues.

All of my dealings with Walter's Auto Body have been positive. Last visit they did wonderful work on our hood and blending it in. This time they gave good insights and honest information.

I will never trust anyone but Walters with the repair of my vehicle. I've been a customer for over 15 years. They fought with my insurance company for factory made parts when they wanted to use after market parts. Walters truly cares about the work they do and more importantly the people who drive away in their work! If I could give more than 5 stars they would be infinite.

I'm associated with Saratoga Auto Museum and have 2 very rare cars one is extremely expensive & I wouldn't be putting them in Walters care if they weren't the very best in the Capital District the skill & ability is unsurpassed especially if you want your car right. I consider myself lucky to have this level of craftsmanship & integrity available in our area. Couldn't recommend a better automotive repair & body shop on the east coast.

I'm from Ferndale N.Y. My diesel F250 pickup truck broke down on the highway on a winter night and I had my 2 kids with me. The tow truck driver was a very helpful, patient and honest person to say the least. The mechanic shop amazed me on how knowledgable and professional they were that they earned my trust, even though I was a distance away they kept me abreast of the repairs. I'm grateful to have met them at my time of need. Thank you all

Honestly the best. I have been taking my Volkswagens to them for years and.my 09 Jetta is still going like two years old when my 15 Tiguan acted up and they did not want to make matters worse, they advised me well. They will never steer their patrons in the wrong direction of try to bilk you out of money by adding unnecessarily needed service.

These folks did a restoration for me on an older Porsche and the quality of all the work, especially the paint, was exceptional. Highly recommend!! They won't be the cheapest but you'll get more than your money's worth!

The crew at Walter's are incredible. I have been bringing my classic car to them for over a year now and there has yet to be a single thing they collectively don't have the ability to fix. All around great shop that goes out of their way to do it right.

My mother had taken her car there after her accident. They had the car almost a month, lets just say the experience was less then enjoyable. First the gentleman she spoke to was extremely rude an had a terrible attitude. They charged her for things that were suppose to be replaced an it wasnt, they painted the car the wrong color a then told her to do it herself. She also had car mats specifically made to fit her car an they were taken. An that's just what can be seen on the outside, so now she has to take her car to another place to make sure that the mechanical things were done right. An to have the other things done that they were suppose to do.

Our go-to for all repairs, both mechanical and body work. They have taken care of six of our cars through the years. Incredibly accurate and totally trustworthy.Feels like calling home every time I have a problem.
