My first time doing business with this auto repair shop and found it to be very pleasant. I arrived on time, they were very friendly and took my suv in quickly and showed me what the issue was and corrected them in a timely manner. Was referred to Triniboy by trusted friends who own their own business requiring services on many vehicles. They suggested Triniboy particularly for substantial, sometimes costly repairs, due to their honesty, transparency, and quality work.In the past several months I have had major work done as well as simple bulb replacements. I am always treated with kindness and respect, and even received assurance when certain repairs could safely be delayed until a more convenient time. No fear base, panic pressure.Would definitely recommend this establishment.

I will never go anywhere for auto repair ever again. I have spent the last year almost in a different shop. They could never figure out what was wrong with my vehicle. I ve had to rent Ubers and U-Haul s and rental cars because the prior shop I went to could not figure out the problem with my car with 6-8 attempts . I can t tell you how much money I ve spent because of that. I finally brought my car to Triniboy auto repair shop . His wife, who I believe is the one who answered the phone was very accommodating, and even though that they booked out weeks later, she found a spot to get me in within days. I brought my car to the shop as scheduled and was greeted with a smiling face despite my anxiousness and very obvious feelings of hopelessness due to the prior experience I had. The mechanic/owner figured out the issue within half of a day. I was shocked when I received the call before the shop closed the SAME day I dropped it off - telling me that I could come pick up my car. I m used to having to go weeks and weeks almost months without a car once it went into the prior shop. I am forever grateful and now loyal to this company. I cannot thank you enough. Thank you thank you thank you for helping me and my family !!!!

Very Good Auto Shop. Had to have my car towed to his shop CV axle broke and a ball joint.Ramesh is a very good mechanic honest and trustworthy. As long as I live in the capital district I will not take my vehicle anyplace else.

Humble isn t the word, in fact there aren t any to describe how professional, courteous and ACCOMMODATING the husband and wife team were when I had a time constraint on fixing my vehicle. Had went to 4 different places and explained the scope of the job to every other shop, only to be on the receiving end of insulting, disgusting and ego driven attitudes from each shop previous. Word of mouth is definitely a thing that still exists and I firmly believe in it. I ll send everyone I know to this shop moving forward, as I d like everyone to have a fulfilling and rewarding automotive relationship just as I did.Go in and experience it for yourself, you ve got nothing to loose and everything to gain. You ll know you re in good hands!

This is the place to go if you have car that gives you spontaneous problems, mine is such kind. As I walked in I was treated with smile and warm greeting from miss Rona as I proceeded to tell the problem she figured what was the possible diagnosis. Then after few hours I got a call and I was updated with my repair and cost and they also sent me very clear quote stating every details.As I approved to proceed repair they finished my car repair within a day and handed over to me. I was given new customer discount as well.Service was very professional and punctualI highly recommend this place.

A couple of years ago, my car broke down on the NY Thruway during a camping trip and was towed to this shop. I received a call the very next day to pick up the car. On the same day, I met the shop owner, Ramesh. He explained to me that there was a broken piece of plastic affecting the throttle cable, which resulted in a nonfunctioning gas pedal. He informed me that, since it was just a quick fix and required no replacement parts, he would not charge me anything. I felt very lucky and blessed to meet such an honest business person. If I were a resident of the Albany area, I would definitely place my trust in Ramesh and have his shop take care of all the car repair and maintenance needs for my family. I strongly recommend everyone to try out his shop if you are in need of car service within his area.

Our camper van broke down on the way from VT to VA and we had the great fortune to be directed to Triniboy Auto Repair. All I can say is WOW and what a blessing!!We were towed in on Sunday night and Ramesh had our alternator replaced by 10:30 Monday morning - before we even finished breakfast at Union Diner! (Not only that, but he also let us use a loaner car so we could go get breakfast!)We were on our way by 11:00 as if we d never had a problem to begin with.Breaking down in the middle of a camping trip can be the absolute worst. Ramesh and his wife were so very kind, efficient, and great at what they do - we cannot praise them highly enough!Thank you for taking us in and getting us back on the road so quickly, Ramesh!If you need work done on your auto, don t hesitate and don t look any further - this is the place!!Service: Engine repair
