After shopping around at different dealerships I went to tri city auto and found this great jeep liberty patriot. They put together a deal that was better than any other dealerships around, and none of the other dealerships were willing to come up with a better deal to match what tri city auto did. Katie was great and handled most of the legwork with out me having to do.much at all. And the owner was a great guy. He went through the whole vehicle in and out to make sure everything was working and how I wanted it. He also took.the time to go over warranties and other information to help me with my.purchase. I will definitely be going back for my next vehicle and if it's not on the lot he told me he can find it and I have no doubt he will have a great deal for me. Great team over there, couldn't be happier

Katie did a great job selling me a car. Processing time was quick and efficient. Communication was clear throughout the entire process. If you are looking for a quality used car with great customer service, I highly recommend!!!

I really think this is the best locally owned, owner operated, used car dealership anywhere around. From the minute you walk into the door, through the browsing experience and financing, to when you drive away with a smile - you're going to have a super friendly experience! If you read the other reviews you're going to see that Katie is a joy to work with (and how many people can you say that about when you're buying a car?), the selection is, I would say, thoughtfully curated. I mean to say - they probably have what you're looking for in a used car and if they don't, they will. That's because they know the region, they know their customers & they have return customers & tons of customer referrals, at least in my experience (they're where I always tell my friends to go when they're looking for used cars because my experience was so smooth and rewarding!).I could keep on gushing about how much I like this place but the tl;dr is - great people, great place, great cars!Oh yeah - they also take care of us after we leave the lot!

Best car dealership! Lost my car due to owing payments plus i have bad cerdit and Katie was able to get me approved and into a car ! Without her help I would've lost my job i got 3 months in. Thank you so much for everything ! I will definitely drop you off some goodies to show my appreciation

2 weeks its gotta be serviced waiting on a part then u get the part its not the right one just the run around i should have listened when some one told me that it took a month too get thier car this place the lady that handles talking to customers should learn ti be straught forward instead of telling u it be ready in 2 days just be honest and say idk instead of stringing people along to make a sale 1 star is 100 too many

Excellent Experience I had an excellent experience with Tri- City Auto! Katie was great to work with, was very responsive, and went above and beyond with any questions or special requests I had! She made my financing process very easy. This is a no hassle, low pressure dealership and I would highly recommend to friends and family. Was happy to make a deal with them and would definitely consider them again in the future.

I had an amazing experience at Tri City Auto Sales. From the moment I walked in I was met with friendly faces. The service was extremely fast and I got everything I wanted! Truly the best experience I have had buying an used car! I highly recommend Tri City Auto and I have already been telling people to check you guys out ! Ms.katie was so amazing and the car I purchased was very clean my uber customers are having a hard time to belive its 8 yrs old and gets Hella great mpg I drive about 1500 miles per week ty so much for such 5 star device

The next day check engine light was popping on and soon after oil light came on! Got an oil change even tho I just bought the car but guess what?? NO OIL DRIP ON STICK!!! So tell me how did this car pass this in depth inspection they supposedly do before selling it to you?????!!!!???? Not to mention replacing tires and brakes already just after a few short months. A 1 star rating is to high if you ask me. The car is currently in the shop getting the engine replaced and tri city is doing nothing to help with any expenses!!

I recently purchased a car from this dealership. The salesperson Katie was awesome great customer service! Had a great experience on purchasing the vehicle Katie was very easy to work with on the purchase. I definitely recommend this dealership.

The staff at Tri City provided me excellent service. I wanna especially thank Kat for her help as she made the buying experience very easy and smooth as it seemed like I was talking to a long time family friend rather than a sales person. My options were explained to me in a very simple manner which was great for a first time buyer, and after the purchase was suggested a guide to save some money in the future. I'm very happy I came here, If you see anything you would like in their inventory I would recommend you to visit them in Schenectady.

My experience with Tri City Auto was great! I have purchased cars multiple dealerships (large and small) over the past 10 years and the service here was by far the best. I knew exactly what I wanted and began to search around locally.From the time I text Kat to set up a test drive to leaving 4 days later with my new car; she was nothing short of informative, knowledgeable, straight forward, and incredibly sweet. There was no pressure at all and an abundance of honesty. As a women shopping alone and a mechanics daughter; I appreciated it. :p It was nice to not get a weird look when I physically look at the under carriage. Or made to feel like I was being treated like I didn't know anything. HahaPricing was perfect for my make and model; if not below market value. When I test drove it; it had not been fully serviced yet. There was a small sound they warned me about coming from the passenger side axle area, it needed tires and an alignment (all normal maintenance related things for the amount of miles). All of which was taken care of at no cost to me before signing. I am three days in to having my car and everything is perfect.Thanks Kat!

There is so much to say about this place. Right from the start Katie was such an amazing woman to work with. So pleasant and thorough and the communication was so quick. After getting a vehicle the check engine light came on and I notified them and Dave, the owner himself contacted me to rectify the issue immediately. These guys are amazing. I've got a couple sons that will be driving soon and I know where I will be going to get their first car. Thank you guys for doing business the way you do.

I have been looking for a good reliable car. I went to 3 different dealers. At all three I would get the ok from the bank, but the dealers all gave me the runaround. Tri-City was going to be my last stop before I threw in the towel.I WISH. I would have gone there first! Kat and her partner were AMAZING! From the time I walked in until the keys were in my hands, they made the experience great! They came to me on two occasions because I didn't have a car that way I could sign papers. When it was time to pick up the car they helped me to get to the vehicle. The car is great low mileage, clean, and great for my family and I.Overall this was the best car shopping experience I've ever had! I'm definitely referring all of my family and friends to Tri-City for their next vehicle!

First let me say that Katie is HEAVEN sent!!! The buying process was beyond easy because of her. I had questions, she had SATISFYING answers. Submitting my documents, securing the car, what to look for with auto insurance Katie helped me with EVERYTHING! The team at Tri City Auto had my vehicle Spick and span and she drives soooo beautifully. I highly recommend them. Fast and friendly service!

Kat who I believe is in charge of the Sales is AWESOME!!! Her response time is quick her patients is very good. I was a some what a difficult customer only because I wanted my car lol. She s very kind and not to mention she got me APPROVED In less than 20 minutes. So Tri City Autos I would recommend to anyone.

The experience was great when I stopped in tri city motors to look for a car, I looked into other small car businesses and read the reviews and made my choice by that. At the initial meeting I let Kat know the reason for me stopping by was the great reviews I read in their site. We got down to business she found me a car within my budget and we started the process.Now my mistake was not taking a mechanic with me after putting down a $500 non refundable deposit down and not test driving the car (huge mistake) I got everything situated and came back with the final payment. After waiting a week for plates I finally got my car and was able to drive it straight to the gas station the car was on empty, on top of that I noticed the wheel alignment was off. Knowing I m under warranty I waited for my mechanic to look at it before calling to have tri city autos look at it and fix it under warranty. So after having it looked at I need tire rods and a wheel alignment, no problem that can be fixed.The reason for the one star is the car could of been detailed and cleaned a lot better. I went in my trunk for the first time and found molded trash bag with beer bottles and papers which I bought back to them because had the car been cleaned and detailed it wouldn t of been there. So that led me to believe they sold me the car as us from where they got it from and did little to no maintenance. I am truly disappointed with the whole experience of the car and most likely will never come back here.

Katie was absolutley amazing to work with! I bought a car sight unseen(which i have never done) and i am beyond pleased. she made the process quick and easy and did eveything she could to help me get the best deals possible. If you are looking for a new car give them a call! you wont be dissapointed!

Had a little snag involving the vehicle being "flashed" and taking entirely too long. Dave and Katy were excellent when it came to communicating and resolving the issue by putting me in a better vehicle for less money. And making sure I left satisfied. I will be returning for my next vehicle.

Katie helped me find my dream car. She put so much effort into making sure I got exactly what I was looking for, and I ended up paying much less then many other places I had previously shopped. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!My fianc� and I are in the process of purchasing a vehicle from tri city auto & ALL of our questions have been answered,Kat responds in seconds & does her very best to explain things that may be difficult to understand as a buyer.She s awesome!!!!Thank you Kat!!In response to my original review,I spoke too soon.I m now rating this establishment ZERO STARS.This lady is nice until the sale is over and she gets paid,It has been exactly 2 months and 5 days since we purchased our 2nd car from this dealership(We did not purchase our 1st car from here,Just wanted to add that so there s no confusion).. .We now have to fix a $1000 problem NOT including the fact that one of the tires on the car had a slow leak which they knew about because we brought the car back a few days after and they automatically put air in the tires!!!I called and spoke to Kat and explained that this is an inconvenience for my family and I and her response was that the problem(s) (because there s MULTIPLE!)That we are having are general maintenance problems and that she can t do anything about it because she has already put a lot of money into the car which is a ridiculous response seeing as that has absolutely nothing to do with us!So unless you want to buy a vehicle that you will have to put thousands of dollars into within weeksTAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!!!

This is a top notch dealership. The owner only sells high quality cars with little to no problems and if there ever happens to be a problem, these guys will go above and beyond in order to ensure that the customer is happy, and has a safe, reliable car to drive. Great selection of cars at any price point as well, ranging from compacts to trucks/SUVs. If you're ever in the market for a car make sure you give them a visit, they're honest and upfront about everything, a rarity in today's world of fly by night car dealers. I would highly recommend to anyone that they at least stop here and talk to the staff, good selection of cars as well, foreign and domestic.

I had a wonderful experience with tri city auto sales not only did I get an amazing clean great driving vehicle with lower miles but Kat was the best sales person I have ever had encountered. she made it so easy and did everything to get me into the vehicle I wanted. I definitely recommend tri city auto sales and will be returning when I am in the market for another vehicle.

Very understanding and great to work with. She was super kind and professional. The car however had problems only a couple weeks after I purchased the vehicle. I went back to get it looked at & unfortunately they couldn t help with my problem passed it off as something my warranty that I also purchased covers. My claim was never looked at for months now and no garage takes the PWI warranty. I have had so many struggles with getting this problem fixed. I wish I had known about before I made this giant purchase :-(
