Excellent customer service and quality work. I had a VW bug convertible top replaced recently. The price was reasonable and they replaced it in days. They kept me updated and we're great to work with. I would recommend them highly and would go back again! Thank you both!!!

We have dealt with Soft and Cushy on several occasions. Their work has always been top notch and at a fair price. They stand behind their work 100%. We have been consistently happy with their work. Their employees, Mike, Tom and Juan are friendly, polite and easy to deal with. Pavo quotes you a fair price for the job, explains the job and that s what you pay.We recommend them completely. 5 stars isn t high enough.

Soft and cushy took care of me. The gentleman that work here are very knowledgeable and they take pride in the work they do. I have a older jeep Cherokee 1989 to be exact now they couldn t replace the sunroof because they don t make them anymore but they were able to fix the leak and put a new headliner in as well as replace the cloth on the visor. I am very satisfied with the work. No more sitting on a wet seat. Thanks guys!

Great work! I brought my brand new truck down and asked about having a spray in liner installed. The owner explained the process and different levels. I went with the Supreme, it was everything he said it would be. It was done on time and with great craftsmanship.

The team at Soft N' Cushy Auto did an outstanding job. They did the spray in bedliner and undercoating on my new Nissan Frontier along with the heated seats. Very professional job better than factory installation. Completed on time as promised. Very professional job great customer service.

TLDR: Got an 8000HD snow-ex plow with downward pressure and it's the best one I've ever used. Hooking/Unhooking takes literally 60s or less. The controls in the truck are easy. Soft-n-Cushy and it's customer service are responsible, responsive, and knowledgeable.I wanted to wait a year/season before I did a review to be as genuine as I can. After much calling around I made an appointment in October 2021 with Pavel to get a snow plow. I had a ton of questions and he and his technician were patient with answering. They Provided me with information and pamphlets and pricing. I went home researched some and settled with the Snow-Ex 8000HD for my 2500 Silverado. This is my first time owning a plow, I've operated some really old ones before with previous jobs. This plow is awesome, like dude seriously. It's so dang easy. I couldn't remember how to hook it up at first after it say until the first snow fall and called Pavel late into the evening and he guided me over the phone the correct way. Now hooking/unhooking up the hydraulic plow literally takes 60 seconds. The longest part being having to line up to it. It has a downward pressure to make back dragging so easy and it follows the contour of the road/driveway. I got it inspected by them this October 2022 to make sure it's still good and they did. They have 2 year warranty thing I can't remember much on honestly but I didn't need to use it.No regrets. I'll use them for my plow needs currently.

Soft N Cushy installed a premium spray in bed liner on my new truck and did an incredible job! It came out perfect and looks like it was right out of the factory, only better. Great communication, professionalism, and service. Got me in the same day I called and had the truck done in just a few hours. Would highly recommend.

I love my 6th Generation Camaro! So was ambivalent about getting my interior done. The team reassured me it would be better than factory! Drop the car off in the morning and by the time I was out of work the car was finished! I was worried by the quickness of it all! I go to pick it up and when I opened the door oh my love! It was beyond I mean above and beyond what I dreamed of! Absolutely better than I ever imagined! I called about my vehicle alarm to get reset and the person that answered the phone acted like I interrupted him and seem agitated. He said my alarm issue would cost $75 to diagnose and fix. He said he would call me back but never did. I took my car to another business and had the issue fixed without charge as nothing was broken but needed a reset due to my car needing a computer update. Soft n Cushy to me is really soft n crabby because of the person who answered the phone. It was not a positive experience.

Soft n Cushy did not disappoint. From start to finish Pavel was a pleasure to work with. He was friendly and knowledgeable about the upholstery process. He also kept me updated when my covers arrived and his turnaround time was swift. His recommendations on thread choices were spot on and I absolutely looooove the end result. Car was dropped off in the morning with a damaged seat. A 110% perfect seat that evening when I picked it up. I brought my classic car (1981 Delorean) to Soft N' Cushy for new headliners and a dashboard repair. Pavel gave me an instant quote at a great price and took the car in right away. Less than 24 hours later the car was back in my possession and the workmanship was superb - looks as good as it must have when it came off the factory line. I highly recommend Pavel and his team!

I highly recommend this place. I brought a motorcycle seat from a classic Ducati there to be reupholstered. The gentleman gave me a fair quote and I left the seat with him. He called two days later and told me it was done. When I picked it up, the work was perfect. The seams were all where they are supposed to be, the lines are all symmetrical, the job is perfect. I could not be happier!

I wanted a remote starter for my 2020 Honda. I called Soft and Cushy and the owner arranged for an appointment. I called on a Thursday and got an appointment for the following Tuesday. The owner explained my options but never pushed me to upbuy my purchase. When the installation was complete, the owner demonstrated the starter and had me try it before I left. I could not be happier. I would recommend Soft and Cushy to anyone. And although I went for a starter I saw and sat on a demonstration of their upholstery work! Now I m planning new seats for a very old vehicle!

Bottom Line Up Front: I was completely satisfied with the undercoating application on my brand new 2023 Camry and even more satisfied with the stellar service I received at Soft n Cushy courtesy of Pavel the owner. Highly highly recommend Soft n Cushy for this service! Do not be fooled or dissuaded by the look of the place; its humble and not state of the art in modest surroundings but this is a true Mom and Pop shop operation and my experience with the service was simply fantastic! Pavel (the owner) was great! He professionally and thoroughly answered all my questions before getting started and throughout, explained the product and product application process in great detail, and his pleasant, energetic, enthusiastic demeanor all inspired confidence that I had come to a good place to get this done and done well. Pavel s pride of ownership and great customer service shone through brightly and I am glad I took a chance on this place for this service. I really felt valued as a customer and Pavel conveyed to me a sincere desire to make sure I was completely satisfied. Outstanding! I liked the wax-lanolin based product they applied (PFC) and based on my research, is similar to fluid film. Can't speak to which is better; no experience with fluid film but I imagine this PFC will hold up very well based on what I saw and felt after it was applied. Seems like sturdy, quality durable yet flexible protective coating that displaces moisture rather than trapping it like some of those rubberized coatings I have seen. Pavel says it should last a couple years and only ever need the occasional touch up. Based on what I saw and felt of the applied product I am inclined to agree but time will tell exactly how long. Great place; highly recommend! Completely satisfied! A true 5 stars from a very satisfied customer! My only regret is that I forgot to take pictures to share in this review after I got it up on lift to inspect.

I've called this place 2 or 3 times in the past 2 months. They tell me they're gonna call me right back and I never hear back from them. I finally get a hold of somebody again And the owner or whoever answered the phone . Whoever the person is who answers the phone? He has a strong accent but he never talks to you right? He's got a very condescending tone. I already have the parts for the car. I was trying to explain to him everything I have and he just did not want to listen. I bought all the top notch materials for it cost me extra money for everything to be. Shipped to me I was trying to explain to this person what I have what I need done besides the top and interior on my 68 Pontiac and the. Only thing I get from him is condescension and I'm talking down to. I would not recommend this place go anywhere else but this place. Even if you have to drive a hundred miles

I have install a remote starter by some other company because they use the same company remote starter so they help me with that situation very nicely with any problem at all and it s working great.

Bought a new snowex plow. Pavel helped me determine the correct plow for my vehicle and gave me a quote on the spot that was better then their competition. Parts needed to be ordered. They were ordered Monday, he called Tuesday and he was able to get me in for an appointment for Wednesday. He stated it was a full 8 hour day to install the plow and it was. They stayed 15 minutes past their closing time to get my vehicle done for me as i live an hour away and they knew i needed it. The work that was done is beautiful and the service, as well as the price were excellent. To the Soft N Cushy crew, Thank You for everything. I will be doing business again in the future.

I needed some seat work done on my pride and joy American Ironhorse LSC chopper. It is a full rigid with a very stiff seat, so Pavel and his team took it apart shaved down the old foam and replaced it with memory foam. I was adamant about the seat shape not changing and using the original leather. You wouldn't even know they took it apart until you sat on it.
