PCI, will not let you down. Honest and a hard working family. They called me and talked me through whats going on with my vechile once they have it up in the air. My family has been going there for about 9 years now. Worth the drive, monry and time.

I love this place! the staff is so friendly and professional and courteous. The service is great and very efficient. As a single woman it's important for me to find the right mechanic and i would give this place 10 stars if I could for all of the great service they have provided to me over this past year. I will Definity be using them for life. They are not overly priced and I highly recommend this mechanic!

I am so happy my friend recommended P.C.I. I can honestly say I don't think I'll take my car anywhere else now. Donna was Amazing and the work fantastic. Told me things I didn't even know were going on and fairly priced. So many places are all about the money. Highly Recommend.

This had always been our go to repair shop. They have many times quoted us a price And been less. I called the other day for advice on my daughters car. Very helpful. Honest and always try to get you out asap. We moved from the area but I just wanted people to know how good they are. They not only would drop me off they would pick me up too.

These folks do great work. They charge a bit more on their hourly rate but their techs are very good and typically get the job completed faster then other shops and fix it right the first time. In the end the problem is fix right and for about the same cost as another shop but in less time. The staff are friendly and great to work with.

If you want a reliable, honest, trained professional auto repair facility to fix your vehicle this is it. This family owned business is "outstanding" in a word. There are plenty of "Auto Kings" and "McAuto Fix" chain stores out there but they are not going to treat you like a valued customers and stand behind the repair.

I went to PCI to change my tires. I was a little unsure since I have had a lot of issues with other shops trying to rip me off. PCI wasn't like that at all. They are fairly priced and only charged me for what they actually did, unlike other shops. They had integrity throughout the entire process and were upfront with me about everything happening with my car. Honesty in this business is so important, and PCI fulfills that. The staff is very knowledgeable and helped me feel comfortable trusting them with my vehicle. Everyone on staff is very friendly. The service was fast and accurate. PCI is my top choice! I highly recommend them!

They do not take walk ins. Unfortunate. Just moved to the area and was hoping to find a "go to" place near by. Unfortunately I can't wait a week for an emergency repair on my tire.

I have my work vehicle serviced here and I haven't had to take it in for any return trips after work is performed. I never see the bills so no comment on prices but the staff is usually friendly and helpful.

PCI is, has and always will be the ONLY place I bring all my vehicles! In the past, getting any work done to my vehicles at other shops AND dealerships was an instant headache... PCI has the most down to earth staff and they really do care about the customer.

They stayed open late during a snowstorm to put an unexpectedly new set of tires on my car. The shop manager was sick as a dog but displayed some of the best customer service I've ever gotten at a service center.
