They were amazing and very friendly! Diagnosed my car at no charge, ordered my part, kept me updated and when part came in, they were patient with me when I could bring it in. Got me right in and fixed same day. Reasonably priced! Very happy, they are now my new mechanic and I highly recommend them.

Had fluid film undercoating sprayed on and inspection done. Worked with me to get a convenient time. Told me about the product. Reasonable prices and everyone was friendly. Highly recommend!

In the last year or so, our automobile needs changed from a standard SUV to an older Dodge Grand Caravan handicap vehicle. As the van is a 2008, years of use have required close attention to maintenance needs. There has been several larger repairs along with normal operation maintenance.These folks did all the larger repairs and regular maintenance needs in a first class manner. Good workmanship, fair prices, and good, decent people to deal with. I called to book an appointment for rear brakes on my truck, the gentleman taking the call was very pleasant, he took the time to ask if I'd be waiting and booked accordingly. I arrived 10 minutes before the appointment they took me right in and I was done in no time. I am very happy with the work and the price. I'd recommend them to everyone

Took my truck in for brake issues. Mike called and provided great update and plan to correct. Work was done with no fuss and a fair price. Felt great driving home with no worries. This is the go to shop for me and my family! Can't ask for more than honest work at an honest price.

I brought my car in for State Inspection as well as an alignment. It was determined that the car needed a wheel bearing as well. Masons got the car repaired, aligned, and inspected by 3pm the same day and the pricing was very fair. The car drives absolutely beautiful now, and I can hear myself think without the howl of a bad bearing while driving!Services: General repairs, Wheel alignment, Auto emissions testing

He told me things were broken that were not. He overcharged me by hundreds of dollars. I finally smartened up and got a second opinion, by an honest and reputable mechanic, and he told me there was absolutely nothing wrong with my ball joints like Mike from Mason's had told me. I also informed him what Mike had charged me for 2 tie rods, and he processed to ask me if they were made of gold!! I threw away well over a thousand dollars on fake repairs and by being seriously overcharged for simple ones! He also allowed my car to pass inspection with bad rotors. How is that possible? BE WARE he's such a good talker, he easily convinces you he's being honest and straight forward when he is NOT!!Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance

Mike was amazing, did my inspection very quickly. Even helped me get my TPMS lights off finally after a year of them being on. Very well priced. Got a quote for my AC well under what I was quoted at other shops. Definitely recommend them for service.

Great place friendly and prices are absolutely fair. I'm my own garage I do all my own work but having a family and full time job. Several friends recommended I try this shop. I entered the shop and was immediately hit by the odor of urine. There were 2 other people in the waiting room. One was talking with the receptionist, the other was working on paying for their repairs. I was not acknowledged by the receptionist. I waited for 18 minutes while the three of them discussed their dogs and how expensive veterinary bills are.Finally, the person paying completed their transaction and the receptionist deigned to acknowledged me."Hi.""Hello. I'm having an issue with my muffler and exhaust.""Ok." ..."I'd like to have it looked at and get an estimate please.""We don't have any appointments today. You have to come back tomorrow."18 minutes of waiting, without so much as an acknowledgement, and they couldn't even look at my car today anyway.While I prefer to support local businesses, this is not one I will be supporting.

I was having transmission problems with my truck that one of my employees was driving. Out of my normal area I happened to stop into Masons Automotive and see if they could help me out in a pinch. They were very friendly and extremely helpful asking me questions about what was going on etc. They were able to fill up my transmission fluid, which was extremely low. Price was very reasonable.

They were very quick and available on short notice for NYS inspection. Didn't like the upcharge for using credit cards.
