Took my car there for an insurance claim repair. Just picked it up today and so far I'm very happy with the quality. There were a couple other spots that they were also able to fix for me in addition to the insurance work. Communication was good, and time to fix was reasonable considering the state of the world currently and getting parts.Edit: reducing 1 star. I had a second experience the following week with a different car for them to fix an issue that was found on a new car we bought from Lia Hyundai. The repair itself was completely fine. The only issue was the loaner car we received smelled of smoke to the point of giving me a headache. I didn't address it immediately because I was initially unsure until driving it a few minutes and it becoming apparent. I wasn't turning around as I had to get to work. I called a couple hours later and was told they'd drive to me to swap it out. That never happen. So in the 3 days we had the loaner we went out of our way to not use it once other than picking it up and returning it.

0/10 Would never recommend anyone bringing their vehicle in for repairs at this place. Dave has absolutely no people skills, Super Disrespectful. My car was supposed to take only 5 days and somehow it got extended by 3 weeks. They lack so much communication skills. I had to constantly reach out every other day just for an update no one ever called me to give me an update. Bring your car elsewhere. Terrible management

Everyone was extremely polite and accommodating. My car was fixed quickly. The only problem we encountered was driving off the lot to find one of my tires ( which was one that was worked on by the Collision center) with only 23 pounds in it. My husband and I are currently COVID positive and not feeling well. We were not happy to have to deal with that 5 minutes after picking up the car. However, once we discussed it with the collision center they took the car back and fixed the issue.

Brought my car for body repair last week and picked up today. at the first impression it looked they did a good work but when I looked it closely they left couple of scratches inside the door as it is and didnt paint over there. Also they didnt clean the car from inside. They should have cleaned the car from inside since when any body work gets done the car gets so much debris from the work.

To sum it all up, I'll be going somewhere else for the corrections needed.Going back a few months, I came in for a new bumper after messing up the previous one and the paint team did a phenomenal job at getting it perfect this time. Truly an OEM look, they're good for it. Two defects were present after the job: slight paint drip mold and misaligned headlight. We're all human, it happens. I come back a few weeks later, making a 3 hour commute to get there, to get all of the issues sorted out + some parts installed. For the installation of one of the parts, they said they could do it without taking off the bumper, but it wouldn't be the normal fix. What sense does that make on a performance car to not get the factory intended fix? If the car is meant to go 196+ mph, I wouldn't feel safe at those speeds with an unapproved fix which would obviously increase the likelihood of the part coming off again. I paid the extra for the bumper to be taken off and part properly installed. I get the vehicle back and the paint drip was corrected, however misaligned headlight still exists. I tell them about the issue, but the techs left for the day and nothing can be done except to come back another day. Fast forward a few more weeks to today, I call and ask for a Saturday appointment to which I'm told techs are unavailable on weekends. It is what it is, and at this point I was most likely going to call it off and pay a shop nearby to correct the issue, even though it would have been covered at Lia. Service rep then says that they received a review I filled out, to which I actually forgot about since I must've done it weeks ago, and how it came back with some negative feedback. The feedback summed up described the inconvenience of having to come back multiple times when it should've been a one-and-done like other professional shops do. Rep then says it affected them badly and how they didn't appreciate it considering all they've done. It'd be understandable if they went above and beyond and got everything done in one go, but that wasn't the case. Conversation ended, and I'm never returning to this shop out of slight worry malice is present nor recommending it to anyone else.2 stars for the techs' great paint work, -3 for the poor quality checks and unprofessional environment. I'd rather "waste" money going to another shop to re-check all of the work done and correct the headlight issue than go back to this one after those comments.Service: Painting

I enjoy coming to LIA Toyota to have my car checked out by the mechanics. The waiting time to get a car looked at and completed. The staff are kind and courteous here. I like the fact there are free drinks and snacks available for customers to eat and drink as well as seating areas to sit and wait until its time to pick up a car and leave.

They did a phenomenal job on repairing my car, couldn't even tell it had been in a wreck. The manager was fantastic, super knowledgeable and down to earth. Considering I've had awful experiences with other shops this is definitely my go to if God forbid I have another incident. They even washed and put tire shine on my wheels! Now that's grade A customer service right there.

Brought my car in for body work, when I picked my car up it was covered in spots. First i thought it was water spots, then maybe wax, which the manager denied them doing. Said hes not paying for it even though they did it. Says it hard water spots, and its not. The manager has no people skills, rude and arrogant. Never will I go there again. The other guy even asked other employees when they were tarring there, and mentioned the grounds crew could be responsibleService: Body & Trim

I brought my leased QX50 there for repair from a front end accident. I was told it would take about two weeks to fix...it took almost four weeks before the car was returned to me, but it wasn t fixed correctly. 3 times I was called during the 4th week it was there to tell me it was done. First, the repair coordinator said it didn t need to go to Lia Infiniti for recalibration, when I questioned this, suddenly it did have to go. A few days later, he called again to say it was done. While at the place, I noticed a huge scratch in the same area of repair. Repair coordinator went to get the manager, they claim the tow truck driver must have scratched it...or Lia Infiniti did it. They had to fix this scratch. A few days later, another call from the manager, it s done. I drove out there, car wasn t done as there were loose pieces not clipped in properly. The manager makes me wait another half hour for the pieces to be fixed. A few weeks of driving pass, then COVID hits. I m teaching from home so the car sits in my driveway. I have about 2,000 miles on the car from the time of the accident. The bumper keeps popping out, the bottom of the bumper and undercarriage are coming apart, and my tires are bald. I tried calling this collision center several times but no one would answer the phone. After consulting with Lia a Infiniti, they state the car needs to go back to the collision place because the repair was not done right and also add that there is no evidence of an additional accident. However, Lia Collision states I was in another accident, which I wasn t, and the issues are not from the repair job they did. My insurance adjuster came out to look at the car. He asked me if I put duct tape in the area of the repair job, under the car...um, no. I went to another repair center and was told Lia Collision never completed an alignment, even though the accident damaged the right front side of the car, and didn t put the clips in correctly. Apparently there were other pieces missing from the undercarriage area too.Service: Body & Trim

I recently had a 2016 Toyota Sienna in for repairs after being rear ended. Ryan Sanford did great job in handling the repairs. He was professional and articulate explaining the process in detail. He also contacted me to keep me up to date on the progress of the claim. It was refreshing to experience such good customer service!

So glad I found Lia Collision to help me repair my Toyota vehicle. The service at this place is phenomenal, and the receptionist (I think named Anna?) was helpful and knowledgeable about the possibility of using a rental car while my car was being fixed. I will definitely come back the next time I need body work!

After a modest rear end collision, I took my Toyota to Lia expecting quick, state or the art repair commensurate with there new giant dealership.I was sadly disappointed. The repair took over an entire month.I need to say, it came out great but the lack of return calls and the unexplainable excessive time was unacceptable.I plan to never use them again.

LIA "REPAIRED" MY CAR FOR $11,000.00 ONLY TO SEND ME OUT DRIVING IN AN UNSAFE, UNREPAIRD VEHICLE...I brought my less than year old car here for repairs resulting from an accident (in 2017). They kept my car for exactly 30 days (the exact # of days I was authorized to have a rental - which I was getting from Lia). I got my car back and within 2 days my car SHUT DOWN while I was on 787 at rush hour. They had failed to properly re-wire everything. I bring my car in again and they re-wire it. That day my gas tank sensor showed an empty tank when it was in fact full. Had to bring the car back AGAIN for them to re-estimate it. brought the car back a 4th time to have the issue finally remedied. Fast forward to 2018, My car is hit (low speed, while parked - only door damage) and I take it to a different body shop. The shop calls me up and tells me that there are multiple major issues with the car clearly resulting from the prior accident. 1. My air bag sensor had not been replaced (most likely would not deploy in an accident) 2. There are marks where things had intended to be re-welded (but weren't obviously) and 3. There is a major issue with the motor mount. My insurance company paid Lia over $11,000.00 in 2017 and Lia sent me out with an unsafe car. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE.

After a rear-end accident they fix my vehicle's bumper but did not even bother to check the transmission or driver-train to see if they were affected. This was requested prior to any fixtures. Oh yeah.....they said they did but it was not noted on the invoice. I am suppose to just take their word for it. And after picking get up my vehicle the very next day I felt my car vibrating and shimmering from the rear and just want to know my vehicle is safe again. Who fix a car for rear-end damage and don't check those things?Unprofessional, deceptive, and lack care for customer's safety!

I can not say enough good things about this place. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The manager did a thorough job at explaining the work that was done to my vehicle. When it was time to pick up my car, he made sure I was satisfied with the work and was able to answer any questions I had there after. I would definitely recommend lia collision center to anyone.

I'm new to the area, just recently moved within a year. Someone side swiped the front bumper of my car, I was pretty bummed about it. Stinks that I had to pay for something I didn't do. Over all estimate wasn't terrible, I got 2 estimates (one from Lia and one from H&V Collison - only because someone hit the back of my rear bumper. There insurance required me to go there, so I figured I could check the front bumper while I was there). The estimates were both similar and within same price range. H&V just didn't charge tax in the estimate. I trusted Lia because the Honda dealership suggested to go there. So I brought my car there for the front bumper. They did an EXCELLENT JOB. Like it never happened. I was impressed, and I love it!! They also gave my car a wash, she was beautiful. AND they cleaned in the inside of my vehicle as well - vaccummed and wiped EVERYTHING down- windows steering wheels, seats, console - etc! I basically live out of my car cause I'm always at work or at the gym or out somewhere, so theres bunch of water bottles and trash bags, crumpled up reciepts in there that I just haven't gotten the time to clean out and they took care of it! Basically, took out all my belongings (my shovel, umbrella, shoes, window wiper, yoga mat - anything that wasn't trash) cleaned it and placed it back in.Love love love! Next time I'm in an accident I'm defintely going there again. Sucks the Insurance processed the payment for my rear end accident already, because I would've brought back to Lia. So I'm really really nervous bringing it to H&V Collison Center (in colonie -south of Lia)... because they have to replace the bumper. I will write a review for them in 2 weeks when they complete my vehicle.Oh and I spoke to Mike at Lia, he was excellent!! He answered all my questions, reassured me, I felt confident bringing my car there. Told me they would match the color to my car (sprakly pearlized white - really concerned) - which they did! Took them 2 days to complete.

Shout out to Mike Abrams who assisted me and acted very professional along the way. Though they messed up horrendously the first time, they corrected it the next time and vehicle is like new again. Apart from the front desk, the whole staff was very professional throughout, even though I was a little buggy--as in I wanted it done right. They have skilled craftsmen, I recommend because I'm happy.

Stay away from this place. They should change their name from Lia to Liars. They are all about money and very interested in adding more work to the repairs. Who knows it is required! You will never get any proper answer about the progress of your repairs. They will always promise to call you back, but they never will. If you are thinking about bringing your car here, I can guarantee that they will rip you off either your bank account or the insurance company.

I was told that it would take 7 days for a repair and they've had it for 2 weeks. Everytime i call they tell me it should be ready the next day and its not. I'm still waiting for my car. I would not recommend this place, based on communication alone. I don't know how the work is because i still haven't received my car back.

Great body shop, original parts, skilled Craftsmen. It's great to see people who take pride in their work. Our work was done on time, and a little under the original estimate. We recommend them highly ,And would be happy to bring any future work to them.

I had Lia collision repair hail damage (insurance) on my 2012 Nissan Rogue that I purchased at Lia Nissan. They had my car for 6 weeks the first time and I had to bring it back for another week to repair damage the collision center caused while repairing the car. Now it is less than 8 months later and my wife spoke with Dan on the phone about rust spots on both doors they repainted. He wanted to see the damage so she sent pictures with an explaination by e-mail to him per his request because we live an hour away. We have called him every day this week trying to figure out our next step. I have left messages with the secretary and on his voice mail because every time we have called he is busy with a customer. All we are looking for is some kind of response from someone to let us know what to do next. I don't think I should have rust bleeding through on a door that was painted 8 months ago. I guess I have to call Nissan financial to let them know the car they have financed with us is not worth what we owe so they can pick it up anytime they want. It is the one that is 15 months old and has rusted doors.

Recently I had my Silverado pickup repaired by Dan Wheeler's staff Casey and his collisionrepairmen. Even though my beloved 4x4 is a 2000 which I cherish because it is the last pickupI bought when my dad was still alive, Casey managed to find the body parts needed to get it back to looking pretty manly again. Dan's staff also repaired our 2008 Ford Explorer 2 yrs prior toperfection as well. I realize parts for these vehicles are hard to come by as inventorys are down throughout the US ..so kudos to Lia Colission for their dogged determination to chase down the needed parts and the turn around time they seem to pull off so effortlessly to get this guy back on the road. I have dealt with Dan for years from his Depaula Chevrolet days and I will chase him down no matter where his desk is but I am happy that Lia recognized his expertise and skills torun his well oiled repair shop at their facility. I don't plan on ruining any more vehicles in the nearfuture but regardless, keep a bay warmed up for me there. Thank you to all the office staff as wellthat pass on all the pertinent info to Casey & Dan as well for getting the necessary paperwork offto the insurance companys etc..Hopefully I won't see you all soon & thanx again,Pete Audet

A big shout out to Marty, Frank, Scott, Anna and Danielle. Marty and Frank made the process of my vechile repair seamless. After a driver caused $5000 plus of damage to the front end of my vechile, my patience and nerves were totally shot. Marty is pleasant and professional and helped me navigate through all the paperwork, phone calls and insurance. Frank is a stand up guy, taking the time to help reassure me that Lia had my back and everything would work out. Great crew! Job well done! Thank you so much
