Great shop to get just about any repairs you need, friendly staff to drivers and companies, and always honest. More shops out there could learn a thing or two, on how a shop should be ran. We are an OTR company, but ANY time we have issues in the area we ALWAYS go to Jimmy's! You won't regret it.

I recently called Jimmy Greens Trailer & Truck and was blown away by their exceptional customer service. In these tough economic times, it's hard to find businesses that go above and beyond for their customers. This shop did just that. When I was in a tight spot as a truck driver, they went out of their way to help me out with my repairs.I am so grateful for their kindness and professionalism, and I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone in need of trailer repairs. In fact, I will make it a point to go out of my way to give this man my business in the future. Thank you, Jim, for your outstanding service!

Had a blown trailer airbag. Green's was around the corner in the Rotterdam business park. He repaired it within 1/2 hour getting there and washed out the trailer

My trailer broke down while working , needed it back asap to get back on road. Sherry took me in the same day and Jim got me back on the road next day. So happy I came to Greens shop , work was done right , and Jim knows what he doing. Definitely recommend this shop for any work needed. On the weekends and holidays, they will come in for a washout if you call ahead. They will also take damages and overages along as you keep it good.

This is a small honest family run business. I had a small issue with my truck electrical problem which Mr Jimmy diagnosed and fixed. He couldn t overcharged my like TA and other shops, but instead he wouldn t even take my money. It took forever to convince him to at least charge me something. He s got a client for life now.

We have a 1998 motor home that needed a new fuel filter. He doesn't work on gas but agreed to help us anyway. We we're able to drive to his shop and he got the part ordered and replaced promptly. We were back on the road continuing our vacation in short order. So hard to find anyone to work on motorhomes and traveling makes it even more difficult. Thank you Jimmy Green.

We blew a tire and dropped an axle on our 5th wheel on the Interstate on a Monday afternoon. Jimmy rescued us. He put on the spare and chained up the axle so we could limp to his shop. The frame had actually broken where the spring was attached. He fabricated a new piece. Welded the frame. Got new springs, new tire and rim and had us back on the road before the end of the day Wednesday. Sherry, his wife and office manager, worked with our warranty service to get everything covered. I should also mention that the charges were very reasonable. And, two weeks later Sherry called to check up on us and make sure everything is OK. They are amazing and we are eternally grateful for their outstanding service and kindness to us.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair

Had a cracked air tank and 2 flat tires only 45 minutes waiting after breakdown called and scheduled. Took about 2 hrs to change tank and air up the tires. Fast service. Wonderful husband and wife team. Will definitely keep in mind for future issues.

Nicest people out there. Couldn't dump a load anywhere up in that area in NY. They came back after hour and set me up. Fantastic service and very nice people. Just amazing.

Very nice. A real mechanic, not just a tech. Not only "fixed" the issue, he used ingenuity to properly fix it so it doesn't occur again.prices can't be beat. $105/hr is cheaper that most techs and all dealers.....

These people go above and beyond! They will tell you the problem and explain what they will do, make any calls necessary and treat you like a human being. I would strongly recommend them to any truck driver who wants good honest service!

The process was pretty easy and they load quickly. One change is if you have to lay a lumper fee it is all online now. No more paper checks

Pulled in, on the way by to change a tire. He was there on a Saturday. Price was competitive. I noticed his used tires are way cheaper than most places.

Good washout. Inside an office park and tricky for rookies to get to. They did a good job though, no debris left behind.
