I want to say thank you to Josh @ J Smitty Automotive - Collision Repair for fixing this awful couple scratches on my door looks amazing!Highly recommend this auto body shop for all your dent/scratch repairs and all collision related damage!. I was in a really bad Tbone accident in January, I found Josh on Google!! So many shops wouldn t take my car, but Josh took my car the day my insurance company dropped my car off!! I was so thankful for this!Josh fixed the side damage from the accident within exactly 1 month and was very kind and updated me weekly on the progress. Josh even fixed parts like a missing window button inside the car for me!There was front damage done to the car while in the hands of my insurance company. The side damage was fixed first and then I brought back the car this past Friday to fix the front damage! Josh fixed the grill and bumper by Monday evening! He even helped me out with an oil change too.I would HIGHLY recommend JSmitty shop to anyone!! It was worth the tow to Schenectady from Albany! Josh is so genuine with his work! As a women it s very difficult to find trustworthy & genuine mechanics & body shops! I am so pleased with not only his work but his spirit with his customers!He also gave me my car back clean & detailed!!! I give JSmitty 10

This a GREAT repair shop very knowledgeable about working with the insurance company to help get my repairs paid for always kept in touch with me about the repairs on my car as well did a amazing job on the repairs itself fast and great work !! Definitely recommend

This was my first time getting work done on my car and I am so impressed! From the very start, this shop was extremely helpful and personable. My trust was gained immediately and truly felt like they had my best interest. They work quick and efficient. I certainly found a shop I can trust and will continue to use in future. I had a great experience working with Josh. My truck had some rust that was building up. He was able to make it look like new again for a fair price and turned it around very quick. I would highly recommend!

Was a great pleasure dealing with J, Very professional, super helpful and very informative. They worked amazingly on replacing my damaged trunk. And the paint work was phenomenal. The best part is they knew exactly how to deal and work with insurance. Would highly recommend and work with them again.

Josh is great! I went to him after hitting a deer with my RAV4 and he had it back to me looking and driving like it s brand new! He helped me with the entire claim process and even vacuumed my car out before giving it back to me! I will definitely be referring people to him in the future! Him and his team were amazing!

Josh is amazing- he worked with us to get everything we needed done, finished our car quickly, and got us back on the road for a very good price. He keeps you informed whether it s over phone or email and he took the time to go over our estimate and answer any questions we had. He was always very kind on the phone, not pushy like some others I ve talked to. I highly recommend you give him a call, we re very glad we did!

Josh did an absolutely amazing job installing my carbon fiber doors. From fitting all the oem electronics to lining the doors up. I will be sending the car back for him to align the rest of my carbon fiber pieces!

I've known owner Josh Smith my whole life. He's a consummate professional, he's been helping me research parts for a car I'd like to have him work on. In the mean time he's fixing my friends and families vehicles and they're thanking me constantly that's how good he is; he's so good, it makes me look good just recommending him. Consummate professional that knows how to have fun and put customers at their ease.

Smitty and Josh weonce again fantastic! This was the 3rd vehicle we've brought in and never have we ever felt they were trying to "upsell" us or screw us over! They did a great job and the repairs look like new! They will always be our spot for body repair and well worth the trip we have to make to bring a vehicle there!!

Great experience, Josh came right out, I let him know about a scratch I wanted to remove from my truck; expecting to leave it with him, nope fixed on the spot!! Reasonable man! I ll be back for sure.

Josh and crew (Miko) were fantastic in getting my SUV completely fixed up to par even after the insurance company told me it was totaled. After looking at the initial photos he said that the damage up front was totally fixable and he would be happy to take on the project. I moved forward with the repair and Josh delivered on all of his promises, was great in working with me on cost, and got it done in a reasonable time. He was very professional and informative during the process and although I certainly hope I don't need to use him again, I would go back to him in a heartbeat if needed.

Amazing, easy, quick service. They fixed the paint on one of the body side moldings on my Subaru. I delayed fixing it because I assumed it would be pricey but they offered me 70% less than the dealership. They made the process super easy. For two visits, I spent about half an hour there and they fixed it in a week. I wish I took a photo of the damage before because it looks like new. 10/10 would go here again

I needed my side view mirror fixed, and was able to have it fixed way cheaper than I thought it would be. I was very satisfied with my service. A couple of weeks later I needed something else fixed for my windshield, and knew where to go! I would highly recommend anyone to go here. I TRAVELED FROM TROY NY TO SCHENECTADY JUST TO GET THEM TO FIX MY CAR!! If you need body work done from a collision(CarAccident) or paint job J. SMITTY IS WHO YOU WANT TO TRUST YOUR CAR WITH!!! Him and his team worked to fix my car in a timely manner and you can t even tell I was ever in an accident!!!

I've been to this shop a few times (first time my neighbors kid took a rock to my hood in an attempt to "get the dirt off of it", Josh took the scratches out and repainted it immediately and I had essentially 0 wait time, and got the car back within a day.Second time someone destroyed my tail light in an aldis parking lot, Josh ordered the part and I got it installed right away. And I've had a few other pain corrections here and there.Service has always been above expectations, very fast and reliable. I recommend all my friends go here!
