In the bitter cold at night, 3 of your team members (one was being trained) helped me test and change a battery. They were a blessing to me. I didn t have to call a tow truck when my car suddenly stopped working in the parking lot. They were courteous and I appreciate that the older one was adamant about doing it right. It was unfortunate and cold but these guys turned a potentially frustrating moment into a good experience.

Absolutely fantastic people here. My boyfriend and I came in a bit before 8 pm in a panic because the car battery was dead the day before a trip and the crew more than delivered. Walked us through the price, let us stay inside in the warm, and changed the battery for us. All despite the fact they close at 9 pm. We were in and out in maybe 45 minutes and they were absolutely delightful the whole time. Thank you so much for everything.

They took good care of me. I had an issue with a warranty battery and they worked with me and I really appreciated it.One of the things my wife and I like to go in for, they sometimes discount red tag sales on odd items. It draws Us in, we get cleaning products and stuff we'll need for our vehicles while in the store. Rotterdam NY store is clean with very helpful staff.

Full five stars! I was having some trouble finding the proper wiper blades for NY old car and one of the attendants help me through the whole process. He made sure I had the right blades and that everything was put together properly before the purchase. Amazing customer service!Thanks for making my day little easier.

Wonderful staff! Aaron and team were efficient, patient and so helpful with a much needed car battery. We came in pretty late at night right before closing but Aaron was never rushed me and ensured we were set. Thank you for great service!

I went to buy a battery here after my battery had died and they claimed they were not able to change my battery. I went down the road to oreily they were extremely helpful and friendly there and changed my battery with no issue.If anyone wants excellent help and friendly staff go to orielly down the road!

I usually do not post reviews but after my experience this morning I felt the need to review this store. I went in for a battery and asked the gentleman at the counter if they installed them. He told me yes and explained there was a charge, which I expected. Now mind you it was about 20 degrees out and snowing. He went out and installed my battery only to find out that was not the problem with my car. His manager came out to double check and sent me into the store to stay warm while he was trying to start the car. He got the car started and came in apologizing that the battery was not the fix I was looking for. He did suggest that it might be the starter or alternator. When I arrived at the dealer it was the starter. Both of these gentleman went above and beyond to assist me. The manager s name was Fabian and I am so upset that I did not get the name of the other young man. Thank you for being such caring men and helping me out. I will definitely return to this store.

Able to get what I need in the line of washes and waxes. Very good assistance and was told they would order it if they did not have it in the Store. Great for picking up a Few hard to get items. Prices are good. I will be going back again and soon.

Thank you Nigel! Best customer service I have ever received!Thank you for patiently checking why my engine lights were on. Because of your honesty and expertise I was able to get my car fixed at the mechanic shop at a lower price. The Honda dealer wanted to charge me double. You gained a customer for life.

How is it ,you can go into a parts store with the part in hand and the counter help( I use this term loosely) tells me I need a part number before he can sell me a part. This is some kind of joke. 6/2/23 6pm

Jose Colon provided me with the best customer service that I have experienced in quite some time. He greeted me as soon as I walked in the door and he offered to assist me with my purchase. He asked questions to determine my needs, looked up the part numbers on the computer, and walked out on the sales floor with me to help me with my selection. After the purchase he came out to the parking lot with me and installed my new windshield wipers. The whole time he was professional and courteous. There should be more salespeople like Jose!

Very helpful staff. I needed 5 bags of quick dri and they helped me carry it out to my car. Place is always clean and there are always little things to buy, even if you don't need them lol

Nigel and Jose were both extremely knowledgeable, helpful and professional. They helped me diagnose the problem with my mustang. After removing the suspected problem component, they tested it for me to confirm that it was in fact the problem. After that they sold me a new one which I went home and installed. The car fired right up!Thanks so much to Nigel and Jose you guys were awesome. Best parts store experience I've had in a very very long time and I will absolutely be back.A+++++

I don't think the kids that work there very young that test batteries and altenator's know how to do it. You can't test a alternator with a battery tester.

I want to thank Dave from the Altamont Ave Autozone. It was zero degrees , I needed a battery installed and felt badly about the conditions. He was professional, friendly and efficient. I could not have asked for better customer service.In fact all 3 employees there that day , Jan 1st, were a pleasure to do business with.Thank you to that crew.

Overpriced .. wow 200 bucks for a battery that was listed for 129 elsewhere , they may be ok for trinkets but anything major don,t go.

I have to say by far Jean Paul is amazing. I was very confused about wipers and he was very patient with. He also changed my battery in the terrible cold without a complaint. He is phenomenal!

They have no clue what they are doing the KID (and I stress KID) was high on some sort of prescription pills. Couldn t look up a part and his coworkers wanted nothing to do with us and wasn t helping the kid find the product . Was in the store for 20 minuets and left empty handed went to advanced auto and was in and out in 3 minuets with the correct part. The workers at autozone were Incompetent.

I just have to take a minute to post something about one specific individual who has helped me out today. This young kid name JeanPaul went above and beyond to make sure that an old lady needs were met. I am very much not a car person in any way at all but he made me understand that I was looking for the wrong part and to try something else which ended up being the issue in the first place. I went to someone else and looked completely crazt walking Into the store asking for something that wasn't even relevant to what my car issue was. JeanPaul helped me save so much money and I promise that my whole family will be shopping at this autozone from now on. I had such a pleasant experience and I'm so happy that I stumbled across this young man. I wish I could give him the 6 stars because he spoke to me so intelligently and I might have learned a thing or two as I drove away. Thank you so much again JeanPaul you will be seeing me again soon.

I walked in needing a brake line for my Jeep. Joe H, was very unpleasant and very unwelcoming. I walked in and he just stared me down and I had to wait for a few minutes before I was helped and asked what did I need.

Big thanks to Keelee S. and the mulatto girl. For females in the auto industry, they know what they re doing. The one girl is very fast at changing wiper blades and Keelee is very professional with battery changing.
