I gave this place another chance to make things right thinking if I called a different Adirondack tire they would balance my tires since I already paid the other Adirondack tire and they never even balanced them at all. This location seemed to balance them , but they definitely overtorqued my wheels on with the air gun at 500 ft lbs because no way in hell are they torqued at the proper spec of 90 ft lbs. now I have to fight every lug to loosen and properly torque myself. There so tight I m worried there gonna snap , it s very unfortunate no one can seem to do there job right .SUMMARY: STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTSYOU PAY FOR WORK THAT DOES NOT GET DONE AT ALL OR DONE IMPROPERLY , ILL NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE AGAIN OR ANY OTHER ADIRONDACK TIRE FOR THAT MATTER AND WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW TO AVOID THEM .

I had an incredible experience today. My husband's had a flat tire on the highway so I was able to bring the tire to Adirondack in attempt to have it repaired. Eric was so helpful and got the tire in right away. Unfortunately the tire was beyond repair but the fast and friendly service made a bad situation a lot better. I highly recommend this business.Service: Tires

The team at Adirondack Tire & Service on Morris Road in Schenectady is not only friendly and professional 100% of the time, but their thorough diagnostics, excellent service and fair prices are why I return again and again. Hands down, the best around in my book! Overcharged, $160 to remove a set of rims that had tires on it and put another set of rims that had tires on it. Called another Adirondack Tire location and quoted $30 for a tire rotation.

Whether it be for tires, check engine emission issues or front-end alignment with the exception of one customer service person that was not there next time I went, they have given me quality service at a price I consider reasonable for my family and business.

The team that works at ADK Tire is top tier. They are super friendly, have some of the best prices and are always speedy. The staff at Adirondack Tire just helped me out of a JAM!! That curb came out of NOWHERE, and my tire was popped. I called the Morris Road location, brought my car down, and they had 3 options for me. I chose the tire I needed and was out of there in 20 minutes. Very friendly, very affordable and LOCAL. I'll definitely use them again!

Now I'm sure they do a good job on their work but they sure do not appreciate your time. I had scheduled an appointment last week for this week at a time they said works for them. Now unfortunately I only have one vehicle so I can't just drop off. So I waited for over 30 minutes and my car hadn't even been pulled into a bay. So why even make my appointment at a time knowing my situation that you wouldn't get to it at a later point. I'll tell you why it is an all too common practice that these shops take as many appointments as they can without leaving room for a job that may take longer than planned and force the following customer to wait. Just tell me a time that allows you time to work on a current vehicle. Now my time is wasted along with the gas I drove there with. I have other things to do and can't waste hours for a 40 minute job.

The only place I will bring my car for its service, whatever I need done they are my go to place! Excellent service excellent customer service. I felt taken care of the minute I walked through the door. I needed 4 new tires and an alignment.They worked quickly and I m very happy with how my car now handles the road.Adirondack tire Is the place to go for auto repairs, not to mention a fantastic deal on great tires!

I have taken several of my company's vehicles to Adirondack Tire for both general maintenance and extensive diagnostics and repairs. Their service and professionalism are unmatched and their prices are consistently fair. I now take my personal vehicle to them exclusively. I have been going to Adirondack Tire 198 Morris Rd in Schenectady for over 15 years. I have always been treated professionally and honestly by all the employees. I never had any doubts to bringing my 2 vehicles there for tires, inspection and maintenance. Four old tires dismounted and four new snows mounted and balanced with a four-wheel alignment in about 45 minutes. I can't think of any other place that could do that: a professional crew and a great experience. Minor hiccup with simple tire not sending over my pre-paid install paperwork, but that's not on ADK. I'll take that up with simple tire. If you don't want to wait at Mavis or Firestone for 3 hours to have unbalanced tires like my buddy Gavin, see Eric and crew!

Awesome place. Had an issue with my tire always needing air and they took me in same day and time I arrived. I was very impressed with everything and the price too was great. I highly recommend these guys for any issue regarding tires!

I was in need of new front tires and Adirondack Tire got me right in their schedule. The service was reliable and quick which was appreciated as I waited with my toddler! The waiting area was clean and the staff was friendly. Thank you Dave for great service!

They have the best tire prices of anyone in the area, as I price compared. The staff is very nice and professional and I am so glad I heard the radio advertisement for this location. I highly recommend Adirondack Tire on Morris Rd.

Had bought a certificate from Groupon and called the first Adirondack Tire store in Scumnectady but the earliest they could get me in was the following week so I called and spoke to Eric at Adirondack Tire on Morris road and he was able to accommodate me with a 2:00 appointment today.

Outstand customer service!!! I called Adirondack Tire to have my car Inspected on a Tuesday and they were able to get me a next morning appointment. The customer service I received from Eric was nothing short of outstanding. He was very professional, knowledgeable and had my car in and out in 25 mins. I will continue to make Adirondack Tire of Colonie my place of choice for Car service.

I have been here many times with multiple cars. Rick is as great as his predecessor, Tracy. Honest, hardworking gentlemen here. They do only what needs to be done.
