Kamal and his wife Max are amazing people. They did everything they could for me to keep costs down on an insurance claim (body work and paint job). They also worked around my schedule to get the car in. I dropped my car off on a Tuesday and the car was completed on Friday. Not to mention the paint looks like glass. Kamal also offered to do a paint correction on a deep scratch which wasn't even part of what he painted - free of charge. I challenge you to find another place that would do that for anyone.you will not be disappointed if you take your car here.

My pilot had an accident where the whole front bumper came off and I was initially unsure where I would bring my car. I planned to go to my dealerships body shop but I stopped at 518 first for a free estimate! The owner explained everything in as much detail as he could without taking my car apart. Him and his office staff walked me through the insurance process and really fought with the insurance to get certified Honda parts in my car! Very impressed from the beginning to the end and would recommend to everyone!

I wouldn t trust ANYONE else with my repairs. 518 Collision is the most fair, most kind, most professional collision and repair shop I ve experienced. And everyone I ve referred to them ends up feeling the same way and keeps their number in their phone, because you never know!

Honestly this is going to be the only place I will bring my car to the owner Kamal made sure to take care of my car in a great timely manner and made the experience as smoothly as possible very trustworthy as well thank you so much again :)

Hands down the only place to go if you're trying to get collision repairs done. They are polite, quick and reliable. I got into an accident and now my car looks better than it did before. bro these people even vacuumed my interior. They go above and beyond. Highly recommend. 10/10 would use their service again.

If your car gets hit; this is the place to go! Got into my first accident in 10 years of driving, someone tboned my Jeep pretty good and I had no clue what I was doing tbh. I was rear ended only 2 months after buying a new car and used 518 Collision to fix the damage. In this environment with supply chain issues, there were difficulties getting some of the parts but Jeremiah was great in keeping me updated and following up with the dealer to try to keep things moving. Once the parts finally came in, my car looked like brand new and Jeremiah even sent an e-mail a few days later to confirm I was satisfied. They were very professional and I was very happy with both the customer service and repairs.

Guy who owns it is a complete jerk, couple weeks ago called for an estimate said no availability if using insurance/third party warranty, come in next week wed-fri, called before heading over to confirm availability - guy calls me relentless and says theres other businesses on the list, will happily go elsewhere.Service: Auto engine diagnosticService: Auto engine diagnostic

Excellent work!, Kamal, Robby and Jeremiah are great guys to work with and they will go beyond to help you out if they can. The frame, welding and paint job are excellent ,will recommend these guys anytime. Even after job is done, if something needs to be done they will take care of it.Raj

Jeremiah at 518 Collision is amazing! The hours of this shop are really convenient since they close at 6, unlike most places that close at 5. Jeremiah was really helpful in dealing with the insurance company. He was honest about a part that he couldn't find for me. He even offered a few suggestions on what to do about another unrelated issue that I was having and offered to look into the repair himself.

I have lived in the area of Schenectady for many years and I would highly recommended 518Collison, here is why..In Jan, I had a bumper to bumper accident and had gone to another body shop in the area for an estimate and had felt like the estimate was totally unreasonable extremely high. I felt like just a number. As wereJeremiah had made the entire experience very easy and professional like I was in the best of hands. Others might be somewhat weary of the small hometown shops, but let me tell you.. This gentleman and his employees had did an amazing job on the restoration of my vehicle. They were prompt, professional, and friendly. Would highly recommend to anyone in need of collison repairs. Thank you to the entire team behind 518Collison.

I couldn't be more pleased with the job 518 Collision did to repair my 2011 Chevy Silverado. Jeremiah Pucci was great to work with from estimate to the final product. Fair, timely, the repair came in under the estimate, and the quality of the work was outstanding. I highly recommend 518 Collision.

Brought in 2 vehicles for insurance inspection photos and they couldn't have been more helpful, great looking shop that would earn my business any day. Mr. Eggleston's friend probably got told to go elsewhere because he doesn't know how to treat people... what comes around goes around my friend...
