I called to ask about getting a digital odometer installed and replacing my old analog one. I spoke to a service advisor that was dismissive and said it cannot be done with no explanation. Literally the next dealership I contacted not only said it can be done easily why provided me with a number of other plug and play options. This is not the first time I ve had an issue from them leaving my engine bay and engine covered in oil on more than one occasions. I normally don t complain as a long time ford customer but my patience with this lackluster service has lead me to leaving this review. Needless to say this is my last time going here.

Service is ok, but it s super hard to get through by phone or text to make an appointment or direct questions etc

I got there at 7:15am. they opened 7:30 ... the mechanic arrive at 8. by 9:15 they still haven't touch my car. I don't know what the point is of me being early if they are going to do everybody else's car and not mine. I had to asked for my key and leaved. 2 hours of day waste for nothing. Great place!!
