Not my regular mechanic ended up taking the car here because it was close to home. And the car broke down in my driveway. However, they claim they put it on the diagnostic machine and it said it was my starter...(so they claim) so thet replaced the starter for $444 in which I paid cash and also tip the mechanic.It starts leaving the place as soon as I get Home. It does the exact same thing I call them. They say bring the car back, so I do. They say "they need another $200 to diagnose my car further".If & when they first diagnosed my car and thet claim it said was my starter. Why are we going further? And I just gave you cash.I Just feel like it was very shady and my car still broken. I'm out 400.00 + They never gave me an explanation. All they wanted was more money and like. I said my car still broken and you took that money. I don't feel comfortable giving you more money.They have my money. I have a broken car I am super upset I don't have that extra cash this time of year. I feel like I was robbed.

Wonderful people honest . Checked over my daughters car to see if it had severe damage underneath from hydroplaning into a cement blockade . No charge .

I brought my vehicle to South Shore Auto Collision with the hope of a prompt repair. The owner (John) was able to accommodate me and all repairs were completed in less than a week. John kept me informed of the repair progress and all was completed in a professional manner. In addition, the car was cleaned both inside and out. A nice surprise! The body work they did came out amazing, you d never even know anything was replaced. They also took the car to be cleaned inside and out after the work was completed which i thought was very nice. I was also very happy that the car was finished ahead of schedule, in only a few days. They made they whole process very easy with dealing with the insurance company as well. The entire staff was super friendly and knowledgeable and also patient with answering any of my questions. I highly recommend using them for any body work you may need done.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Most unprofessional and untrustworthy shop. Sara is rude and John too. They say something and do something else . I won t recommend them to anyone. They said they will take care of everything and I have to pay at the end . but unfortunately the owner demanded money in advance so he can place order for the parts. I have never seen any body shop asking for money before work is completed. Fake promises most unpleasant experience ever

This is a great place that stands by their work. I had a tree fall on my car and they fixed it before the estimated date. I got the car back and wasn t satisfied with one or two things. Without hesitation they took and back and fixed it to my 100% satisfaction. I was leaving their lot and my own fault scratched the paint on the side of my car. Again without hesitation they took the car back and fixed it for me without taking another dime by the best day.They are customer first 100%.

I had been tricked into allowing another collision shop take care of my car at the time of my first accident. When I got my car back I was having trouble with it. My remote start and my cruise control didn t work. After getting sideswiped in a parking lot I took my car to South Shore and they fixed EVERYTHING.
