East Hills was one of the stops on my dreaded car search recently and I am happy to say it was my final stop. I was introduced to Roseanna and she was quite literally the shining light at the end of the car shopping tunnel. Roseanna was friendly, honest, and straight forward with me when it came to my budget and my wants/needs for a new car. The whole process from walking through the lot to picking up my brand new car the next day felt like a breeze which is nothing ive ever experienced before. I left the dealership that day super excited about my new 2024 Taos, and i m still excited about it to this day! if you re stopping in this dealership, ask for Roseanna - she s the BEST!!!

Such a good experience. I had a budget going in and they were able to stick to my budget while also meeting my needs. I got the car I wanted and a great deal on it, I was more than happy with it. The staff were also very nice and friendly. And the whole process was so much easier and faster than I remember. I think I signed 10 papers total as opposed to 8 years ago where I signed what felt like my life away.

Roseanna Candia over here at East Hills is the best. This is my fifth car purchase with East Hills. Easy, no pressure, fair and efficient. Roseanne took care of me and walked me through the process seamlessly. Ask for her if you are planning to visit. Thank you for a great experience Roseanne.

I cannot begin to express how very grateful I am to Dominique, Gene and the entire staff at East Hills Volkswagen. I had a car in mind, Dominique listened and showed me EXACTLY what I wanted with no pressure. I went in at 6pm on Monday, left by 7:30- and returned the very next day for about 25 minutes to sign for my brand new Volkswagen Tiguan SE with Gene...it was the the most uncomplicated, smooth and easiest experience I have ever had purchasing a car. I will be back again with my daughters in the near future! I highly recommend everyone at East Hills Volkswagen!

Thank you Deanna Knipfing and East Hills Volkswagen for the BEST car buying experience!Last weekend I spoke to Deanna about what I was looking for and within no time she had me on a test drive. She was friendly, knowledgeable and patiently helped me walk through all of my options to make the right decision. Now I absolutely LOVE my Tiguan and it s all thanks to her!I highly recommend making an appointment with Deanna and checking out East Hills Volkswagen!

Roseanne Candia sales and leasing professional at East Hills sold this writer a lease car, the Atlas yesterday 2/7/24. My husband and I were window shopping as my Mazda lease is up in 6 months. We made a list of dealers to visit, East Hills was our first stop. We walk in and was greeted by a lovely sales person named Roseanne. She did not push us , answered all our questions professionally. She truly made me feel so comfortable in this car dealership. It made me want to buy the car from her. Thank you Roseanne for a very pleasant experience. I hope you acknowledge her. I truly had no intention buying a car yesterday but I definitely will buy there again when my lease is up

The sales staff was very helpful. Roseanna and Jill were amazing in making my tough experience seamless! I had motor issues with my first VW lease and they were able to get me into a new one before my lease was up. Within one day, I was back in a new lease and they took care of my problems!

Hands down the best experience at any dealership. Michael Chiofalo was beyond personable and helpful. He made everything so easy and was truly a pleasure. I highly recommend going to east sayville Volkswagen and Subaru. Prescott in finance was also a pleasure and made the finance end of things way better than anticipated. Great team!! Ask for Michael when you go!

I worked with Will Chapman, he went above and beyond to make me comfortable. He took time to explain everything with me and even helped talk me through some decisions. Would absolutely recommend him as well as the rest of the staff to friends and family as well as they worked professionally and seamlessly to make this somewhat stressful process that much easier.

Thank you for keeping the tradition of this dealer ship going. We purchased a few cars here and nothing but satisfied. This is our first purchase from East Hills VW of Sayville staff. The sales department is fully experienced honest employees, especially Dominique Liccione. She is honest, helpful, straight forward. This was the clearest and smoothest transaction we have had with any dealer. I believe she deserves every opportunity to be appreciated. Needing to buy a car can be super daunting, but coming to East Hills Volkswagen, i was welcomed just like family. Dominique was so helpful! My last car was a 2013 Subaru and I stressed how newer cars are a bit confusing for me. Dominique was especially helpful. She went through everything with me so I was able to drive away feeling confident. Overall it was a great experience and I m so thankful for everyone here!

The representative today was wonderful. I was very upset that the simple ignition switch recall done Thursday was botched. I would like to know what went wrong. Was the recalled part replace with a bad part? This is not her fault. I was very stressed from having no car, having to arrange a tow and try to get to work while dealing with managing a home and family.

Always friendly and super quick in the service department. Robert was a great help and so kind as always. Took my car in for 30k miles service at 8:45am got a text that it was ready at 10:45am the same day! Calling and scheduling is always super easy and those who take calls are always so nice, great service overall!

Roseanna and Rob are the best! I ve never had such a personalized experience purchasing a car. I walked in Monday and drove out with the car on Tuesday! Seamless purchase. I ve already given their names out to two of my friends :). The car is gorgeous.. 2023 VW Tiguan.

I recently purchased a VW Atlas from a dealership in Connecticut, and within a few days, a rock damaged the windshield. After reaching out to East Hills, I spoke with Kathy, who arranged for the windshield to be repaired within a day. Kathy s professionalism surpassed any I ve encountered at other dealerships. I picked up the car today, and it looks fantastic. I m certainly planning to return for all my future services.

I purchased an ID.4 here and had a great experience with sales. I believe it was still Donaldson s then.Ever since it changed and I ve been back for service it s been one disappointing experience after another with my two VWs. The first time I called for the free fluid check for the ID4 they didn t know what I was talking about and asked if I meant an oil change. No, because an EV doesn t have oil.Then, they rotated the tires to the wrong positions. The front and rear have different sizes.Next I called about replacing the wheel lock key after it was lost and they told me I d have to replace all the locks for hundreds of dollars. I called another VW and they said I could purchase a new key for around $30.Now, my charger door will not open and I need to open it to charge. Or it s not drive able. I called to see if I could stop by for help getting it open quickly and make an appointment to replace later date. They said no, they re busy and wished me good luck. This is horrible service. Another dealer said of course stop by today. I also took my 2012 VW Eos here for repairs and spent nearly 2k for repairs that didn t work. They don t know what they re doing. Go elsewhere.

Deanna was great to work with and really went above and beyond to provide the best experience! Very knowledgable about all the models and very easy to talk to. It was a pleasure working with Deanna and I would highly recommend her! She kept me well informed along the way about timing and next steps. She made the process of trading in & buying a new car so much less intimidating and great experience!

I had the best experience today leasing my new VW Atlas. Rosanna was fantastic and made the experience a fun and enjoyable one. She really helped me find what I loved and treated me like a friend, not someone trying to sell me something. I was incredibly pleased with all of the staff for their friendliness. Also felt like I got a great deal on to top it off. Thank you Rosanna!!

The work seems to have been fine however, it involved work on two recalls as well as the routine service. Late in the first day I was called and informed that due to volume they couldn't get to my vehicle. Late in the second day I was called and told there was trouble with completing the recall work. The work was completed at the end of the third day. I was offered a loaner vehicle after the second day but I did not need it.

Took my vehicle in for a warranty repair and received it in worse condition than it arrived. The center media screen needed be replaced and in the process the HVAC screen was scratched and scuffed as well as some plastic trim. Brought this to the attention of the staff and was met with a "tHe tEcH sAiD hE DiDNt dO iT". They offered to detail the car and attempt to fix any scratches. Car got detailed and when I got it back, none of the damage was even remotely addressed. To top it off, one of my personal belongings was lost in the detail process. I would AVOID the service department at East Hills at all costs.

I had such a great experience trading in my old Volkswagen and leasing a brand new Taos. Amy at East Hills Volkswagen was so so helpful and made the experience very enjoyable! She listened to my concerns and made sure I was happy with our deal. Highly recommended booking with Amy D.. the new Volkswagen taos is beautiful!!!

Bill was awesome! I visited maybe over 11 Volkswagen dealerships in NY and out of NY in search for my beautiful Tiguan! I have finally found her all thanks to East hills VW. They were amazing and my sales person, Bill was professional and seemed like he genuinely cared. Thank you East Hills !
