The Savannah JD dealership has operated since before I was born and JD seems to be a strong company. Grew up on AC equipment, but no longer available. So in support of an American owned company I switched colors. Been a good choice so far and dealer has been very supportive.

We love Landpro!! Steve Nath recently sold us a new John Deere 590 series lawnmower. Not only was Steve honest and very friendly, but all the staff was so awesome too!! We are telling everyone we know what a great experience we had and how much we love our new mower!! Thanks so much, Steve and staff!!

I bought a 3pt Snowblower at one of the stores in Buffalo and had it shipped to Savannah store. Called after 2 weeks with and talked to service department and they were going to check. No call back then called again 3rd week with no call back , then called again after the 4th week when I finally found out it was sitting in the Savannah store the whole time and no one new what it was for. I asked them to ship it now because it took to long and it was now going to snow. They said no but someone would contact me from the original office.2 weeks later and no one called, worst customer service I have ever experienced and no communication between stores. Trailer snowed in now not much I can do.UpdateI went to pick it up and had more trouble getting information from them. If you buy from them good luck if it is not new and you need to communicate with them. Once it is paid for that will be the last time they help.

We traded in our 13 year old John Deere for a new X570. We are very happy with this model. It has the options we need for our big, hilly yard. Jazmuhn Nath was our salesperson and she was very easy to work with. She reviewed our payment options and accommodated our schedule for free pickup/delivery. To sweeten the deal, she even threw in a toy and hat for our grandkids. LandPro also does all of our service and we highly recommend them!

Last week my old mower finally blew its engine. I talked to Steve N. on Monday he was very thorough in asking me what I wanted. While they did not have what I was looking for at his store he contacted me an hour later and found exactly what I wanted in another store. The next day he showed up and delivered my new machine at 12pm. THAT IS SERVICE! Thank you Steve! I have never bought from Landpro before but Steve's outstanding service and ability to find what I wanted was outstanding and I will return for any other needs!

Brought my mower for some warranty work. 2 and half months later they bring my mower back. I asked for an oil change while they had it. Then they say they did a complete service on my mower I never asked for and Insisted I PAY 368 dollars. I love john deere but they need some competition for service other wise we have no choice to deal with these incompetent people. Get off your cell phone and do your job.

My snowblower stopped working yesterday morning, came up to service they said someone would be down. About hour later they were here for pickup, called later in the day to say it was all done, told service I would be up tomorrow which is today to pay. 70 dollars & change to fix no problem. They said pickup and delivery fee were only going to be half price. This is the first time I have ever been charged delivery and pickup. I started buying mowers blowers and other equipment from Dickens brothers, so it's been a while.I live 3/4 of a mile from landPro 60 bucks for pickup and delivery and even 30 dollars is a little to much.

Go there for the lawn mower Parts. I bought a x738 in October 2020 an it runs darn good an had a hard cab put on then had them people put a heater and they ran the holes were i can't change the oil.

Went to pick up my tractor from being fixed. It took longer than I expected but was happy that I was able to just pick it up with out hassle .
