Fantastic mechanics, well run shop.Gave legit information, work came in under estimate, mechanic was friendly, generous with his time explaining what was needed and did a small extra safety thing at no charge just because he noticed it.Cannot recommend this shop enough. Would give more than 5 stars if possible. Will never take my cars any where else.

It s so rare to find a mechanic that you feel is trustworthy, fairly priced, and knowledge. Blaze, and the rest of the staff at Good Guys, consistently meet all three. I can always feel confident with the advice they give and the service they perform. What a gift to have such a great business locally! Definitely holding on to these guys for all my service and repair needs.

If you ever need an auto mechanic, these guys are the way to go. They are always friendly, honest and professional. Mechanics are top notch and honest. Very affordable.... It should be called great guys auto!!!

I would be very very cautious with the mechanics and owners of this business. They will make you change unnecessary Parts because they do not want to take the time to troubleshoot your car. The problem with most mechanics these days is they don't want to take the time to troubleshoot your car and that's a big problem. In a way it's like highway robbery and yet they're getting away with it. Someone who's mechanically inclined and has had my experience at that shop will know exactly what I'm talking about.

I had a slow flat on a Saturday, November 5, 2023. Riding through Sugerties I stopped at the Good Guys Auto. I thought it was open. One of the men came over and I explained I was looking for a ire repair. He said he would take a look. He removed the tire, found the screw in the tire, repaired it, put the tire back on the car.I asked him how much, beng quite grateful . He said, "forget it. we are closed, just cleaning up the shop." and walked away. My first experience of a GOOD GUY in 86 years. Would always use that shop

Good Guys is an understatement! I brought my Grand Cherokee in for a new catback exhaust, alignment, oil change and inspection.They were timely, professional and the prices were very fair. They ve earned my trust.

They are the best auto mechanic in the Area my husband '& I was stragglers to find a good mechanicSo I looked in Google so many times but this time I asked my best friend please tell me who mechanic I should call he told me call the Good Guys I did and we were very surprised the cane way they take care of us and the car not one can't help to pass the inspection but Good Guys so for life they are our best friends and mechanics and my friend who told me to call them is Jesus yes Jesus'

I have two older cars, a 1991 and a 2002. Blaze and his staff are knowledgeable and keep my cars in top shape. If you want a repair shop that gives you an appointment, fixes your car in a timely fashion, and calls you when your car is ready, then Good Guys is the place for you and your car. Friendly service, reasonable prices. Looking forward to their future expansion.

I had my car serviced at Good Guys Auto today, very pleased with their work and professionalism. Blaze the service guy took me in and helped me troubleshoot different options. Casy the service technician thoroughly checked everything and solved the issue and gave me advice on what to look for in the near future. Overall these guys live up to their name. Their pricing was very reasonable and I definitely recommend them to everyone. Small shop but very busy place, well worth the wait. 5 Stars here!

These guys are great. We were traveling on the NY Throughway and had a tire with a slow leak at about 5:30 in the evening on a Friday. Not a good time to get a flat. We exited the highway before the tire went completely flat and tried to find a place that could fix it. None of the large chain stores like Mavis, STS and a few others would help us out even though they were open until 6 or 7. We saw lights on in their shop and even though they were actually closed, they helped us out and plugged the tire. They really are good guys.

These guys are amazing mechanics. Been to 3 other mechanics, no one could figure out why my Nissan Frontier was squealing loud. It took a few weeks (due to them being so popular and good, they were very busy)However, they found the issue and fixed it finally. (Was the fan clutch) Next day I was leaking radiator fluid and they found a broken clamp on the hose..replaced both clamps for free. Highly recommend. But plan ahead if you can and call for an appointment.! It could take a while.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Great guys! Traveling through the area after 5 PMand had a tire losing air. Called several tire shops and none able to get to our vehicle until the following day. Just happened to drive by their shop and pulled in. They fixed our tire even though they were getting ready to close!Service: TiresService: Tires

It s called Good Guys for a reason. The only downside to this shop is that they are always busy so if you need your vehicle back ASAP it might not be possible. But when you do get it back it s fixed and they didn t rip you off.

The guys are nice it seems and I didn't mind paying the high bill to have aftermarket parts installed but, they didn't tighten one of my coilovers and the bearing failed, they also took parts that were in the passenger area but didn't install them! And left a handful of large nuts in the windshield tray!

Always beyond fair prices. They helped me out when I brought them the 2010 Subaru I was ready to buy. They told me exactly what to tell the dealer before buying, and other than that it was a great car! They wouldn t charge me for their Time!

Helped me with a tire swap after road damage on the highway. Note that the Monro muffler and brake down the road told me to come back later in the day, knowing I needed immediate assistance. Despite the fact that i told the guy to name his price holding a credit card up to him. F#$$ Monroe Saugerties. Goto Good Guys. These guys rock?
