Billy's a rockstar!!My daughter experienced mechanical issues with her car on her way home from college (multiple states away). In a roundabout way I was connected with Billy who was more than willing to take time, at the end of his work day, to not only wait on their arrival, but to also diagnose and perform the repair with a part we did not source from/through him.He was extremely professional, kind, and generous with both his skill and his time. Highly recommend!

So happy to have found a reliable and trustworthy place to bring all of our vehicles! Billy and his team are honest, up front, and incredibly knowledgeable ! Highly recommend ! We bring both our car and truck here now , they were able to fix issues we experienced for years that no one could assist with ! Very skilled !

This guy is the crack! Fixed our broken windshield wipers in the rain for no charge. Best roadside mechanic ever! His dog is cute too.

We had a flat on the thruway and called them about ten minutes before closing. They were kind enough to stay past closing and patched our tire up in a few minutes. Highly recommend!

Love this garage. Billy is the best mechanic I ever had. We have 5 cars and bring them all to him. His prices are great. He doesn't try to do extra work on your car to jack the prices up like some other garages. We have sent other people to him and they all love this garage. If you want a straight up great/honest mechanic. Go here.

Billy knew what was wrong with our car before we even arrived to his shop!! My boyfriend and I were in the area for only a weekend and we ran into some car troubles. We broke down Friday night and found ourselves in Billy's shop the next morning. Although he was busy that day, he still found the time to diagnose the issue, repair our car, and recommend us a great local coffee shop to visit! It was beyond evident that he really knew his stuff. He was a genuine pleasure to talk to and I am so grateful that we found him. We were in and out in a short amount of time and the price he charged us was extremely (!!) reasonable. Thank you for saving us Billy!!Side note: The coffee shop he recommended was "Bluestone Roasting Company" and their coffee was *chefs kiss* amazing :)Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair

I would give B.C. Auto works 6 stars if google would let me. Billy is an honest, genuine and overall just a good guy. We need more ppl like him in the world. My Subaru left me stranded in the Catskills 3 hours from home. He was the only mechanic open on saturday in saugerties during the garlic festival and picked up the phone even when I called during closed hours and offered to help. Again just a good helpful human being. 6 stars

I was on a trip and sadly our tire blew out. Bill was amazing help! He did not stop looking for the tire needed until he found them. Bill explained everything to us perfectly. He also made sure my friends and I were not taken advantage of in the auto world. They are extremely helpful and we even called later for car advice. Definitely recommend going here for your auto help!

For over a decade, I have been able to call on Billy and his prompt response to any issue is just that. His professionalism is unmatched. I trust him and appreciate the attention he has consistently given us and our vehicles. If you have an issue with your vehicle, see him.

I have used many mechanics around the Hudson valley for years with many cars, issues, needs and repairs, these guys are hands down the most solid around. Had an old pickup I was purchasing locally and it needed a tune up after sitting for years before I could drive it the hour back to my place. Found them by word of mouth and gave them a call.Friendly and helpful right off the bat on the phone, showed up within 20 min of hanging up with a truck and trailer, helped me jumpstart and load, and did a prompt straight forward great job. Always calling and keeping me posted and even helping save a few bucks here and there with logical repairs and choices. Again I have tried so many mechanics around and will now drive an hour up the thruway to use them again on my other cars in the future. They are truly one of a kind in the auto shop world.

What a great find! My truck broke down while I was camping in Saugerties NY. B.C. Automotive was recommended by a friend of mine who lives in that area. Bill was absolutely the best! He picked up my Dodge Ram and brought it to his shop and made the repairs that day. The work was great, the invoicing was more than fair and the service was terrific.REAL Mechanics! Can fix even older cars. I highly recommend them!

We love Billy and followed him from Martin's Autobody to his own place at B.C Autoworks. We trust him to tell us what's going on with our cars and fix them affordably and do good work! These guys are wonderful! We were driving from Baltimore to the Adirondacks when our alternator died. BC Autoworks fit us in on a Saturday afternoon and quickly swapped in a new alternator for a very reasonable price. I gladly recommend them to anyone.

I was in a big jam. Supposed to check out of the hotel the next day to go home and back to work wed feb 23rd 2022. Thought i was gonna be stuck for days. B.C. auto looked at my 2011 volvo xc 60 called for the part. Which was a coil. In 30mins he had me up and running! Thank you Billy! If i could give BC auto 10 STARS I WOULD! Very honest.

I don't like leaving bad reviews, but I feel I'm forced to. I called and said I'd drop car off Tuesday evening so it can be worked on Wednesday for an inspection. I called on Wednesday to see if any work had been done and he said I was supposed to drop it off on Tuesday. I said okay, can you work on it tomorrow (Thursday), he said sure. I called at 230 on Thursday and he said it's too late in the day, can't get to it. I understand mechanics get busy, but have the courtesy to call me and let me know. 2 days later and over a hundred dollars for Uber rides to work, and my car never moved from where I parked it. Also, never got a call. That's just unacceptable.

I wrote a review but then my computer froze so if this is a duplicate, I apologize.I have been going to M&M for years. I will not go to any place but Gary's. Gary is honest, extremely reasonable with his pricing, and he has no problem telling you if the car is not worth fixing it. My entire family now goes to Gary and they all say the same thing - Gary and his pricing are fantastic!

Billy was an absolute savior, and a truly kind human. He came and helped me with my first ever flat and practically didn't charge me for it! What could have been a nightmare, Billy turned into a sweet memory and a fun story to tell :)
