I was looking for a place to get a scratch/ buff mark fixed on my brand new Passport. I already had experience dealing with upstate because Honda sent me there to fix my hood and they did a perfect job on it. I always look at reviews and they have a good rating so I was comfortable sending my 3 month old car there. They did a wonderful job and Bart is great to deal with. Its only been a few weeks so I cant tell you how the paint will hold up in a few years. But don't hesitate to use them.

They were not on the inurance companies approved list. Got the quote for the repair from them right away. Waited a few days for insurance company to go to the shop and do their own estimate. That's when they say they can't get it in for 6 weeks... Shame on me for not nailing down a schedule ahead of time.Upstate's quote was $1k less the insurance co. When the work was done, he wanted the full insurance check. He claims everything in the insurance estimate was done.Why was the shop owners estimate that much lower than the insurance rep? Was it to just get my business? Did he just keep the extra 1k?It just felt sketchy.

Went in for routine repair to my rear bumper. Repair took about 3days which was fine looked good. Then I noticed 2 small dents and associated scratches that were not there when my vehicle went in I brought it to the attention of Bart I expressed my concern and he said he would review the video from the shop and get back to me.when he didn't get in touch with me I called and left a message to meet and figure out what to do next.nothing. called a second time and asked him please call nothing not professional must not care about his reputation which is why I went there in the first place. I wil never use him or his services again..no recommendations from me...JamesService: Painting

Very nice to talk to on the phone but is understaffed or overworked or the car market is such that they can't make repair appointments sooner than two months out. Which is a shame because I have heard nothing but good things about their workmanship from local trusted mechanics.

My car was hit by a deer and this was the first spot my insurance company suggested. I am glad that they did. This was a professional and friendly environment. They were able to get work done on my car in the time they quoted. The work they did made my car look brand new. I would recommend them to anyone.

A great local body shop. It was recommended to me and I also found the service to be professional and reasonable.My car was repaired in the time they estimated. Pleasant owner who took time to explain my repair & costs.

Talk to a employee on phone for a quote. He said they were very busy and have to make appointment. Just wanted to stop by and see how much to take care of some scratches to back right fender. What would it take 5-10 mins. If that. They must be really busy.

I can't thank Vance and his crew enough for taking such good care of us. We were involved in an unfortunate accident while on vacation. My car could not be driven. I was far from home and still had another destination to reach on vacation. Vance and his team were able to devise a temporary fix, they ensured the car was safe to drive and I was on my way less than 24 hours after the accident! Thank you Vance for saving our vacation. We are now safely home and the car is going in for repairs.

Just noticed repair ok..repaint poor.Took it back in...they did very Little to nothing to correct.Bart is a phony nice guy.

Fixed the hood of my car after some jerk keyed it right down thru the primer. Upstate fixed it and you can't even tell it was repaired.
