Just purchased another Extang hard folding tonneau cover. Truck and Autowares, like always had the best price around and was able to get the cover I wanted quickly. The install was supposed to take about 5 minutes, it took a little longer due to this being a brand new designed cover. But, most importantly the gentleman installing did not give up, was willing to let me help as well and in the end the cover came out fantastic. Thank you!

I had a remote car starter installed in my Acura, October 2019. Best service I could have asked for.The guy that owns the shop was above and beyond. He gives the type of customer service you wish everyone would provide. The tech that did the work finished much quicker than expected, about 30 minutes and explained quickly how everything works.I would highly recommend.

Mix up with scheduling made me skeptical but Corey worked with me and got my car in when I needed it to be. I got a car starter installed and it's been working great. Other than the poor scheduling and 3 star customer service, wasn't too bad.

They do not know how to work on cars older than 2012 .if your car needs a transponder installed along with remote start, do not go there. These guys don't know how to work on this, they screw things and later deny it and refuse to fix this.I should have spent extra $100 and get the remote start done at other professional business.Now they left the car with hood latch broken. It is clearly visible (yes VISIBLE) that while working on remote start install (the plastic compartment under the steering) they messed up with the latch.Not only they outright lie when it was their mistake, they did not even offer to correct what they screwed, but denied any fixtures and asked me to go to mechanic to get this fixed.Apart from above, they are unprofessional (Cody) and having issues with scheduling and other things which I don't want to go into details now.I do not recommend this place.Save yourself peace of mind and condition of car in exchange of few extra dollars by not shopping here.I am not sure if there can be any link, but after they worked on my car, my car continuously blows hot air in cabin.We have opened the hood multiple times recently to refill washer fluid etc, the hood latch was working perfectly fine. No signs of wear and tear and it was 100% working fine.I drove to this place from Albany, waited long for appointment date and had to see the car screwed up just to save $100.

I have had the pleasure of doing business with these folks for 5 plus years. I have purchased everything from a car starter to decals and everything and anything in between. I recommend anyone I know to go here. They are Locally owned and will always get my business over a big chain store or internet. If they don't have what I need they get it within 24-72 hours max. They are friendly and know their stuff I will continue to do business with them and look forward to purchasing more for future toys through them! A+++

I was looking to get my mom a gift card for her bday to have an automatic car starter installed and decided to check this place out. I was very skeptical because of mix reviews at other places but here seemed to have pretty positive reviews so I got her the gift card. They had it done sooner than expected , nothing was messed up in the car , and it works great! I am more than pleased with this place and would highly recommend again and again!

Love to keep small business going but this place has one of the worst communication skills i have ever witness. We will no longer do business with these people, due to the fact how rude they were about replacing a emergency light that only lasted 6 months. I will be contacting Wolo about this.

Bought my wife a remote cat starter for Christmas. After installation, her radio wouldn t work. She called them within 5 miles up the Northway, and Corey was gone for the day! Was going to call her back and didn t. She got home and I noticed the shark fin was missing and the antenna on her car was broken. The following Saturday, their technician was going to get her a new antenna. Never did. Long story short and 6 weeks later, we have an estimate from Toyota for $1600+ to repair the dented roof and replace the antenna, and Truck and Autowares still won t accept responsibility! Avoid them like the plague!!!

Another company screwed up on my tunnel cover and it was missing clamps. The gentleman here helped me out a lot by checking to see if they had the replacement parts that would work for my cover. I believe the manager even came in on his day off to ensure they were able to locate the parts. Thank yall so much for your help!!

Awful, awful, awful customer service. Made an appointment more than a month in advance. I informed the employee that I would be using a Groupon and had an Acura, to which they said it would take as long as 6 hours and would cost more and I had no problem with that. Fast forward to the day of the appointment, I brought the car in, left it there. I got a call 5 minutes later saying there was an issue. I returned and the installer said he could not do the car because it is an Acura and it takes more time that we had scheduled. He only had scheduled an hour for the car after we were told it could take up to 6. We went to the storefront (which was separate from the garage), to which they said we would have cancel the Groupon because their installer did not want to do it. Not that he couldn't, he just didn't want to. After I told them the kind of car I had, and drove all the way up from Albany.

Casey did a great job on my big rig. More than reasonable price-wise and made sure the lettering and graphics were top notch. Scheduling to get my 2nd truck done now...

1030 appointment -1115am got called while walking around the mall that my 2014 Ram was done. Very Happy with Service and Quality, 1st car started I have ever owned. Very Happy

I ve been doing business with Truck & Autowares for over 10 years. I come here to buy parts for everything I own. If you need any kind of graphics, snowmobile, dirtbike, atv, utv parts or upgrades this is the place to go. They also installed my window tint, car starter and car radio and it came out perfect. The staff is friendly and always goes above and beyond. I would recommend them to anyone.

I had a remote starter installed. It was a little confusing to find. The employees were friendly and professional. The starter I purchased isn't totally reliable, but that may just be from trying to start it from too far away.The actual store was inside Wilton Mall. The store had many accessories.

Had a remote starter done which I am very happy with and its lifetime warrantied. Also came back and had some running boards installed on my husbands truck which came out great!

I bought a pair of pure blue 4400k bulbs one was defected the bulb didn't work with drl. Terry hooked me up with another pair. Now they only do that if an electronic device is defective. Thanks guys

The guy is always more than willing to custom make the decal stickers I request I go there anytime I can think of something funny or something that just fits for whatever situation is going on in my life to throw on a window of my car

The staff here isnt the friendly. I was told they carried windshield wipers and the cashier look at me like a was asking it they sold icecream when I asked.
