Have 14 dodge ram, that was installed with a remote starter when it was new. Recently was having problems with it starting. Ended up being starter with in the truck. We thought maybe it was the remote starter. Owner looked at it and it ended up being the starter with in the truck. Want to give a shout out, to the owner helping us out finding the real problem. Thanks again!!!

Vince is the perfect guy to go to...he does not rip you off or, make up problems and God forbid something goes wrong with w.e he installed..I had my car redone all speakers subs and amp...unlike boomer mcloud he does not upsale you...hes honest and always there for u if u need help...great guy..great bussines..he treats he's customers so good...most places just know you if u go alot to there store and think to themselves "more money to scam"..but not VINCE...hes not just my go to electronics car guy...HES MY FRIEND...we never knew eachother before and know he treats like as if im a long time friend....Hes so honest and he's skills are not matched by any one..trust me im huge in car audio and I've went everywhere...and vince just takes the cake!!..hes always there for me know matter what...from cars to personal stuff...please if tour into quality of work and want the biggest bang out of your buck...go to vince...please he takes hes time to make any project ges doing perfect...he treats it as if its he s vehicle...im proud to say I spent alot of money here...because of the quality of hes job..andtjey way he makes everything done as if the vehicle came with it...amazing person and care about your feelings about how u want something done hes electronics mech fof life

Great Customer Service!! Staff is friendly and accommodating. Had my families 3rd remotes car starter installed today. They were patient and took the time to explain how it worked to my newest driver. Thank you!

First of all, what separated Original Soundz from its competitors was the willingness to take the time and explain all the options about remote starters. Brian was great and patient with all my questions, as there are so many options.Truck was done professionally, (I'm very OCD so for me to say that means a lot) and promptly. I dropped it off at 0930 and was done at 1330.If you like quality work done right, with good conversation in regards to all your questions and concerns, Original Soundz is the place.Thanks guys!

The owner is super knowledgeable & super friendly!! He gave some useful information & had my car speakers installed quickly!! I can't say enough about the service her, top, top notch!! If you need anything car stereo related this is the place to go!!

They have installed a couple of radios for me in previous cars I own. They re good at getting the job done, but will straight up ignore you if they are working with someone else. Walk-ins are not expected there. I m planning on finding someone else to upgrade the factory radio in my next car.

Brought in my 2012 Cadillac Escalade for all new speakers, amplifier, and sub woofers. The job was done within a day including the custom built box and I couldn't be happier. The owner is extremely professional and knowledgeable. I wouldn't trust my Cadillac with anyone else

Original Soundz was very easy to work with. They installed a new stereo and backup camera. All wiring was hidden and professionally installed. The prices for their stereos and components were identical to what could be found online. Car was ready as promised. Would definitely use them again in the future.

Best place, knowledgeable and helpful owner. I had my boat speakers wired by them years ago and recently I called trying to fix a problem with a 9 year old car starter on a 20 year old truck that he didn't even install and he was willing to help me figure it out!! Thanks for the support Vince!! I actually reset the car starter and it works again.

Terrible Customer Service. I would pick no stars if the system would let me. Purchased a remote starter and had it installed in the fall. The manager stated that this price includes one free transfer to another vehicle. Called to have the starter transferred to a new car I purchased, and the same manager said that there is a $150 charge. When explained that he personally said there was a one-time free transfer, he said " We don't do that and I would never use that terminology".Should have read the yelp, facebook and google reviews first before going here. Seems there typical practice is to promise the world to get you to buy, but wont live up to their word after a sale.

I went in there because the wiring behind my doubledin deck was losing picture randomly.I told one of the guys what the problem was. 25 mins later, they tell me my deck is "going bad". They charged me $70 bucks to look at it and sent me packing.They didnt seem confident in thier diagnosis....brought it home, took it apart....loose connection needed to be stabilized. I think lose the ego, listen to customers and more training could be used.Sorry about the brutal review, but you stole my $70 lol

Never will return here again. I m not sure if it was due to the gentleman discriminating me or what, but very rude from the moment I first walked in. A small argument in the beginning, leading to a much bigger one before choosing to walk out. It was all uncalled for. Don t have to get into details, just though I should warn people of the nasty behavior being giving to customers at this shop.

Shop owners seemed sorta frantic but they finished my job pretty quickly. The price was way more than stores around the area offered for the same item, a little disappointed

had a question about my audio equipment and the guy couldn't wait to to get me off the phone. wouldn't even let me ask my question. said he wasnt familiar with a part I was talking about, even though the part is used a lot in after market installs. just didnt want to talk to me cuz I didnt purchase it from him. pretty rude.

These people are so god damn rude to people that are giving them money, they don t know what they re doing. My car went in there shop came out with no heat and my door sensors on the dash are always lit up now. Will never ever return. The owners a douche.

The owner is a Prick, with the personality of cinder block, looks overwhelmed and angry . He either needs a new line of work or get some help. The place is Garbage .

well on somebody says they're open 9:00 to 5:00 and you show up there at 12:30 and the door is locked and there's no note on the door telling you why they're closed I don't really want to do business with them
