I truly can t thank Christian and Henry enough for doing everything they could to get me out of my old scion and into a brand new 2024 RAV4. Christian was very attentive and explained everything about the car inside and out. Henry worked so very hard on finance options and exceeded my expectations by far! I highly recommend New Country of Saratoga, specifically Christian and Henry!!Thank you again guys!!

I had a really good experience here, with servicing my Prius and buying a new Rav 4. Jerry was my sales guy and I actually felt like I could trust him, he worked with me to get a decent deal and a good APR. Def ask for him when you go in!

Two people in particular really stood out to me exemplifying amazing service. Beth and Mitch. I came in to get repairs from a vehicle recall and they were also willing to check into some other work I needed done. Beth was very kind and patient with all kinds of customers and you can tell she is a hard worker who knows her stuff. When the service team needed more time to complete everything Beth and Mitch took extra care and time to make sure my needs were met and helped me out in a big way. Great service from this nice dealership!

Had a great experience here. Beth was my service advisor and she did a wonderful job communicating. Josh was our technician and went above and beyond diagnosing the check engine light, sending me a video explaining the problems and how he found them. I'm sure both of this people deserve pay raises! Highly recommend New Country.

Nicholas was a wonderful, friendly, timely informative salesman. I would recommend him to anyone!! It was a great experience. Tyler the finance guy was friendly and honest and wonderful to deal with. My husband doesn't like the whole thing with buying new cars but he said this was comfortable and the best experience he has ever had. Thank you all New Country Toyota!! This is the 4th vehicle we have bought from New Country Toyota. We have worked with Dan a couple of times now and each time he has made our experience exceptional. The pricing was clear. Additional items were offered with no pressure to purchase them. With interest rates being at recent all time highs, we were very please with how hard the Business Department (Henery) worked to get us the best current rate possible. We would highly recomend New Country Toyota.

I just bought a vehicle here with Larry Moore. Larry was really great to work with. He listened well, and was always on top of his communication while I waited for our truck. We had a great experience purchasing a new Toyota Camry 2024 model. My husband and I were looking around Friday and Kwame came out to see what we were looking for. Sat down and got numbers that night, never felt pressured. I got an update on the weekend to let me know the financing went through and drove away with it on Monday! This was a seamless, no stress experience. Very happy with everything. A shout out to Kwame who took care of everything. He is extremely attentive, knowledgeable and goes above and beyond whatever you may need. Tyler also was great to work with getting all the money stuff squared away. Thanks everyone!

My husband and I went in to look around and get pricing and walked out of there with a car. Dan Miller was the best salesman ever. He talked straight with us and didn t try to push us to buy. He was great and i would recommend him to anyone. He showed us how the care features worked and took his time. I am so glad we worked with him and will work with him in the future.

Dishonest, overpriced service and clearly tried to scam us into buying new tires. After dropping our car off for an oil change they called to tell us a tire had a slow leak and it was at 1 PSI. We came back 5 minutes later and the tire was clearly fully pumped, checked with our gauge and it was full. They said sometimes their gauges can act up lol

I recently decided to purchase a 2024 Toyota RAV 4 Hybrid. Living in New York City, I am well aware of the outrageous dealer mark ups and aggressive tactics used by car dealerships here, so I decided to look outside the city to make my purchase. I found New Country Toyota on the web and read many positive reviews from customers. I emailed Mike, the General Manager and he promptly responded, stating they would be able to accommodate my needs. When I visited the dealership, Mike introduced himself and assigned salesman, Christian to work with us. Christian was friendly and knowledgeable. He found the perfect RAV 4 Hybrid for us. When we decided to make the purchase, Christian introduced us to sales manager, Johnny, and the finance person, Henry. Everything went so smoothly and there was absolutely no pressure during the entire process. This was one of my best car purchase experiences. Thank you to everyone at New Country Toyota!

I purchased a certified used Toyota RAV4 LE from this dealership in 2020 and they made it such a smooth process for a young adult financing a car for the first time. I got a great deal and have been financing with Toyota Financial at 0% interest for 60 months! What I really appreciate about this dealership is that their customer service doesn't stop after you leave the lot with your newly purchased vehicle. Recently I needed assistance with getting the proper sales paperwork that was done when I purchased my car in 2020 so I could transfer the vehicle title to a new state. Sandy Friday, the office manager, was super helpful and patient with me while I told her what I needed at the DMV and she got the documents faxed over ASAP! She helped me understand which documents would work and she even went above and beyond to speak to the DMV worker on the phone to clear up some confusion on the paperwork. I've really enjoyed my experience with this dealership and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for honestly, clear communication, and great customer service when dealing with something as stressful as purchasing a new vehicle.

Had a good experience at new country. Nick was able to get me a Tundra TRD and kept in communication throughout the whole process. Spent time showing me the truck and all the features which was appreciated. Definitely recommend doing business with new country over the other dealerships in the area. Especially when trying to purchase a new Tundra. Nick made every effort to get me what I was looking for while the other guys made it seem impossible. Thanks again Nick and team for all you ve done.

Anthony went above and beyond to show how much customer satisfaction matters. He went out of his way to make sure a car that was purchased was throughly inspected for any and all defects where many others might cut corners. Would encourage anyone interested in purchasing a car to come see him!

From the time I contacted New Country Toyota, they were extremely professional, accommodating, and knowledgeable. Kwame went above and beyond to meet me with the vehicle that I was interested in test driving since I live out of the area. When I purchased the vehicle , he met me again to deliver the vehicle. This is 1st class service. I have never dealt with another car dealership that has even come close to the amazing customer service that I received at New Country Toyota. Kwame was amazing to do business with - no high pressure sales tactics. He is a class act. Kudos to Kwame and the New Country Toyota dealership.
