Stephen King was a huge help with my questions about a used truck I wanted to buy. Unfortunately it sold before I could act on it. Great salesman. No pressure great communication. Thanks for your help.Update 2/9/24. Stephen King is no longer working at Nemer unfortunately. I wasn t at all impressed with the salesman I spoke with this week. Disappointing Nemer is just another $tealer now.

I had set up a test drive with this dealership at 1:15 pm, on a Tuesday. I arrived and to my surprise, the car was in front and waiting already! Salesman, Tommy, introduced himself, showed me around the vehicle, introduced me to the controls and features then let me take it out to drive. The rest is HISTORY. I cannot say enough about how easy this was. I also had a leased vehicle at the time with 2 more payments left. They were able to get me out of that lease even though it wasn`t the same manufacturer at all, which I didn`t know they could do, but they did. All the staff was amazing, friendly, VERY knowledgeable and in just about 4 hours, I was done and driving away with my New Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk! It is fantastic. I am SOOOO Glad I came here. I`m sure I`ll be doing business with Tommy and Nemer for YEARS AND YEARS to come. Great buying experience, and ZERO pressure!! Tommy got me exactly what I wanted! Thank you Nemer!!To add to my service experience, the above paragraph was regarding my 2021 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk.Today, 11/11/2023, the Jeep was about to come off lease so It was time to find a NEW Vehicle. Due to the excellence received the first go around, I returned to Nemer and Salesman Tommy Cordero, and landed on a NEW Dodge Hornet R/T Plus!! WOW, What a Vehicle!! Absolutely love it and AGAIN, my experience with Nemer was nothing short of amazing, professional and customer service based. I am so glad I returned again for another purchase, great car, great dealership! Thank you all that helped me into this new make/model. I find it to be outstanding!

Bottom Line: Dave Grinko, the new Service Manager at Nemer Jeep Chrysler is making a huge positive difference.Based on historical reviews, I was reluctant to even use the location to have maintenance done and explore some bubbled paint. Dave worked hard with us to adroitly turn a negative situation into a very positive one.The shop now seems well organized, flows well and the repairs were done promptly with updated status during the visit. If you've been hesitant based on other historical reviews, try them out now.

RUN FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!I just had one of the worst experiences ever with a dealer service department! I had my truck in for a road force balance. The service manager comes out and tells me that balancing the tires will do no good because the tires on the rear were slightly cupped. These tires have about 10,000 miles on them. I explained to him that they were fine until I brought them in a few weeks ago for rotate and balance. They said the road force balancer was broken and they used the regular balancer. THAT IS WHEN THEY STARTED VIBRATING!!!So I bring the truck back in today to have them ROAD FORCE balanced and Mr. Congenial says he doesn t want to do it because it won t fix the problem. He opens the door of the shop and tells me to back the truck out. WOW!!! I read somewhere in another review that they got a new service manager. If this is the guy then good luck. You lost my business forever!!!I wish there was a negative 5 option for reviews.

Changed to 1 star. The POS 2022 Jeep wrangler willy they sold me, had a rear axle seal failure at 15,000 miles. Then they charged me $800 for 2 new rear tires because they were chopped from the terrible roads, as explained by the brainless incompetent thing behind the service department desk. I even bought the insurance for the tires when I purchased the jeep, but that means nothing to the thing. So now I have to go and argue with the dealership about the $800 tires that should have been covered.When a rear axle fails, it causes massive vibration and damage from that vibration on top of permanently damaging the transmission. (JEEP WILLY STOCK TIRES offroading 30,000 miles/ on road 50,000 miles average, from the Jeep website itself.)This was after the thing scheduled my jeep to be fixed on a holiday only to cancel my appointment a few days later after he realized how stupid he is. Plus, when I bought the jeep last year, I ordered a hitch, and they can't even wire that properly. It didn't work the first day I brought it home, brought it back it worked for a week, then nothing.Oh, and out of all the times I went there, they had a shuttle car once, and there were never any loaners ever.Save your money and go to a different dealership. Sales and service are really terrible.

Buying my brand new Jeep was a breeze, getting any type of service after is not. My Jeep has a loud rotational squeak and it's very embarassing. Waited a week for a service appointment with inspection. They had no notes about an inspection when I checked in. When the car was done, they told me nothing is wrong with my brakes. They put brake cleaner on them. As soon as I started my car and drove off, the squealing was even louder. Asked for a new appointment, can't get me in until after Christmas. No loaner available. My husband brought my jeep in for an oil change months ago and was never told it was done. He sat there for a couple hours until he went to see what was going on. This dealership sketches me out with the lack of care after purchase. I feel no care from these folks whatsoever.

Never go here to get a vehicle serviced. It seems like they inflate labor hours, which btw is $150/hr for people that can't even diagnose very apparent issues.They wont test drive to ensure work is complete. Heck they don't even listen when you tell them what the vehicle needs.Parts are also more than 2x more expensive then if you sourced them yourself. $80 for an air filter? I get it that they need to make money, but really?Great sales team I've heard, but go elsewhere for work unless its warranty work you don't need to pay for.

After having my shocks replaced, the service shop never re-installed the airbox. This was not known and the truck was run for thousands of miles without an air box. They are trying to charge me for new parts and now the health of my motor is suspect. I will not use this service shop ever again.

Had an issue with my Jeep Wrangler that needed immediate attention. Other dealership in area would not take my Jeep. Although Nemer was busy, with no appointments available that day, they did take my Jeep. My Jeep was subsequently repaired and ready for pick up by the end of the day. The guy in service was very courteous and accommodating. I also liked the mechanic sent an inspection video prior to repair. Thank you

Sadly, have to say service department here has gone down significantly in my last couple visits. I had a warranty issue with my shocks. Initially took three weeks to get an appointment and when I came in to have the scheduled work done they only fixed the back shocks stating they were unable to use after market parts for a warranty issue. I received a call two weeks later to come back, the shocks were in to fix the front. After having the vehicle for two hours I called for a status update and was told they only fixed one shock because they didn t have any more in stock. So now I have to wait again for a part and come in for a third time to fix one issue. Unbelievably frustrating and inconvenient.

Showed up at 4pm with a trade in and Jamie and Tommy had me out the door and in a new Ram within an hour. Service has been just as quick. Excellent dealership will be back for all my future vehicles.

Very dissatisfied with service December 2023. Told undercoat was in done and it was not. Had another dealer inform me that undercoating was never done. Check engine light was on for the whole month of December.

Service here is awful. I have also avoided ever buying from them due to the way the salesman was acting and chose other regional dealers for my last 3 purchases. Nemer of Saratoga just happens to be closest for maintenance under warranty and included maintenance plans unfortunately. I have 3 annoying issues that have not been addressed after 4 separate visits.

Don't waste your money and time here! I ordered a ram 1500 here in november 2022, I repeatedly emphasized before buying the car that I need an emergency braking system, and the salesman assured me that the car I ordered had this feature. After waiting for 3 months, the car arrived, (they said before I ordered the car that I might get it within 3 weeks). but it miss out the emergency brake feature I most need. Now they didn t take responsibility for their mistakes, they just say they can't refund the deposit because I signed the contract. So I would like to remind people who are going to buy a car here, DO NOT PUT ANY DEPOSIT here, because the current car is likely to be different from what you ordered, and they will not refund you the money, and the manager will give you a very ugly face !
