John Daniele is very proactive. He had noticed that the battery that I needed was out of stock prior to me arriving and had ordered it from another store. I was able to run an errand and by the time I was done the battery had arrived. Nice to see where most people only do the bare minimum.

Extremely satisfied with the guys behind the counter and their customer service. Both guys are very helpful and the one guy who has been there for 7 years or more went out of his way to make sure everything was correct and I was happy. Really appreciate that!

Good selection and reasonable pricing, but the trick here is the knowledgeable staff. NAPA usually has pretty good staff, but this location was a standout during my visit. Nothing complicated, but I was able to overhear multiple conversations while there browsing - these guys are pros. Service and cleanliness count on, and this is an all-good location in my book - will be in yours too.

An employee gave me rear brakes when I asked for front brakes. I ended up losing a hundred bucks in labor. The lovely manager, Kaliena, swapped the parts out for the correct ones and comped me for my loss. She was very professional.Everybody makes mistakes, but they owned their mixup. Great staff. Selling overpriced masks and hand sanitizers during a pandemic. More expensive than Amazon. $70 for a box of 50 masks.

Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. I move often, and finding a parts store where the people behind the counter work on cars and actually know what they are doing is rare, and important! The machine shop also does great work for a fair price. Only beef is sometimes the wait times are excessive.

Was all good here until I asked for help to carry out my parts, the sales associate named Anthony laughed and then on the way out he was cussing about it, what a joke!! Do not go here and speak with Anthony, he does not treat military veterans right!UPDATE: while working on the vehicle, noticed my driver front shock was leaking, I called this location spoke to the manager Kyle (again, 1st time was in the store regarding Anthony) and he had no problem helping me out, delivered the new shocks to me. If you have any issues or concerns talk with Kyle he is nice, concerning and helps out best he can. 4+ stars for the manager, negative stars for Anthony. DO NOT WORK/TALK WITH ANTHONY!

After being quoted over $200 to replace and adjust headlights at New Country Toyota - one trip to NAPA, 6 minutes, and $28 later... all is said and done! Super helpful staff assisted me right through the door.

Love the new store! Much better location. Its important to me to trust the employees behind the counter as I do not know anything about cars. These guys did not disappoint. They had everything I needed. I would send my grandmother here!

I was having trouble locating come hard some hard to find parts for my Jeep Wrangler. The guys at this store went out of their way to help me out, and order the parts. They arrived very quickly as well.Thanks for everything!

The guy behind the counter was not helpful at all, he seemed bothered by questions, basically he if you don t know what you re looking for he won t help you. He just doesn t know what customer service is and very rude. Will go to Advanced next time even if is further away.

Listen i have been to alot of auto parts stores on eastern board. I have over 1m miles driven for my job. I use to live near this store and didnt go years back but recently bc of covid i have been going and beats any pep boys, advanced auto, o'reily, and etc. The management is on there A game.

Employees are awesome people but owner only cares about amount of money coming in and uses his employees until he feels like he doesn t need them anymore then just fires them just fired a great family man who worked with them for almost 40 years bc of one mistake shows how loyal he is to his awesome employees wish I could hire them all and treat them the way they should be

Was my favorite store ... but they seem to be clearing out the older knowledgeable guys that have been there for decades ... Tom is no longer there :( so I will no longer be a customer.

They misrepresented the sale of a quarter window for my ML 350. They led me to believe that I am buying an off the market part. Then,their sales person called me and told me to pick up the part from an addressplace in El Paso,Tx (my home town) and my credit card will show two charges. Actually,I was sent to to a Junk Yard in El Paso,Tx. Even though,I gave their salesman,John, the VIN No and the part number, they sourced the wrong window which I didnt take possession of. They refused to give me credit and I had to contest the charges.
