I had a fantastic experience with Mr. Windshield. I spoke with Suzy, who was so informative and she made me feel like she really cared how quickly they could repair my windshield. The closest appointment I could find anywhere else was 11 days away. Mr. Windshield saw me in 2 (initial call was on Monday, they were here first thing Wednesday morning). The technician was polite, courteous and professional. They quoted me 3-4 hours, but he was done in about 2.5. I m very happy with the results. Price was on point with everywhere else it was a little cheaper. You ll be happy.

I travel everywhere for work and these people were awesome to me and did an amazing job. Took me wherever I wanted to go and had my windshield done in a flash calibrated and everything. I had to make a 7 hour drive when they got done they gave me water and a couple energy drinks. They really treat you like family will use this place again.

I got polite, friendly service, provided at my home. The windshield included embedded sensing systems that they were able to quickly calibrate so I could get driving again. Communication with main office was great for scheduling! Eddie did a fabulous job installing our new windshield, very impressed with how well he managed to transfer our Inspection/Registration/Parking sticker to new windshield! Very careful and thorough with explaining what to do/not do with replacement! Thank you!

If I could give Mr. Windshield 10 stars I would. Our experience with the very kind lady in the office and with Rocco, the tech who took care of our job, was exceptional. Rocco arrived at our home on a very hot and humid July afternoon and worked for about an hour to complete our job. He encountered a significant rust issue but had the expertise and tools to deal with the issue. He was professional, friendly, and very informative. Following a less than satisfactory experience with another auto glass company, we are thrilled we found Mr. Windshield!

Not impressed. Went with this company due to having only positive reviews but didn t have the same experience. The tech broke my phone mount that clips onto my air vent and didn t mention anything when he was there. Found it next time I got into my truck, called the company and they argued with me that it was already broken off when he went into the truck which is completely false. Was told to send over the receipt and they would reimburse me, which I did and still haven t received a reimbursement.

The service and workmanship of Mr. Windshield was excellent. They were extremely responsive and made every effort to get to my vehicle as quickly as possible to get it repaired. I'm usually not one to write reviews, but I thought I should take a few minutes to leave some positive feedback. My experience with Mr. Windshield was outstanding. This company was swift in its response. Not only did they work my case into a small window of opportunity, I encountered a great, personable tech (Rocco) who worked quickly and professionally.Recently, I've found that excellent customer service is hard to come by... not with this company! Everything about my windshield replacement with Mr. Windshield was wonderful. The person answering the phone was pleasant, helpful and got me scheduled right away. They do mobile service and the Tech was very friendly, efficient and did a great job with installation. I didnt use my insurance company because the cost was less than my deductible. Easy process. I own a 2011 Cadillac. I provided the model info, emailed a photo of my windshield, so they could determine if I had automatic wipers. The installer showed up, left in 2 hours and I was all set. Trying to set up an appointment ahead of time is nonexistent, they call that day and give you an hour s notice. And then want you to give your cc info to them over the phone prior to anyone showing up for said appointment. Would never recommend.

I had a crack in my windshield that grew dangerously big. Tried going through my insurance for a claim--they never added comprehensive coverage to my auto insurance! But Mr. Windshield worked with me to find the best financial solution for me to get a replacement windshield, and was able to order and replace my windshield within 24 hours. I also had new wipers that I'd been meaning to replace my old ones with, and the repairman did that replacement for free. Big thanks to Susie and my repairman (I didn't catch his name!!) for the amazing service.Service: Auto windshield replacement

I had a small crack in my front windshield, but as the temperature dropped, the crack grew and eventually spread across the entire windshield. I'm from out of town and I did not know anyone who could give me a reference. So, I based my decision on the ratings of the few auto glass replacement companies I found online. I'm glad I called Mr. Windshield. Theservice was awesome. I felt safe with them. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of their services.

Suzie was super fast with a quote and scheduling, and RJ was an awesome guy to chat with when he came on site to replace my windshield. He did fantastic work and I couldn't be any more pleased with the entire operation. Will certainly be contacting Mr. Windshield with any future needs and recommend all to do the same.

Great job.Both the sales rep on the phone, and the window technician were incredibly polite, and did an excellent job at making arrangements and fulfilling the work order. They were right on time, and completed the work in a timely manner, and the window looks great!The price was expensive, but it was right in line with every other quote I received from several of the other glass places so I can't fault them for that.Hopefully I never need to replace another window, but if I do I will certainly use them again.

Service man was great did an outstanding job and it took him just as long as he predicted, one hour. I would recommend them if you are looking for someone to do glass work in the Saratoga area. I was traveling when I had a rock on the interstate shatter the passengers side window. They located a window and replaced it working with my insurance company. My only gripe was getting a time which is not easy I understand but it all worked out.

The whole staff is very friendly and helpful. Rocco could have walked off from this job due to the frames unbelievably rusty, but instead got rid of the rust, and he didnt have to do that. I'm so glad he was the person to fix my windshield. I appreciate the work so much and I recommend this place to everyone.

I had a great experience with Mr Windshield of Saratoga Springs. I contacted them to replace a windshield of our BMW 435i and to repair a chip in the windshield of our Fiat 500. The price was very competitive and they made both repairs at our house on the same day. The repair was prompt and professional. Approximately 2 months later we noticed a small crack in the BMW windshield. I contacted them and they came to our house to look to confirm it was covered under warranty. It was and they even brought the windshield with them and repaired it the same day.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Rocco was fantastic. Came right to our house, worked hard for approximately one hour to replace a windshield in the August heat. Fast, easy, fantastic service. I didn't pay a cent because I had coverage, but the price I was quoted before they knew I had insurance was extremely reasonable, too. I would use Mr. Windshield again in a heartbeat (although hopefully I won't have to)!

While drving to work I hit a turkey, called Mr Windshield and was told they had the right replacement in their warehouse and they were sending someone out immediately. The tech was done quickly and did a great job. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing glass for their vehicle

I was in Saratoga Springs for a quick overnight trip when my left rear door window shattered. I called several local glass companies and no one could help until I called Mr. Windshield. The representative got right on it, checked for availability of the replacement glass and scheduled a technician to come out to the hotel and do the repairs while I enjoyed the day at the race track. I actually forgot to ask the price but was pleasantly surprised to find that it was lower than what Safelite quoted for me to come to the shop the next day, noting that a mobile visit would be an additional $50! Thanks for the great service Mr. Windshield
