Stopped in to look at a Jeep, left 2 hours later with a BMW and a smile, great place to buy a vehicle.A little update, I've been back twice since I bought this car, once to trade it for a truck I liked and another time to get into a gladiator. The owner that sold me the bmw 6 months prior looked at the car and asked to take it for a ride, he drove it around the parking lot, came back and stated the transmission was slipping, it wasn't. It drove exactly the same way it did when I bought it from him, which made me recall him saying that he hoped it didn't cost a fortune in warranty repair when I bought it. At the time I just laughed it off due to BMW's reputation for high maintenance repairs but after the second interaction I suspect he thought it was slipping when I bought it originally.Tldr: My initial experience with this dealership was great, my subsequent visits have unfortunately not been.

I work as a salesperson at another car dealership. Sent a customer to these guys for a spare key that we would pay for. Tina, service writer, contacted me on my day off. Explained I couldn t pay her until I got back to the dealership the next day she would not accept that! Said that my customer would be staying overnight then. at first I thought she was joking, but no, totally serious. Rude and unprofessional.

I Bought a 2017 Dodge ram 2500 4x4 hd crew cab with plow with 88000, tom told me I could get a service contract if I put it on my car which we bought three days later that was a 2019 Chrysler 300 s it had two serv contracts on it now only one anyway ,truck had a starter prob just before Christmas had to fix it my self then rotors were bad tried to fix them and put on new brakes now power steering gear box went and they couldnt help me on that either now I'm paying for that to be repaired and mechanic broke a line from gearbox to cooler and had to find one of them and still paying my payments with 5000 down and 38000 dollar truck paying back 59000,as a desert storm veteran I thought my state and this garage mite help but no such luck...learn from this one

I recommend you don't walk away from this dealer you should run! I leased a vehicle from Upstate Auto and at the end of the lease I decided to buy out the lease. I then traded the vehicle the next week at a dealer that had one coming in in about 2 weeks. When the vehicle arrived the dealer asked about the title. I called Upstae Auto and was told the leasing company had not sent it to them yet and that this particular bank was difficult to deal with. I contacted the bank who then informed me Upstate Auto had never sent the lease buyout paperwork to them to process until the day I called which is 30 days after I paid Upstate Auto the lease buyout payment. Upstate auto sent in the info that day and the bank processed the lease buyout the very next day. But because I could not get my hands on a title and I had no idea when I would get one i had to let the dealer sell the vehicle and almost lost my deposit.Here is where it gets interesteing I called Tim Hesseltine to inform him that they dropped the ball after i paid them $20000 and they didn't complete the lease buyout on my vehicle for 30 days and only did it then because I called for the title. Well Tim got defensive and tried to give me excuses and that it might not have been their fault even though I had copies of all supporting documents from the bank. I feel he was rude, condescending and arrogant. Not a good look for any business to treat customers this way. I have bought a few vehicles from them and I guarantee I will never do business with them again. I also recommend everyone else avoid them too, they are shady

I'm a Dodge guy, I have issues with my Cummins Ram 2500. Talked to customer service and the guy told me he wouldn't even consider trading. Don't bother bringing it out. Unbelievable response coming from a dealership. They don't even care about potential customers. That's a terrible way to represent Dodge.

We were a louded to look a round at the Automobile fore a while , The the sale person came out talked with us .Tom let us talk thing over , we took the Jeep fore a ride , Tom never pushed us to buy the Jeep .

Hands down the worst experience with a dealership/ service shop. Made an appointment to have work done covered by our warentee. Took time off from work to drop off the vehicle had no issues when we dropped it off, only to be called later to be told they were not doing anymore warentee work... I have never heard of this neither had the person we spoke to at chrysler. Do your self a favor and avoid this place.

Took a vacation to lake placid from NC. January 1st to the 13th and it was one of the coldest weeks of the winter with temperatures hovering around -10F as the highs to about -25F as the lows for about a week.It all started about 40 minutes from lake placid while I was driving on hwy 87. I was in a 2016 ram eco diesel and did not realize that in frigid weather diesel get geled up and can not run without a block heater so I took it to upstate auto Chrysler Dodge and jeep. They offered to keep the truck inside for me till the day I wanted to leave because they knew if I was to take it, there was little to no chance that it would start again. So, I left it there and I wanted to leave on Saturday but the temperature had not gotten any higher than -15F for the day. While I was there Saturday trying figure out when it would be safe to take the truck the lady at the front offered on her day off to come on Sunday and open the garage for me to take the truck and try and get home and it worked out perfect. Could not have asked for any better customer service and help from the dealership.

I couldn't be happier with the service department. My Jeep had multiple issues that were resolved very quickly. Kudos to them and the whole Upstate Auto team!

Thought I was getting a great truck but 7 months later frame was rotted beyond repair and they won't fix the problem notions go there again a good place to do business with won't go there again
